中共高層每年一度的北戴河非正式會議本週召開，據媒體報導，中共政治局常委除李克強外，其他6位已經抵達北戴河。在目前中共以反腐的名義展開的內鬥已經白熱化的局勢下，今年「北戴河會議」主題是甚麼，中共內鬥的各方是否會發生火拚，各界猜測紛紛。
《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，有分析認為，這次「北戴河會議」，中共總書記習近平面臨嚴峻考驗，因為他的反腐運動，特別是揪出中共前政治局常委周永康和軍委副主席徐才厚這兩頭大老虎，已經對黨內造成一定的張力，中共黨內不同的派系可能會在「北戴河會議」反撲。
而《美國之音》早前發表的專家評論則說，習近平反腐的總目標，就是去掉「江太上皇」。因此，有人分析，「北戴河會議」可能會對下一步反腐方向進行定調，繼續揪出江澤民和曾慶紅。
《美國之音》引述前《中國改革》雜誌社社長李偉東的話說，「如果江(澤民)不識趣，還步步緊逼，估計中紀委早已掌握江(澤民)、曾(慶紅)集團或家族貪腐證據，隨時可以拋出。」
到底江澤民派系是否會在「北戴河會議」上發難，跟習近平派系發生火拚，各方勝負如何？各界都在密切關注。
雲南地震災區爆發皮膚病
雲南省魯甸縣發生地震已經6天，由於交通受阻，很多地方仍未獲得救援，遇難者遺體也無法運出，大量的屍體沒有妥善的防護和消毒，已經發出屍臭味。在當地參加救援的「藍天救援隊」隊員李先生告訴本臺記者，目前災區急需消毒藥水、消毒液、防護衣等物品。
由於災後衛生環境惡劣，重災區龍頭山鎮的多個村莊，目前疑似爆發皮膚病疫情，災民身上出現大面積紅疹。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，參與救災工作的志願者謝先生表示，當地很多村寨的人都染上了這種皮膚病，從中年人到小孩子都有，目前還不清楚感染的途徑是甚麼。
傳神秘導彈在內蒙墜毀 消息被封鎖
8月7號，內蒙鄂爾多斯市鄂託克旗布龍湖附近，一枚疑似導彈落地爆炸，導彈殘骸冒出濃烈刺鼻的橘黃色煙霧，殘骸上有「中國航天」四個字。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導， 附近民眾擔心墜毀的導彈會帶來輻射污染或劇毒，影響噹地環境。
目前，相關消息被封鎖，大陸社交網路「微博」上的有關帖子也被全部刪除。

The Senior Level will Fight in Beidaihe Meeting?
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leadership annual informal
meeting is held in Beidaihe this week.
According to media reports, in addition to the CCP premier
Li Keqiang, the other 6 Politburo Standing Committee
members have arrived in Beidaihe.
It has been speculated whether for this year’s meeting topic,
the inner struggle will continue in the party under such
white-hot conditions in the name of anti-corruption.
Radio France Internationale reported that Xi Jinping faces a
severe test in this Beidaihe meeting, because his
anti-corruption campaign caused some tension in the party
with two big tigers sacked: Zhou Yongkang, former Politburo
member and
Xu Caihou Vice Chair of the Central Military Commission.
The different CCP factions might counter-attack in the Beidaihe
meeting.
The Voice of America published expert’s comments earlier
that Xi Jinping’s overall goal of anti-corruption is to
remove the overlord Jiang.
Therefore, it was thought the Beidaihe meeting may set up the
next goal of anti-corruption to ferret out Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong.
Voice of America quotes former magazine China Reform
director Li Weidong, “If Jiang (Zemin) does not play gooseberry
to press harder and harder, the commission might throw the
corruption evidence for Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong Group
or family which they already have. “
It’s closely watched whether the Jiang faction will fight
Xi Jinping and who will win.
Skin Disease Outbreaks in Yunnan Earthquake Area
It’s been 6 days since the quake in Ludian County Yunnan
Province.
There is still no rescue for many places due to traffic
congestion.
The victims’ bodies can not be shipped out causing a terrible
stench because of no proper protection and disinfection.
Blue Sky Rescue Team member Mr. Li told our reporter
that they need disinfectant, protective clothing
and other items urgently.
Due to poor sanitary conditions, a suspected skin disease
breaks out in several hardest hit villages of Longtoushan town.
The victims appear covered in large area rashes.
According to Radio Free Asia report, volunteer Mr. Xie said
many local village people are infected from middle-aged to
children.

August 7, a suspected missile landed, causing explosions,
with strong pungent orange smoke, close to Bulong lake of
Ordas City in Inner Mongolia.
There are China Aerospace logos on the wreckage.
According to a Chinese Jasmine Revolution website report,
people living there worry about radioactive contamination
or toxins from the missile affecting the local environment.
Currently, the related messages are blocked.
The related posts on mainland social website microblogs have
also been totally deleted.
