【新唐人2014年07月28日訊】日前，中共上海市委書記韓正撰文，向中共領導人習近平表示效忠。外界認為，上海是原中共黨魁江澤民的老巢，在前一陣江澤民的軍中心腹徐才厚落馬、中共各官媒和軍隊向習近平表態時，韓正還遊移在江澤民和習近平之間，目前韓正的舉動，可以看作是中共高層就如何處理江澤民，達成了共識。
7月25號，上海市委書記韓正以《靜心讀書》為題，在《解放日報》撰文。
文章開篇聲稱，今年5月，中共總書記習近平到上海考察時提出要求，「要增強學習的緊迫感和自覺性……多用一些時間靜心讀書……」
同時，韓正還發佈第一張所謂的「解放書單」，其中第一本書，就是習近平在浙江任職期間撰寫的《之江新語》。這本書收錄了習近平擔任浙江省委書記期間，在《浙江日報》上撰寫的232篇專欄短論。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「習的權力日益鞏固，韓正轉頭對習近平效忠很正常，另外表示如果習要是收拾上海幫，他會極力地配合。」
時政評論員夏小強：「帶有濃厚江澤民派系色彩的官員現在這樣力挺習近平，可能是說明江澤民的失勢已經成為一個事實了，他們在高層已經都知道了這個信息嘛。」
在此之前，輿論一直認為，韓正游離於習近平和中共前黨魁江澤民之間。今年5月14號，久未露面的中共江派大佬、前政治局常委曾慶紅，參觀了上海「韓天衡美術館」，有韓正及江澤民的兒子江綿恆陪同。
6月30號，江澤民「軍中的最愛」、前中共中央軍委副主席徐才厚落馬，同時，習近平的舊部應勇升任上海市委副書記。
美國「大紀元新聞集團」旗下的《新紀元》週刊報導，徐才厚落馬後，江澤民非常震驚，7月2號，江澤民坐著專列到北京，但沒有見到習近平。
7月8號，上海市委決定，7月16號至17號，召開中共上海市十屆六次全會，學習習近平5月23號、24號在上海考察時發表的講話。
17號，韓正在會議結束時講話，4次提到習近平；同時還提及向中共「老領導、老同志學習」。不過韓正講到，上海正處在「改革發展」關鍵期，要用超前意識把準方向，千萬不能出方向性失誤。
7月14號，超過100趟往返於上海和北京的航班，因空中管制原因大量延誤或取消，同時上海安保工作也隨之升級。
華頗：「他（習）要對上海幫要是下手，而且是直接對江澤民的大本營——他的根基進行清洗，也是非常的凶險的，尤其是要把軍警力量要整合好，所以軍隊得演習，演習當中，軍隊的紀律、調動、人員就受到有效的控制。」
江澤民的老巢——上海和江蘇，在中央巡視組第二輪巡視的10個省區市之中。7月16號，中共中央紀委書記王歧山發出嚴厲警告，「哪裏問題集中就巡視哪裏，誰問題突出就巡視誰，巡視過後再殺個回馬槍」。
而今年中央巡視組第一輪巡視中，上海「復旦大學」已被專項巡視。「復旦大學」被認為「攤子大、權屬雜、監管難，極易誘發腐敗」。據追查「迫害法輪功國際組織」披露，「復旦」附屬醫院之一的「中山醫院」，涉嫌活摘法輪功學員器官，而外界認為這是江澤民最怕碰觸的死穴。
徐才厚落馬後，中共軍界紛紛表態，聲討徐才厚等人的罪行，除此之外，中共太子黨家族也陸續表態。已故中共元老葉劍英養女戴晴，對《美國之音》表示：對於徐才厚等巨貪在軍中的胡作非為，主要責任者是江澤民。

Han Zheng Pledges Loyalty to Xi Jinping And Betrays Jiang Zemin?
The Secretary of Shanghai, Han Zheng, expressed
his allegiance to Xi Jinping in his recent article.
