【新唐人2014年02月12日訊】「六四」話題升溫 被押「死囚」曝光
隨著「六四事件」25週年紀念日的臨近，相關話題也逐漸升溫，據香港《蘋果日報》報導，目前所知，至少還有一名「六四死囚」仍然被關押在獄中。
據北京畫家武文建透露，這名「六四死囚」是北京市民苗德順，他在1989年「六四事件」當時，向著火的坦克扔了一個籮筐，被中共當局以「反革命助燃縱火罪」逮捕，並判處死緩。
「六四」時，17歲的武文建因跳上巴士車頂喊了兩句口號，也被當局以「反革命宣傳煽動罪」判監7年，1995年獲釋。
武文建在進入監獄時與苗德順一同關在北京第一監獄，苗德順因拒不接受中共當局所定的罪名，時常遭到獄警用電棍毆打折磨。
20多年間，因「六四」被判死緩的人，後來都陸續獲減刑釋放，但是，苗德順卻成例外。
新疆一年判三百起危害國家安全罪
總部位於美國舊金山的國際人權組織「對話基金會」，2月10號發佈報告披露，去年，新疆有近300起涉及「危害國家安全罪」的刑事案件審判。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，報告援引新疆高級法院年度工作報告數據分析指出，2013年共有296起危害國家安全罪案例，比前一年的270宗增加了10%。
「對話基金會」指出，有關被告人的公開資料十分有限，而「危害國家安全罪」的地區分佈並不平均，僅喀甚地區就審判了超過60%的案件。
「世界維吾爾代表大會」發言人迪裡夏提週二表示，新疆「危害國家安全罪」的增加，與中共當局在當地的壓制政策有關，而這還只是公布出來的數字，與此同時，還有大量的維吾爾人被長期關押，等待審判。
採煤致地陷屋塌 河南千人圍堵礦場
中國河南省商丘永城市新橋鄉新橋煤礦，因採煤導致當地數個村的房屋、農田塌陷，引發衝突。
2月9號，五百村民圍堵煤礦，與保安發生衝突，各有數人受傷。
10號，上千村民再度圍堵新橋煤礦，永城公安局出動二百名警察，礦場調動了三百名頭戴鋼盔手持棒棍的保安，與村民對峙。
後來副市長出面協議，村民才自行離開。

June 4th Topics Heat Up. Imprisoned
Condemned Person Revealed
With the “Tiananmen Incident" 25 anniversary approaching,
related topics are gradually warming up.
According to Hong Kong “Apple Daily", it’s known that at
least one “Tiananmen death" is still in prison.
Beijing artist Wu Wenjian revealed this “June Fourth death" is
Beijing citizen Miao Deshun.
He threw a basket to the burning tank in 1989, the June Fourth
Incident, and was sentenced by the Chinese authorities on
charges of “counter-revolutionary combustion and arson".
On June 4th, the 17-year-old Wu Wenjian jumped on the bus
roof shouting slogans.
He was imprisoned for seven years by the authorities for
“counter-revolutionary propaganda and incitement".
He was released in 1995.
Wu Wenjian and Miao Deshun were imprisoned together
at the first Beijing prison.
Miao Deshun was often beaten by prison officers using
electric batons because he refused to accept the charges.
Miao Deshun become an exception because most suspended
death sentences of “June 4th" got remission and released
within 20 years except him.
Xinjiang Sentenced 300 Crimes Against State Security
Headquartered in San Francisco, international human rights
organization “Dui Hua Foundation" released a report on
February 10 that here were nearly 300 trials involving issues
“against national security" last year in Xinjiang.
According to “Radio Free Asia" report, Xinjiang High Court
annual work report pointed out that there were 296 crime
cases against national security in 2013.
A 10% increase compared to 270 cases the previous year.
“Dui Hua Foundation" pointed out the available public
information about the defendant’s is very limited.
The crime “against national security" is unevenly distributed.
There were more than 60% trials in the Kashi area.
On Tuesday, The spokesman of “World Uyghur Congress"
Dilxat said the increasing number of crimes against national
security in Xinjiang is related to the repressive policy from
the Chinese authorities. These figures are just released.
In the meantime, there are a lot of Uyghurs in long-term
detention, awaiting trial.
Mass Protest in Henan Blocked Mine Site
There was conflict in Henan province Xinqiao county when
mining led to some local village houses and farms collapse.
February 9, five hundred villagers blocked mine and conflicted
with security; several people were injured on both sides.
On the 10th, thousands of villagers blocked Xinqiao mine again.
Yong City Public Security Bureau sent two hundred police
and three hundred armored staff to confront the villagers.
Later, when the deputy mayor came to coordinate
the villagers left.
