【新唐人2014年09月11日訊】中共官方媒體日前發佈消息稱，內蒙古呼和浩特市原政協主席張彭慧在中秋節這一天自殺身亡。據了解，內蒙古是江派常委劉雲山的老巢，有分析指出，這是一個明顯的信號，習近平要對劉雲山動手了。
據中共官媒《新華網》9號報導，內蒙古呼和浩特市原政協主席張彭慧於8號晚上，中秋之夜，被人發現在辦公室內割腕自殺，警方趕到時，張彭慧已經身亡。
現年60歲的張彭慧是內蒙古赤峰市人，曾擔任中共內蒙古自治區赤峰市市委副秘書長、林西縣委書記、赤峰市委常委、組織部長、呼和浩特市委常委、組織部長、呼和浩特市委副書記，2008年到2013年期間，任呼和浩特市政協主席。
資料顯示，張彭慧的經歷與中共江派常委劉雲山存在交集。張彭慧在1988年到1995年，任赤峰市市委副秘書長，而劉雲山在1991到1993年，任赤峰市委書記，是張彭慧的頂頭上司。
旅美中國問題評論人士李善鑒：「劉雲山一直是起著很不好的作用。在宣傳上，在他能控制的範圍，他給習近平搞了很多掣肘的行為，對習的行動是有一定傷害的。習、王一定會反擊的，反擊跟動周永康之前的動作一樣，要在下邊蒐集他的證據。內蒙是劉雲山發跡的地方，為甚麼說有人會自殺？很顯然的，他肯定是受到了某種壓力。也就說明這種反腐、蒐集證據啊，已經在盯著他了。這應該是非常明顯的一個信號，要開始對劉雲山動手了。」
據了解，內蒙古是劉雲山的發跡地。劉雲山在1993年進入中宣部，擔任副部長前，長期在內蒙古工作，進京後也一直與內蒙古政界密切聯繫，內蒙古被視為劉雲山的老巢。
而最近，劉雲山的老巢頻頻「出事」。除了張彭慧自殺身亡外，8月16號，呼和浩特市原市長、時任呼和浩特慈善總會會長湯愛軍被調查。7月17號，內蒙古自治區原常委、統戰部部長王素毅受賄案一審宣判，王被判無期徒刑。
據了解，湯愛軍早在2010年4月就辭去市長職務，之前一直沒有被調查，是因為他的靠山很硬。《大紀元新聞網》專欄作者周曉暉指出，湯愛軍的經歷與呼倫貝爾盟盟委書記連輯有短暫交集，而連輯與劉雲山關係密切。湯愛軍巴結連輯，進而巴結劉雲山是完全有可能的。而王素毅也與劉雲山關係密切，王素毅長期在巴彥淖爾盟任職，先後出任盟委副書記、盟長、市委副書記、市長、市委書記，劉雲山家族在礦產豐富的巴盟攫取巨額利益，並非空穴來風。
旅美時事評論員邢天行：「張彭慧所依靠的，能夠有據可查的，基本上來講就是劉雲山。劉雲山已經離開內蒙很多年了，他憑甚麼能在內蒙古吸金呢，靠的是他老的關係。除了被抓的湯愛軍，不排除張彭慧在其中起了很大的作用。張彭慧深知自己的腐敗行為足以致命，他後面的人，他知道保不住他，所以他選擇自殺。」
周曉暉還指出，連輯也是內蒙主管迫害法輪功的官員之一，這讓他與劉雲山再次有了共性。2011年10月，連輯突然調到甘肅省任宣傳部長，而能夠實現這種調動的，非掌管宣傳口的劉雲山莫屬。
邢天行：「內蒙古呼和浩特市在鎮壓法輪功這方面是非常積極的，大量的案例都顯示了這一點。內蒙地區，從它的主要的負責人來講，能上去的，肯定是跟中共江派鎮壓法輪功這個派系關係非常密切。他們仗著上面有靠山罩著，才敢大膽的去做，然後互相關聯去貪污腐敗。」
據了解，習近平陣營正在暗中敲打劉雲山，除了派遣中央巡視組進駐劉雲山控制的《新華社》和《央視》，密集清洗外，劉雲山的老巢內蒙古也被暗中摸底。據報導，今年1到7月，習近平、李克強、王歧山、俞正聲等4位中共常委，曾5次到內蒙古調研。
有評論指出，內蒙古官場或將成為另一個山西。等時機一到，劉雲山的老巢和關係網將被王岐山整鍋端掉。

Obvious Signal? Liu Yunshan’s Ex-Subordinate Commits Suicide
The state-run media has reported that Zhang Penghui, former
Chairman of Political Consultative Conference Committee in
Hohot City, Inner Mongolia committed suicide on
Mid-autumn Day.
