【新唐人2014年08月01日訊】在中共前政法委書記周永康被立案審查後，國際人權組織「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」7月31號發表《周永康迫害法輪功罪責難逃》公告。公告歷數了周永康追隨前中共黨魁江澤民，鎮壓迫害法輪功的主要罪行。很多人猜測，按照中共以往的做法，他們對周永康的審理，也會像對待中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來和前重慶市公安局長王立軍一樣，迴避他們非法迫害法輪功學員的事實。
「追查國際」的公告聲明：原中共中央常委、政法委書記周永康主要的罪行是，迫害法輪功的群體滅絕罪、酷刑罪、反人類罪。特別是參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官的群體滅絕大屠殺罪行。
公告揭示：「周永康自1999年7月20日江澤民犯罪集團開始大規模鎮壓法輪功以來，先後以四川省委書記、公安部部長、中央政法委副書記、書記、中共中央處理法輪功問題領導小組組長等身份，極力推動並直接參與對法輪功學員的群體滅絕迫害。」
尤其是2007年起，周永康任中央政法委書記後，利用公、檢、法、司，對法輪功學員非法抓捕、超期拘留、酷刑折磨。更嚴重的是，「縱容和指使，使包括軍隊、武警在內的整部國家機器涉入活體摘取法輪功學員器官這個由政府保護的、系統的、群體滅絕性犯罪中。」
香港法輪佛學會發言人簡鴻章（ Kan Hung Cheung）：「周永康就是江澤民主要的幫兇，在政法委、610辦公室積極的推行對法輪功的群體滅絕罪行的迫害，包括活摘器官。證據是確鑿，他是罪大惡極。表面上中共把他拋出來，其實他就是惡有惡報，往後對他的罪責要全面的清算，絕不能隱瞞。」
截至今年7月底，被迫害致死的大陸法輪功學員，查有實據的，已經達到3776人。而在中共迫害法輪功期間，最令世界震驚的是﹕政法委利用武警和軍隊系統，大規模活體摘取法輪功學員的肝、腎、心、眼角膜和皮膚等器官牟利，然後焚屍滅跡。
日前在香港出版的《陰道昏迷——馬三家倖存者的證詞》一書中，多位曾被非法關押在遼寧「瀋陽馬三家女子勞教所」的法輪功學員，描述了他們所受到的殘酷酷刑和迫害。
原遼寧法輪功學員尹麗萍：「2001年4月19日，由馬三家把我和9位法輪功女學員送到張士男教養院，有30多個男人在那裏邊。把我們女人和男人關押在一起的時候，我們完全不可能接受，完全超出了我思想底線了。」
當尹麗萍拚命的想要闖出男牢房時，受警察縱容和唆使的男犯人一擁而上，打傷了她的頭，使她昏倒。
原遼寧法輪功學員尹麗萍：「等我醒來的時候，讓我震驚的是：我左邊躺著一個男人，我右邊躺著兩個男人，然後床上還站著2個男人，在對著我錄像，然後我的床頭和床下都有一群男人。當時我的精神已經都要崩潰。」
尹麗萍說，她所經歷的迫害，只是江澤民、周永康他們迫害法輪功學員的冰山一角而已。
原遼寧法輪功學員尹麗萍：「如果沒有法輪功真善忍的這個理念指導，那個時候人會瘋掉的。這種人格上的羞辱，是用人類任何語言都無法描述，所以說他們對法輪功學員所做的這一切，他們要負法律責任的。善惡有報這是天理，他今天的下場就是在告訴人們這個道理是真的。」
「追查國際」提出追查迫害法輪功責任人的原則是：誰犯罪誰承擔、集體組織犯罪個人承擔、教唆迫害與直接迫害同罪。因此根據這一原則，所有在組織、單位、系統名義下所犯的罪行，最終將落實到個人承擔。而所有參與迫害法輪功的責任人，未來都將被徹底追查，並繩之以法。

WOIPFG： Zhou Yongkang cannot escape from his crimes
After Zhou Yongkang, former secretary of CPC (Central Political and Legislative Committee), was placed under investigation, the international human rights organization, The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), published an important announcement about ‘Zhou Yongkang, claiming he cannot escape from his crimes of persecuting Falun Gong’. The announcement listed all serious crimes committed by Zhou Yongkang when he followed former General Secretary of Communist Party of China, Jiang Zemin, in persecuting Falun Gong. Many people speculated, according to CCP’s past practice, the investigation of Zhou Yongkang will be just like the investigation of former secretary of Chongqing Municipal Committee, Bo Xilai, and the investigation of former head of Public Security Bureau in Chongqing, Wang Lijun, with the investigation avoiding the facts of their illegal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
WOIPFG’s announcement: Former member of Politburo Standing Committee and former secretary of Central Political and Legislative Committee, Zhou Yongkang, has committed serious crimes including genocide, the crime of torture and crimes against humanity in the persecution of Falun Gong. In particular, he was involved in the crimes of genocide of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
The announcement revealed: “Ever since Jiang Zemin’s crime group began the large-scale persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Zhou Yongkang used his different identities, including Sichuan Provincial Party Secretary, Minister of Public Security, vice-secretary and secretary of CPC and leader of CPC Falun Gong issue group, to strongly push and directly involve himself in the genocide and persecution of Falun Gong."
