【新唐人2014年05月09日訊】新疆阿克蘇衝突 警方挑釁而起
5月8號，新疆阿克蘇市發生暴力衝突事件，警察開槍打死一人，一名警察受傷。
大陸《天山網》報導說，事件是因公安機關在盤查一部「嫌疑車輛」時候，遭到嫌疑人突然持刀襲擊，警方於是開槍擊斃1人，抓獲1人，過程中還有一名協警受重傷。
不過，「世界維吾爾代表大會」的發言人迪裡夏提向台灣《中央社》表示，案件是因為警察對維吾爾人採取侮辱性的挑釁清查而起。警察除開槍打死一名維族青年外，還打傷了另一人，逮捕了12名維族人。衝突中還有1名警察受傷， 1輛警車被燒燬。
迪裡夏提表示，目前中共縱容武裝人員挑釁、清查維族人，進而開槍打死任何不滿北京政策的抗爭者，局勢令人擔憂。
高瑜涉洩密罪刑拘 外界質疑
大陸資深傳媒人高瑜失蹤兩週後，中共黨媒5月8號證實，她被指控涉嫌「向境外非法提供國家秘密罪」，被北京警方刑事拘留。有消息說，高瑜所洩漏的，是去年4月由中共中央辦公廳印發的題為《關於當前意識形態領域情況的通報》，也就是所謂「9號文件」。
事件引起外界強烈反響，媒體界和法律界紛紛發聲，表示高瑜所為，不能算「洩露國家機密」。
浦志強獲見律師 網路舉牌聲援
因參加「六四紀念研討會」而被刑事拘留的北京維權律師浦志強，5月8號下午獲准與律師會面，代理案件的除了他的同所律師屈振紅外，還有現年87歲高齡，被稱作中國第一代法律人的張思之。同案被捕的其他四人，也陸續被安排與律師會見。
同時，大陸90後網友，也發起網路舉牌活動，對這幾位因紀念「六四」而被捕的活動人士，表示聲援。
5天內大陸又一媒體人自殺
據大陸媒體報導，「深圳報業集團」《晶報》原編委、廣告部總經理張敬武，5月8號自殺身亡。知情人士透露，張敬武7號晚上報失蹤，8號在香蜜湖一處涵洞發現他的屍體，留有遺書，具體原因未明。
這是繼浙江《都市快報》副總編輯徐行5月4號自殺之後，又一起媒體人自殺事件。觀察人士評論，最近大陸傳媒界人士頻繁出事，可能與中共的反腐，甚至高層的內鬥有關。

Xinjiang Aksu Conflict Due to Police Provocation.
On May 8, during a violent clash in Xinjiang Aksu, police
killed one person and one police officer was injured.
Mainland Media Tianshan reported that the incident escalated
from a sudden knife attack by a suspect in a vehicle at the
security checkpoint.
Police killed one person and arrested another. One officer
was seriously injured.
However, World Uyghur Congress spokesman Dilixiati told
Taiwan Central News Agency that the incident was due to
insults and provocation to the Uyghur from security.
As well as killing the young Uyghur, police injured another
man and arrested 12 Uyghurs.
One policeman was injured and a police car was set on fire.
Dilixiati said that the current Chinese Communist Party
indulged in armed provocations against Uyghurs and killing
any protester who was dissatisfied with Beijing’s policies.
Gao Yu’s Detention Due to Leaked Document Questioned.
On May 8, Chinese Communist Party mouthpiece media
confirmed that senior journalist Gao Yu was accused of
“illegally providing state secrets to foreign crimes".
Gao was detained by Beijing police after missing
for two weeks.
It is said that the document Gao Yu leaked was issued by the
General Office of the Communist Party of China in April 2013
titled “Concerning the Situation in the Ideological Sphere" also
known as Document No. 9.
It aroused strong outside reactions.
The media and legal sectors all said Gao Yu can’t
be considered to be leaking state secrets.
Network Placards Supported Pu Zhiqiang’s Meeting With
The Lawyer.
Human rights lawyer Pu Zhiqiang detained for participating
in the Tiananmen Memorial Seminar was allowed to meet a
lawyer on the afternoon of May 8.
As well as his agent lawyer Qu Zhenhong, 87 year old Zhang
Sizhi, known as China’s first generation lawyer is his lawyer.
The other four arrested in the same case have
arranged to meet lawyers.
Meanwhile, the mainland post-’90 netizens also launched an
Internet placard activity to support this activist arrested for
the Memorial to June 4.
Another Media Person Committed Suicide in The Past 5 Days.
According to mainland media reports, Shenzhen Press
Group Jing newspaper’s original editor, and general manager
of advertising Zhang Jingwu, committed suicide on May 8.
He went missing on the evening of May 7.
His body was found at Honey Lake on May 8 with a suicide
note giving no specific reason.
This is another Media staff suicide after the Zhejiang City
Express deputy editor Xu’s suicide by hanging on May 4.
Observers said recent media peoples’ frequent suicides may be
related to the Party corruption, even high-level infighting.
