中共十八屆三中全會後新成立的「國家安全委員會」（國安委），4月15號，在中共黨魁習近平的主持下，召開首次會議，中共媒體都在頭條刊登長篇官樣文章，文章中提出所謂的「安全」達數十個之多， 包括國家安全、人民安全、政治安全、經濟安全、軍事安全、文化安全、社會安全、國際安全、內部安全、傳統安全、非傳統安全、科技安全、信息安全、生態安 全、資源安全、核安全等。
這麼多的「安全」，讓大陸網友不知所云，於是把它變成惡搞對像，有人說「十個安全要牢記，過馬路要走斑馬線」，也有人說「舌尖上的安全也應該列其中」，還有人諷刺說「為了確保我們的安全，必須犧牲你們的安全」、「誰不擁護誰就不安全」。
80年代改革操盤手陳一諮美國病逝
前中共總書記趙紫陽的智囊，被稱為中國改革操盤手的陳一諮，美西時間4月13號在洛杉磯家中病逝，「六四」流亡者王丹、吳仁華等都在網路上表達哀傷。
陳一諮，是原中共「國家經濟體制改革研究所」所長，也是80年代中國農村體制改革的主推手。在1989年「六四」事件中，他反對當局武力鎮壓學生，6月4號「天安門屠殺事件」發生後，他聲明辭職、退黨，後遭中共秘密通緝，被迫流亡海外。
東莞裕元鞋廠爆發3萬人大罷工
廣東東莞「裕元鞋廠」，4月14號，再次爆發3萬員工大罷工，抗議廠方按臨時工標準繳納社保，職工要求廠方給工人們補繳養老保險和公積金，及補簽正規勞動合同。當局出動大批警察維穩，雙方發生衝突，二、三十被抓。
據報導，罷工行動從4月5號開始，已經持續了10天。
大陸H7N9禽流感仍在擴散
中國大陸的H7N9禽流感疫情，仍在持續擴散，疫情重地廣東省，4月11號一天，僅官方報告就新增病例7人，另有5人死亡。
據美國《大紀元》新聞網報導，廣州市傳染病院一位男醫生透露，他們一家醫院就收治了十幾例，而且都在ICU病房治療。
廣東省民眾指責中共官方媒體瞞報，以致百姓不知疫情發展迅速而疏於防範。
而臨近廣東的香港，日前也因感染病例增加到了10人，而將雞市停市一週。

Meeting Spoofed by Netizens.
The first meeting of the National Security Commission was
presided over by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Xi
Jinping on April 15.
It was first established at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th
Central Committee of the CCP.
CCP media published the lengthy bureaucratic article in
headlines raising dozens of so-called security areas.
These security areas included national, human, political,
economic, military, cultural, social, international, internal,
traditional, non-traditional, IT, information, ecological,
resources, nuclear, etc.
Mainland netizens don’t know what these securities mean
and mocked: “Keep in mind ten securities; take the zebra
crossing"; “tongue security should also be added".
Someone even ironically said “you have to sacrifice your
safety to ensure our security"; “No support, no safety".
80s’ Reform Trader Chen Yizi Passed Away in the U.S.
The former general sectary of Zhao Ziyang who was known
as China’s reform trader, Chen Yizi passed away at his Los
Angeles home on April 13.
June 4 exiles Wang Dan, and Wu Renhua expressed their
grief through the Internet.
Chen Yizi was the former director of the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) National Institute of economic system reform.
During the June 4 1989 incident, he opposed the CCP use
of force to suppress students.
He was forced into exile because he was wanted by the CCP
secretly after declaring his resignation and quitting the party
after the Tiananmen Square massacre.
Dongguan Yuyuan Shoe Factory 30000 People on Strike
On April 14, Dongguan YuYuan Shoes Factory had 30,000
employees strike against the factory for treating them with
casual labour standards.
The workers required the manufacturer to pay pension
funds and sign retroactive formal labor contracts.
The authorities deployed large numbers of police and both
sides clashed. 20 to 30 people were arrested.
According to the report, the strike has lasted
10 days since it started on April 5.
H7N9 Bird Flu is Still Spreading
China H7N9 bird flu continues to spread.
According to the official report, the heavy epidemic state,
Guangdong Province has 7 new cases and 5 deaths on April 11.
According to the U.S. based Epoch Times newspaper report
a male doctor at a Guangzhou hospital said they had admitted
over a dozen cases to intensive care.
Guangdong citizens accused official media of concealment
to keep them ignorant of the epidemic’s rapid development.
Hong Kong, which is close to Guangdong, also has 10 more
infected people and closed the chicken market for one week.