Especially after Zhou Yongkang was promoted to secretary of CPC Committee in 2007, he used the public security, procuratorial and judicial force to illegaly arrest Falun Gong practitioners and place them under extended detention whilst torturing them. More seriously, he “allowed and ordered the whole state apparatus, including the army and the armed police, to be involved in the systematic and state sponsored crimes of genocide in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners."
Kan Hung Cheung, spokesman for Hong Kong Association of Falun Dafa:"Zhou Yongkang is Jiang Zemin’s main accomplice， He actively pushed the crime of genocide and persecution against Falun Gong, including the organ harvesting through CPC and 610 Office. The evidence is conclusive, and he has a heinous history of crimes. It appears that CCP threw him out, actually his retribution has come around. In the near future, all of his crimes will be revealed, he has no way of escape."
By the end of July this year, the number of Falun Gong practitioners who were persecuted to death, has reached 3,776 according to evidence collected so far. During CCP’s persecution against Falun Gong, the world is shocked that CPC (Central Political and Legislative Committee), used the system of armed police and army to conduct organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Organs such as the liver, kidney, heart, skin, corneas and other such organs, all were taken on a large scale, thus selling them on for profit, and then burned the bodies destroying any shred of evidence.
In the book “Vaginal coma – Masanjia survivor’s testimony" which was published in Hong Kong recently, many Falun Gong practitioners who were illegaly imprisoned in Shenyang Masanjia Women’s Forced Labor Camp, Liaoning, have described the brutal torture and persecution they faced.
Yin Liping, a Falun Gong practitioner from Liaoning: “On April 19, 2001, Masanjia sent nine female Falun Gong practitioners and myself, to Zhang’s Male Forced Labor Camp which houses more than 30 men. They locked us up, women and men together we really could not accept this type of behaviour, this is completely base line conduct.”
When Yin Liping desperately tried to break out from the male prison cell, male inmates who were instigated by the police surrounded her, injured her head and made her faint.
Yin Liping:"When I woke up, I was really shocked. There was a man lying on my left, and two on my right, and there were 2 more men standing on the bed taking a video of me. There was a bunch of men on both sides of the bed. At that time, I almost collapsed mentally."
Yin Liping pointed out that the persecution she faced, is just the tip of the iceberg of the reality Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang had instigated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
Yin Liping:"If there was no concept of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance of Falun Gong to guide, I would have gone crazy at that time. This humiliation on people’s personality cannot be described with any words. Therefore they will bear legal responsibility for all their doings upon Falun Gong practitioners. What goes around comes around, its a heavenly principle, his downfall today just shows people that this is true."
WOIPFG’s principle for tracking down the person/s responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong is: Every individual is responsible for his own crimes, every individual involved in this organized crime will be held responsible. Instigating others to commit persecution is the same crime as direct persecution. Therefore, according to this principle, every crime committed under the name of organization, unit and system, will eventually bear the same outcome as those directly involved. All individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong will be completely traced and brought to justice in the future.
