Who is violating law? Beijing Authorities ask Netizen VIPs to obey the laws
Following the arrest of many netizen VIPs last year, the official media of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), authorities once again highly appealed to netizen VIPs to reunite, have tolerance & become more law-abiding etc.
However, scholars say netizen VIPs express the inner voices of the people.
In contrast, it is the CCP authorities who do not abide by the law nor seek the truth from facts, all the while desecrating the publics justice.
This is practiced by the entire regime rather than only just a few officials of the regime.
In the afternoon of Feb. 16, the official media published an article with the headline,"The opinion leaders need to reunite and tolerate."
The article appeals to netizen VIPs that they “take the lead in maintaining social justice and fairness."
It is reported that there are 1.2 billion registered accounts of 103 weibo websites in China. Among them, 536 million are with Sina weibo and 540 million with Tencent weibo. Weibo has become one part in the lives of Chinese people.
However, Beijing Authorities detained human rights activists, attacked famous netizens, and arrested netizen VIPs including Mr Wang Gongquan and Charles Xue.
Mainland netizen Ou Biaofeng: “The authorities aim to keep the people quiet out of fear. “They do this by attacking public opinion of netizens leaders
and abrading, irritating the freedom’s of speech."Their saying ‘to tolerate and reunite’ is illogical and violates any commonsense."This is just like leading the life of a prostitute then expecting a monument to one’s chastity."I just regard these words as the words of an insane being."
Ou Biaofeng is an active netizen with a net nickname “Citizen Xiao Biao".
He not only joined the activity of,’Holding Posters For Street Protests’ in south Chinese cities,he also joined in with the activity of requiring disclosure
of official assets.Recently he visited Qufu City of Shandong Province,
appealing the case of Xue Mingkai’s father, who so called committed “suicide",according to a dubious official report.
Every step of his actions is simultaneously updated
and published to the world by Internet.
Recently he applied for an account upon the Tencent Weibo website. But he was refused on the grounds of using the nickname, “Citizen".He now has to publish the truths of the incident by twitter.
The official media say: netizen VIPs “usually put aside laws and facts in order to attract fans, going beyond the moral and legal bottom lines, desecrating justice and fairness." Ex-Professor of former Zhejiang Financial and Economic
University & current holder of PhD in maths, Wang Henggeng, disagrees with it.
Wang Henggeng: “The fact is completely in the reverse. In fact, those netizen VIPs expressed people’s inner voice. On the contrary, it is the CCP who do not abide by the laws, ignore facts, and desecrate social justice and fairness.
Such a misconduct is executed by the entire regime rather than being just one or two officials."
It is reported that around 300 netizen VIPs influence the nationwide hot topics on the Internet. Most of these VIPs are working within the fields of media or universities.
Wang Henggeng was forced into a psychiatric hospital after he was monitored for 5 years. This was due to his open appealing for the people’s will
and suppressed livelihood issues. He has his own personal experience about free speech, alas blocked by the CCP.
Wang Henggeng: “The university is of course a key area
controlled by the CCP. I once worked there and know the situation very well there. They tried to control and block me by administrative systems and informants. Finally I was truly sent and confined to a psychiatric hospital. They used the stick on one hand & used the carrot on another hand."
According to recent statistics, among the weibo accounts of Sina and Tencent,
there are 19,000 netizen VIPs with fans of more than 100,000, people
3,300 VIPs with fans totaling more than 1 million and 200 VIPs with fans of more than 10 million on both sites respectively..
Beijing Authorities also admitted: “on some breaking incidents and public affairs, the influence of Internet opinion leaders usually exceeds
the official media and official weibo accounts".
Ou Biaofeng: “The authorities fear the people’s influence will take command the discourse of power. The CCP regime is a totalitarian and dictatorship government
without any legitimacy and justifiability." So they have always fooled the people with their lies.
“They (CCP) worry these Internet opinion leaders command
the people’s discursive (reasoning) power, “which allows people to know the truth of what they have done and hence threatens their governing status."
Liu Dejun is a Chinese dissident who was persecuted. He was jailed and forced into exile overseas. He told NTD: “So called netizen VIPs aren’t all
human rights activists or democracy movement activists. Not all weibo accounts are deleted without interruption".
Liu Dejun continued, “Today’s CCP fears people having a choice, to take to the streets to protest if their free speech is impeached upon the web".
Wang Henggeng: “The CCP have controlled China only by the gun (the military power) and the pen (the media power). All information obtained by the ordinary Chinese people from the official media,"have brainwashing elements of the CCP contained in it.So the information from the Internet of VIP netizens. is a real heavy blow to CCP."
Alas now, the people are awakening to the evils the CCP have perpetuated upon them.
America will offer free Wifi access by satellite in 2015.Wang Henggeng is very delighted with this news and says: “
The dissemination of the truths and facts, will be the trigger to the final end & collapse of the wicked CCP regime."