Sources say that the Inner Mongolia is Jiang’s
faction-Liu Yushan’s own backyard.
Analysts observe that this is an obvious signal that
Xi Jinping would take Liu down.
On Sept. 9, Xinhua News reported that Zhang Penghui
was found dead on the eve of Mid-autumn Day
by police after slitting his own wrists in his office.
Zhang, 60, was a Chifeng native, from Inner Mongolia.
In the past, he had taken multiple senior posts in Inner
Mongolia, including Hohhot’s organization department chief
and deputy communist Party secretary.
From 2008 to 2013, he served as Chairman of the
Hohhot Political Consultative Conference Committee.
Information shows that Zhang Penghui had links with
Liu Yunshan, a member of the central Standing Committee.
From 1988 to 1995, Zhang was deputy
secretary in Chifeng City.
Yet Liu held the secretary position in Chifeng
from 1991 to 1993 and was Zhang’s boss.
Li Shanjian, US-base China affairs commentator:
Liu Yunshan has always played a bad role.
In propaganda aspects, within his administration, he created
several incidents to go against leader Xi Jinping.
It has done harm to Xi.
So, Xi and his assistant Wang Qishan certainly defended.
The defense action is the same as before, to take down
Zhou Yongkang,whilst collecting evidence quietly.
Inner Mongolia is the place where Liu Yunshan
seized his wealth from.
Why did someone commit suicide?
Obviously, this person had been given some pressure.
It is likely that the anti-corruption and evidence collection
against this person had taken place.
This is an obvious signal, that action
against Liu Yushan will take place.
Sources say that Liu held the deputy minister post in the
central organization department in 1993, he had worked in
Inner Mongolia for years, after being promoted to Beijing.
He still maintained close ties with political advisory bodies
in Inner Mongolia.
Inner Mongolia was considered as Liu’s own backyard.
Recently, incidents consistently happened
in Liu Yunshan’s backyard.
Apart from Zhang Penghui’s suicide, on Aug. 16, former
Mayor of Hohhot, Tang Aijun was placed under investigation.
On July 17, Wang Suyi, a member of Inner Mongolia’s Standing
Committee was sentenced to jail for life in his first trial.
Sources say that Tang Aijun resigned as Mayor in April 2010.
He hadn’t been investigated because he has strong supporters.
Zhou Xiaohui, column writer for The Epoch Times says that
Tang Aijun has close links with Lian Ji, Party secretary of
Hulunbeir League, yet Lian Ji has close connections
with Liu Yunshan.
It was possible that Tang curried favor with Lian Ji, whilst
creeping around Liu Yunshan.
Wang Suyi also has close ties with Liu Yunshan, Wang had
served in Bayannur City for years, he had taken multiple
senior posts in the city, including mayor, and Party secretary.
So, rumors about Liu Yunshan and his family seizing huge
profits from rich mineral resources in Bayannur
aren’t just groundless.

It has been well documented that Zhang Penghui relied on
Liu Yunshan. Liu had left Inner Mongolia for many years.
What’s the reason that he still can seize
profits in Inner Mongolia?
Because he relied on his old relationship.
Except Tang Aijun who has been arrested, it is likely that
Zhang Penghui has played a key role in it.
Zhang deeply understood that his corruption would cost his
life, he knew that his supporters cannot protect him,
so he chose to kill himself.
Zhou Xiaohui says that Lian Ji was also one of the persons
in charge of persecuting Falun Gong in Inner Mongolia,
he shares common ground on this point with Liu Yunshan.
In Oct. 2011, Lian Ji was suddenly appointed as the minister
of the propaganda department to Gansu Province.
People who can help to achieve this promotion
would be Liu Yunshan, no other person.
Xing Tianxing: Hohhot City actively suppressed Falun Gong,
many cases have proven this.
In Inner Mongolia, one can be promoted to important posts
certainly he had closed ties with the Jiang faction that
persecute Falun Gong.
They rely on protection from high-levels, so they dared to do
it, then they connected each other to act corruptly
and embezzle wealth.
Sources say that Xi Jinping administration is quietly
approaching Liu Yunshan.
Apart from dispatching officers to control Xinhua News
Agency and China’s Central Television, Liu Yunshan’s
backyard, Inner Mongolia has also been checked quietly.
Sources say that in January and July, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang,
Wang Qishan and Yu Zhengsheng, four members of the
Standing Committee went to Inner Mongolia five times.
Some comments say that Inner Mongolia’s officialdom
could become another Shanxi.
Liu Yunshan’s backyard and ties
would be rooted out by Wang Qishan.
