【新唐人2014年03月26日訊】日前，美籍商人胡偉星「涉黑案」在廣州中院審理，胡出庭時指稱自己6次被惠州警方刑訊逼供。因胡偉星曾在美國華人聚居的洛杉磯高調親共，而被中共媒體吹捧為「愛國僑領」和「慈善家」。他的女兒說，想不到他父親會成為冤假錯案的受害者。
大陸媒體23號報導，從2012年6月開始，廣東惠州市公安局以「打黑」為由，分別在惠州、廣州等地，先後抓捕惠州「富星房產開發公司」的負責人胡偉星等人。
胡偉星被指控犯有10項罪名。
3月3號，第一被告人胡偉星出庭，指稱自己遭受6次刑訊。第一次他被吊起來後，兩名訊問人員抓住他雙腿，讓他反覆撞牆，他昏倒後，鼻孔和嘴被人灌入藥水。
2月27號，第二被告人胡某容指稱，他們除了多次被打、被吊外，還被審訊人員電擊生殖器、肛門、頭部。
2012年6月22號之前，胡偉星還是廣東惠州「富星商貿廣場房地產開發有限公司」董事長，和佛山南海裡鮮果批發市場總經理。他公認的頭銜是「美國大洛杉磯地區促進中國統一聯合會」執行主席。
1998年，胡偉星還曾發動他在新加坡經商的哥哥胡偉明、和在香港經商的弟弟胡東泰，共同捐資360萬元人民幣，在惠州市以自己父親的名義，建起了「胡錫連紀念學校」。
因為在美國華人聚居的華人區升起中共國旗，而被中共媒體吹捧為「愛國僑領」和「慈善家」的胡偉星，如今不但被中共高調黑打，還遭受嚴刑逼供。
3月24號，胡偉星的女兒胡倍甄對《美國之音》說，沒有想到她父親會成為冤假錯案的受害者。她說，自己的父親是被人陷害的。
胡偉星出庭時也指稱，自己是被親哥哥胡偉明陷害，兄弟倆都從事房地產開發，因為經濟利益糾紛，胡偉明勾結惠州官員把他送進監獄，他還當庭舉報了一名惠州官員﹔胡東泰也表示，胡偉星入獄，是因為他與大哥為一塊土地發生經濟糾紛。
廣東民主人士，高級工程師徐琳指出，在一個完全黑社會化的專制體制內，任何聳人聽聞的迫害和冤案都可能發生。
廣東民主人士、高級工程師徐琳：「這不是甚麼冤假錯案，純粹就是中共的一個迫害，這無疑又是一個被中共利用完之後，遭到遺棄、迫害的典型。很多人看不清專制的黑暗、邪惡和殘暴，總以為替它賣命會得到其善待，又或者以為掌握了主子的把柄就可以讓它們投鼠忌器。」
徐琳指出，中共內部的鬥爭是殘酷的，這些跟中共靠近的人，都會成為中共體制的殉葬品。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明指出，被中共稱作「愛國僑領」的人，實際上都是被中共利用了。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明：「它打著一個愛國的旗號，實際上它是叫你愛它的黨，對於國家它不是特別重視，所以有時候好比覺得需要政治經濟上發展，需要當地華僑支持的時候，它就大肆搖著愛國的旗幟，稱誰誰是愛國華僑，然後在經濟上、名義上、政治上給予一些好處，但是這些都是暫時的，因為它就是利用嘛。」
趙遠明說，一旦這些人沒有甚麼利用價值的時候，就會被中共拋棄。
趙遠明：「它不管你是甚麼愛國僑領，不管你過去做的好，完全是翻臉不認人，因為它就是邪黨的性質，只是看你有沒有利用價值，根本不講道德，不講傳統，所以說到時候看你沒有利用價值了，然後就通過非法的司法活動，就是把你個人財產掠奪一空，然後對你人身進行酷刑折磨等等」。
趙遠明指出，在大陸，有很多人受到打擊迫害後，根本沒有機會說話，冤死者數不勝數。趙遠明提醒大陸民眾一定要分清楚，自己到底是愛國，還是愛黨﹖如果黨、國都不分的話，很難保證不會落到胡偉星如今的下場。

Pro-CCP Community Leader Hu Weixing Tortured,
Suspected Of Being Involved In The Mafia
Recently, the case of American businessman Hu Weixing
was tried in the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court.
