【新唐人2014年02月28日訊】新疆警方禁止律師會見伊力哈木
北京維族學者、中央民族大學副教授伊力哈木，日前被指控「分裂國家」，遭到正式逮捕後，他的律師李方平趕往關押地點烏魯木齊，但是警方拒絕讓律師會見當事人伊力哈木，理由是案件涉及「國家機密」。
李方平表示，這個決定沒有事實和法律的基礎，他們當場提出了口頭申辯，下一步還會提出書面申辯。
伊力哈木被逮捕的消息已經在國際上引起廣泛關注，美國、歐盟和多個國際人權組織分別敦促中共當局釋放伊力哈木。
駱家輝促中共尊重和平倡議者權利
本週六將卸任的美國駐華大使駱家輝，2月27號以大使的身份在北京舉行了最後一次記者會。
駱家輝在記者會上敦促中共當局要尊重從事和平政治活動人士的權利，並對伊力哈木的命運表示高度關切。
他說：「我們認為言論自由是普世權利，我們對那些從事和平倡議而被逮捕和拘押的人感到非常關切。」
陸媒提「周濱集團」 周永康呼之慾出
大陸媒體最近連續發表文章，揭露中共前政治局常委周永康之子周濱，涉及各種貪腐之事，繼山西媒體曝出周濱牽涉山西呂梁落馬市長丁雪峰買官案後，北京《新京報》又報周濱染指北京公租房項目，《搜狐》網站甚至做出專題，問：周濱是誰？
2月27號，北京《中國青年報》再質疑：周濱背後的利益集團如何形成的？
這些文章稱周濱為「神秘富商」，雖然媒體聲稱要分析周濱背後利益集團形成的原因，但是，文章都沒有提到周濱是中共過去的權力核心人物，前政治局常委周永康之子。
評論指出，從大陸媒體這樣連篇纍牘的揭露周濱，並越來越明顯的將他與他的父親聯繫來看，周永康案公布的日期應該不遠了。
山西強徵 鏟祖墳 斷人手腳
2月24號，山西運城市夏縣廟前鎮南上晁村，因徵地發生暴力衝突，十幾名村民被打斷胳膊和腿。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，當地政府派出10輛鏟車、200名執法隊到村裡強行徵地，剷平了村民的祖墳，並毀壞了村民的上百畝果園和養殖場，導致衝突發生。

Xinjiang Police Stop Lawyers Meeting Ilham
Beijing Uyghur scholar, Ilham, associate professor of Minzu
University was accused of secession and arrested.
His lawyer Li Fangping went to meet Ilham in Urumqi detention
but was refused the meeting on the excuse of state secrets.
Li Fangping said that they made an oral defense on the spot
because the decision was not based on legal facts or the law.
In the next step they will submit a written defense.
Ilham’s arrest has caused wide concern in the
international community.
A lot of international human rights organizations in the US
and EU are urging the Chinese authorities to release Ilham.
Locke Tells The Chinese Communist Party To Respect
The Rights of Promoters of Peace
The outgoing US Ambassador Gary Locke held a final press
conference in Beijing on February 27.
At the press conference, Locke urged the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) to respect the rights of peaceful political activists
and expressed concern over Ilham’s fate.
He said: “We believe that freedom is a universal right. We are
very concerned about those arrested and detained peaceful
political activists."
Mainland Media Mention Zhou Bin Group.
Zhou Yongkang is Ready To Come Out
Recently, mainland media continuously exposed the Politburo
Standing Committee Zhou Yongkang’s son Zhou Bin, who is
involved in a variety of corruption cases.
After Shan Xi media exposed that Zhou Bin involved the
sacked mayor Ding Xuefeng’s case of position title buying
Beijing News pointed out that Zhou Bin is involved in a
Beijing public rental project.
“Sohu" website even set up a topic asking: “Who is Zhou Bin?"
On February 27, Beijing “China Youth Daily" asked again:
“How can the interest group behind Zhou Bin form?"
The article said Zhou Bin is a mysterious businessman.
Although the media claimed to analyze the reason for the
interest group forming, the article did not mention Zhou
Bin is the power center as the son of the former Politburo
Standing Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
Comments pointed out that it is not possible to stop Zhou
Yongkang’s case from the endless exposing of Zhou Bin
by connecting him with his Dad.
Destroying Family Graves and Attacking Villagers
For Land Requisition in Shanxi
On February 24, in Shanxi Shang Zhao County, villagers
had broken arms and legs in violent clashes of land requisition.
According to the “Chinese Jasmine Revolution" website, the
local government sent 10 forklifts, and 200 law enforcers to
the village to force the land requisition.
They leveled the village family graves and destroyed hundreds
of acres of orchards and farms, resulting in conflict.