Shanghai is known as the base of former leader Jiang Zemin.
When Jiang’s army support, Xu Caihou, was sacked,
numerous state media and the military leaders expressed
their allegiance to Xi Jinping but Han Zheng was still
wondering about the situation between Jiang and Xi.
His recent shift suggests the regime has reached
a consensus about how to deal with Jiang Zeming.
July 25, Shanghai Party Secretary Han Zheng published
an article entitled, “Quiet Study" in the Liberation Daily.
Han described the proposal Xi Jinping brought up in a visit
to Shanghai this May:
“Strengthen the sense of urgency and consciousness to
learning…. with some more time to study quietly…"
Han Zheng also released the first list of liberation books.
The first book was written by Xi Jinping during his post
in Zhejiang.
This book collected 232 short essays of Xi Jinping published
in Zhejiang Daily as the Zhejiang Provincial Party Secretary.
Beijing politics watcher Hua Po, “Xi Jinping is increasingly
consolidating his power.
Han Zheng’s allegiance to Xi is only natural.
It shows that he will strongly cooperate
should Xi clean up the Shanghai faction."
Current affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang, “support for Xi
from someone with a strong tie with Jiang Zemin could
indicate Jiang Zemin’s downfall has become a fact that the
top officials have become aware of."
Earlier, Han Zheng was wondering about Xi Jinping
and Jiang Zemin.
On May 14, former Politburo Standing Committee
Zeng Qinghong, Jiang faction’s power player, visited
Shanghai＇s Han Tianheng Art Museum, accompanied
by Han Zheng and Jiang Zemin’s son, Jiang Mianheng.
On June 30, Jiang Zemin＇s military favorite, Xu Caihou,
was sacked.
Xi Jinping’s former staff, Ying Yong, was then
promoted to Deputy Secretary of Shanghai.
The New Epoch Weekly magazine reported that Jiang Zemin
was shocked by the downfall of Xu Caihou.
Jiang Zemin immediately took the train to Beijing on July 2
but did not get to meet Xi Jinping.
On July 8, the Shanghai Municipal Committee decided to
convene the six plenary session of Shanghai on July 16 and 17.
They were studying Xi Jinping’s talk
during his May visit in Shanghai.
In closing, Han Zheng mentioned Xi Jinping four times, and
referenced learning from veteran leadership and comrades.
Han mentioned, Shanghai is in a critical period of reform
and development.
The direction must be controlled
by advanced thinking.
On July 14, over 100 flights between Shanghai and Beijing
were either delayed or cancelled due to air traffic control.
Shanghai security was also upgraded.
Hua Po, “Xi is tackling Shanghai gangs, especially Jiang’s
stronghold, the military.
It is very dangerous trying to coordinate effectively in the
military and the police force.
The military exercises will ensure the discipline and control
of military personnel during the mobilization."
Jiang Zemin’s areas, Shanghai and Jiangsu, are among the
10 provinces and municipalities in the second round of the
central inspection team.
On July 16, Central Commission for Discipline Inspection
Secretary Wang Qishan issued a stern warning.
The inspection team will investigate wherever the problems
are, whoever has the problems, and scrape it clean.
In the first round of inspections this year, the inspection team
had a special tour to Shanghai’s Fudan University.
Fudan was labeled as “large and complicated,
hard to supervise and easy to corrupt".
The WOIPFG (World Organization to Investigate the
Persecution of Falun Gong) revealed that Fudan’s affiliation,
Zhongshan Hospital, is alleged to be conducting organ
harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
This will be an issue for Jiang Zemin.
Since the downfall of Xu Caihou, the military expressed
their condemnation of Xu Caihou’s offense.
They were followed by the
princelings’ families.
Dai Qing, the late veteran cadre Ye Jianyings daughter,
told Voice of America that for Xu Caihou and others in
the military, Jiang Zemin is the culprit of their abusive acts
and corrupt deeds.