He was suspected of being involved in mafia style crimes.
Hu mentioned in court that he suffered from torture
at the hands of the Huizhou police six times.
Hu Weixing supported the CCP in high-profile fashion
in the Los Angeles Chinese communities.
He was touted by the CCP media as being
a “patriotic community leader" and “philanthropist".
His daughter said that she never thought her father
would become the victim of injustice.
According to a media report on Mar. 23, the Huizhou
Police arrested Hu Weixing and other senior managers
of Fu Xing Real Estate Development Company
in June 2012, during the time when the “Strike Black"
campaign (disgraced politician Bo Xilai’s anti-corruption
campaign) was initiated in Huizhou and Guangzhou.
Hu Weixing was charged with 10 counts.
On Mar. 3, in his first court appearance, defendant
Hu Weixing mentioned that he suffered torture six times.
After the first time he was hung up, two interrogators
grabbed his legs and smashed them into the wall repeatedly.
After he collapsed, syrup was poured
into his nostrils and mouth.
On Feb. 27, the second defendant Hu mentioned
that apart from being repeatedly beaten and hanged,
the interrogators also shocked his genitals, anus and head.
Prior to June 22, 2012, Hu Weixing was the chairman
of Fu Xing Real Estate Development Company in Huizhou
and the General Manager of the Nanhaili Fruit Wholesale
Market in Foshan.
His public title is the Executive Chairman of China Council
for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification,
Greater Los Angeles Area.
In 1998, Hu Weixing along with his elder brother
Hu Weiming, a businessman in Singapore, as well as his
younger brother Hu Dongtai, who run business in Hong Kong
donated 3.6 million Yuan to built a “Hu Xilian
Memorial School" in Huizhou, in the name of their father.
Hu Weixing also rose the CCP flag in Chinese
communities around the United States.
Because of this, Hu was touted by CCP media
as a “patriotic community leader" and “philanthropist".
However, he was treated as a gang
member and suffered torture.
On Mar. 24, his daughter Hu Beizhen told
Voice of America that she never thought her father
would become the victim of injustices.
She said that her father was framed.
Hu Weixing also mentioned in court that he was framed
by his elder brother Hu Weiming.
The two brothers are engaged in real estate development.
However, Hu Weiming colluded Huizhou officials
to put Hu Weixing in jail due to a benefits dispute.
Hu Weixing also reported one Huizhou officer on a court.
Hu Dongtai also mentioned that Hu Weixing had economic
disputes with Hu Weiming regarding a piece of land.
Guangdong Democrat, engineer Xu Lin, pointed out that
in a completely autocratic regime with an unlawful social
organization, any sensational persecution and injustice could
take place.
Xu Lin: “This is not a trumped-up case, it is purely
CCP persecution.
This is a typical example –after being used by the CCP,
the next is abandonment or persecution.
Many people ignore the dark, evil brutality of the tyranny.
Some people believe sacrificing their lives
will yield good returns.
Others think gripping the handle of their bosses
are a deterrent."
Xu Lin pointed out that the struggle within the CCP is brutal.
Those close to the CCP would become the sacrificial lambs
of the regime.
Zhao Yuanming, senior legal expert, pointed out that
the so-called “patriotic Chinese" were actually utilized
by the CCP.
Zhao Yuanming: “Patriotism means that you need
to love the CCP.
It is not particularly of great importance for the country.
So sometimes if there are needs for the political
and economic development or overseas support,
the CCP will vigorously wave the flag of patriotism
and appoint patriotic Chinese.
Maybe the CCP will provide economical, nominal
or political benefits.
But these are temporary, because it is an incorrect
use indeed."
Zhao Yuanming said that once these people have given
everything of value, they will then be abandoned by the CCP.
Zhao Yuanming: “It does not matter whether you
are a patriotic Chinese or what you did in the past.
It completely turns against you.
In fact, it is the nature of the evil Party.
The key point is whether you have values or not,
as there is no morality or tradition.
When it comes time, your personal property will be taken
away through illegal judicial activities –as you do not
have any value then.
You will suffer torture."
Zhao Yuanming also pointed out that so many people
being persecuted in China who have no chance to speak.
Aggrieved persons are numerous.
Zhao Yuanming reminds people to have a clear mind
on being a patriot or supporting the CCP.
Without such identification, it is difficult to avoid
the fate of Hu Weixing.
