【新唐人2014年07月30日訊】天津的一名黨員，日前成為了中國大陸地區面對鏡頭「公開退黨」的第一人。為了防止當局的打擊報復，她再次聲明：自己絕不自殺，如有不測「必是嫁禍」。是怎樣的經歷，讓她拋棄了中共的組織？下面來看天津張蘭英的故事。
天津的張蘭英，原是「中國建設銀行天津分行紅橋支行」的一名中層幹部。2009年，她的私有住宅被劃入南開區政府所謂的「土地整理項目」，而被迫拆遷。
2010年8月11號，受命於天津南開區政府的強拆隊，撬開了張蘭英家的鎖，把她的私有財產洗劫一空。前一天還是好端端的家，不僅裝修被毀、兩個大衣櫃被撬、連門窗也全部被拆下，張蘭英被迫無家可歸。
但當時，張蘭英並沒有簽下拆遷協議，也沒有得到經濟補償，更沒有被周轉安置。
不過，那一天還只是個開始，在之後5年多的維權過程中，張蘭英目睹和經歷了更多的黑暗。
天津訪民張蘭英：「我因為遭到強拆，被非法拘禁、被關黑監獄，絕食割腕抗爭，險些丟掉了性命，歷時這麼長的時間，沒有人管，沒有人問，我建設銀行的那個組織，在我最飢寒交迫的時候，沒有向我伸出任何的援助之手，反而在我的傷口撒鹽，我被逼離婚。目前，我和我的父母仍然在天津南開區政府黑監獄——時代賓館103室，已經被囚兩年多的時間，絲毫沒有得到任何改變。」
張蘭英原是一名中共黨員。今年6月30號，她向中共中央組織部和天津有關部門遞交了「退黨申請書」。目前回覆時間已過，但張蘭英沒有收到相關部門的答復。
張蘭英：「因為在歷經5年多被迫害的這個過程當中，遭受了一系列的迫害，迫害我的這些人都曾經像我一樣，高舉右手，在黨旗下宣誓，但是這些大於黨及高於國法的行為，也正是這些各級黨政官員一手製造出來的，我將不願意與他們同流合污。但是直到7月17日，我都沒有收到一個正規的文字回覆，於是我鄭重聲明：張蘭英從7月17日退出中國共產黨。」
時事評論員邢天行：「其實老百姓對中共的認識，包括自覺的去退出中共，實際上都是看到中共的黑暗，他絕望之下，再也不被它欺騙了。」
張蘭英在互聯網上公開發表她的退黨聲明，包括視頻和文字等方式，引起了媒體的關注。張蘭英成為中國大陸地區面對鏡頭「公開退黨」的第一人。
邢天行：「退黨肯定是跟大紀元(退黨網站)上號召全球退黨是有關係的，因為中國現在大街小巷退黨的傳單很多。那麼老百姓他不一定是真正上來(網站)退黨，但是他都知道信息，他們對中共的認識，他們也是通過這種方式(退黨)來反抗。」
為防止當局隨後的打擊報復和迫害，26號，張蘭英再度發表聲明《我絕不自殺！》。
邢天行：「至少一點，他對中共這種幻想沒有了。然後，對中共原來那種恐懼……以前退黨私下可以退，他想公開，至少他就是向公眾去表白他不怕中共，他就是公開的決裂，他認透它了，它就是惡的，我就是不再跟你在一起了，唾棄你。這樣一個老百姓，其實是中國老百姓的一個代表。」
張蘭英在聲明中說﹕將來無論遭遇疾病、政治迫害、生活艱辛等各種情況，絕不自殺、自殘，如有不測「必是嫁禍」，比如：車禍、溺水、精神病等等，如有出現失蹤和其他意外，除逼我退黨的貪官污吏外，別無他仇！

Zhang Lanying: I Quit The CCP, But Will Never Commit Suicide
A party member in Tianjin has become the first Chinese
mainlander to publicly denounce the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) facing the camera.
In order to prevent retaliation from the regime, she also claims:
Absolutely no committing suicide;
Any misfortune “must be a set up."
What kind of experience has made her abandon the CCP?
Let’s look at the story of Zhang Lanying in Tianjin.
Zhang Lanying was a middle-level cadre serving at China
Construction Bank in Tianjin.
In 2009, her property became part of land consolidation project
by local government in Nankai District.
She was forced to relocate.
August 11, 2010, the demolition team from Nankai District
pried the lock open and looted her belongings.
In a day, the décor was ruined, two closets were broken,
even the doors and windows were removed.
Zhang Lanying became homeless.
But at that time, Zhang Lanying did not sign the demolition
agreement, did not get financial compensation, and did not get
any alternative placement.
That day was just the beginning. In the following five years,
Zhang Lanying witnessed and experienced more darkness.
Tianjin petitioner Zhang Lanying: “I nearly killed myself
by going on hunger strike and attempting suicide due to
what I experienced from the demolition, the illegal
detention and the black jail.
For so many years, no one has cared or been concerned.
The bank has never extended a helping hand, but sprinkled
salt in my wounds.
I was forced to divorce. Right now, I am still living with my
parents in the black jail of Nankai District of Tianjin,
room 103 of Times Guesthouse.
We have been jailed in this room for more than two years.
Nothing has changed."
Zhang Lanying was a CCP member.
On June 30, she submitted the application to quit the CCP
to the Organization Department of the CCP Central Committee
and the Tianjin authorities.
To date, Zhang Lanying has yet to receive any confirmation
even though it’s passed the deadline.
Zhang Lanying: “In the past five years of being persecuted,
I have experienced a series of torments.
Those who persecute me have been just like me, holding the
right hand, giving the oath under the party’s flag.
But, these deeds higher than the party and the state laws
have been the exact acts of these cadres and officials.
I will not continue to partake in their corruption.
But, until July 17 I have not received a formal reply.
Therefore, I solemnly declare: I, Zhang Lanying, withdraw
from the Chinese Communist Party on July 17. “
Xing Tianxing, commentator: “In fact, people see the darkness
of the CCP.
That raises their awareness of the CCP, and
then consciously quit.
In despair, they will no longer be deceived."
Zhang Lanying’s public statement in both writing and video
on the Internet has attracted media attention.
Zhang Lanying has become the first mainlander to publicly
denounce the CCP in front of the camera.
Xing Tianxing: “Her withdrawal from the CCP is certainly
related to the Epoch Times’ global campaign to quit the CCP.
Pamphlets on “quit the CCP" are all over China nowadays.
People may not be able to quit the CCP through the website.
But, people know this information.
This is a way for them to express their opposition to the CCP
after learning the facts about it."
In order to prevent subsequent retaliation and persecution
from the authorities, Zhang Lanying again issued a statement,
on the 26th : “I will never commit suicide!"
Xing Tianxing: “It shows she has no illusions of the CCP.
Also, it shows that she no longer fears the CCP, that’s why
she publicizes her withdrawal from it.
It used to be to quit the CCP secretly. Now, it’s become public.
It is a thorough understanding of the evil and a complete split
from the CCP. The CCP is abandoned.
She actually is a representative of the Chinese."
Zhang Lanying wrote in her statement: Under no condition
of disease, political persecution and other hardships of life
will I ever commit suicide or self-harm.
If any eventuality occurs, it “must be framed."
If anything should happen to me, such as car accident, drowning,
mental illness, missing or other accident, it must be done by the
corrupt officials who have made me want to quit the CCP.
I have no other enemies!
