【新唐人2014年02月07日訊】去年的2月6號，大陸維權律師浦志強，在網上實名舉報前中共中央政法委書記周永康，要求清算周永康過去10年的維穩模式。一年後的今天，周永康已被逮捕，但是浦志強表示，如果當局是以腐敗的罪名審判周永康，無助於改善中國的法治現狀。
去年2月6號，浦志強在新浪、騰訊和搜狐三大微博網站實名發表博文。浦志強指控周永康，禍國殃民！浦志強說：「若想從維穩的陰影下走出，就必須清算他的社會治安綜合治理模式，太多的人間慘劇悲歡離合，跟周永康直接、間接有關。此人秉政十年，竟然荼毒天下，實民賊也！」
這篇博文得到眾多網友的支持和轉載，但立即遭到刪除。
一年過去了，有報導指稱，周永康目前被關押在天津，由胡錦濤親信38軍看守。也有消息說，周永康被關押在內蒙古的一個軍事基地內，精神恍惚。
浦志強認為，這一年來，中共當局對所謂「四川幫」、「石油幫」和「政法系統」的反腐動作，被外界解讀為是針對周永康起底，確實，周永康已經落馬，但是，這不是浦志強所期待的。
浦志強強調，中共當局對重慶前市委書記薄熙來的審判，和對周永康的偵查，都只針對他們的經濟問題，卻與法治、公平無關。
大陸維權律師浦志強：「是不是用腐敗的方式抓捕周永康，和要不要倣傚薄熙來那樣一種辦法來整治他，都不表現中國的法治在進步，不能簡單這樣去說，抓住周永康，中國就好了，要看以甚麼樣的方式去抓他或者去審判他，到底是清算他的腐敗，還是清算他的政治路線。」
據了解，周永康領導下的政法委掌控公、檢、法系統，凌駕於法律之上，把龐大的經費用於打擊訪民、法輪功學員、和異議人士等在內的所謂「維穩」上。周永康任內，中共政法委維穩經費急劇暴增，甚至超過國防軍費。大陸法律界人士普遍認為，周永康出任中共公安部部長和政法委書記期間，中國的法制建設急遽倒退，社會治安急劇惡化，嚴重刑事案件居高不下，黑惡勢力橫行，人權根本無法得到保障。
而日前，來自北京的消息證實，周永康搜刮的資金與不動產，總價值高達數千億，成為中共有史以來的最大腐敗案。江澤民、曾慶紅等中共前領導人都深度涉及周永康案。
那麼，中共會以甚麼罪名起訴周永康呢？
北京時政觀察人士華頗認為，中共當局肯定是用「腐敗」的罪名，起訴周永康。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「當然周永康的罪行不僅僅是腐敗，可以說是反人類的問題，但是中共不可能把周永康的罪名一股腦的全部抖了出來，如果周永康的罪名全部公布於世，對中共來講，也是下不了臺，所以只能以腐敗的名義把他拿掉，當初薄熙來就是這樣辦理的。」
據接近北京高層的知情者透露，中共高層搏擊的核心問題，就是如何對待前中共黨魁江澤民和周永康控制的政法系統，在迫害法輪功所犯下的「反人類罪」。因事態嚴重，大多數中共高層官員不願意為「江氏集團」揹黑鍋。
2月4號，中共中紀委發出信息表示，對於重大腐敗案件要「一案雙查」，既要追究當事人的責任，也要倒查追究相關領導的責任。大陸作家鐵流指出，中共當局已經鎖定前國家副主席曾慶紅和江澤民。
大陸作家鐵流：「最後會推到曾慶紅頭上，也會推到江澤民頭上，曾慶紅的兒子已經出事了，抓周永康先抓周斌，周斌先出事，曾慶紅呢，就是他兒子曾偉出事，江澤民的兒子是江棉恆，現在已經是不點名的點名。」
據了解，鎮壓法輪功的「610」頭目李東生被免職的第二天—-去年12月26號，大陸《財新網》推出了「中移動窩案」專欄，第一篇就是《國企反腐史上最大的兩起腐敗窩案，莫過於中石油窩案和中國移動窩案》，文章披露，江棉恆以江澤民為靠背，幾年時間，不費吹灰之力，坐大他的電信王國，「中國移動」的利潤駭人聽聞。

Zhou Yongkang Arrest – Justice or Political Blood Letting?
On February 6 2013, Chinese human rights lawyer Pu Zhiqiang,
using his real-name, wrote a timely article on former
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Political
and Law Commission Secretary Zhou Yongkang,
He requested the authorities bring Zhou Yongkang to justice
for his crimes of the past 10 years, for the “maintenance of stability."
Today, one year later, Zhou Yongkang has been arrested.
But Pu Zhiqiang expressed that if the authorities charge
Zhou Yongkang for corruption, it won’t help improve the status
of rule by law in China.
Last February 6, Pu Zhiqiang published an article using his real
name on the three largest microblog sites – Sina, Tengxun and Sohu –
He accused Zhou Yongkang for bringing disaster to China!
Pu Zhiqiang said: “If we want to step out from the shadow
for the maintenance of stability, we must bring him to justice
for his social security comprehensive management model.
Many human tragedies were caused by Zhou Yongkang
directly or indirectly.
Zhou Yonkang’s ten years of rule even poisoned the world.
He is the real enemy of the people!"
This article was supported and spread by many netizens,but it
was quickly removed.
One year later, it is reported that Zhou Yongkang is currently
detained in Tianjin and is being watched by the 38 Army,
Hu Jintao’s trusted force.
It is also said that Zhou Yongkang is detained in a military base
in Inner Mongolia, and is in an unstable mental state.
Pu Zhiqiang believes that in the past year, the CCP authorities
carried out anti-corruption campaigns against the “Sichuan Faction,"
“Petroleum Gang" and the “Political and Legal system."
It is seen by the outside world as reprisals against Zhou Yongkang,
indeed, Zhou Yongkang has been removed.
But it is not what Pu Zhiqiang was looking forward to.
Pu Zhiqiang emphasized that the CCP authorities’ trial of
former Chongqing party Secretary Bo Xilai
and their investigation on Zhou Yongkang are both economic,
driven and have nothing to do with the rule of law or justice.
Pu Zhiqiang: “To arrest Zhou Yongkang in the name of corruption
or to charge Bo Xilai for using his own way of torturing people
do not mean progress for China’s rule of law.
We cannot simply say that China is better with the arrest of
Zhou Yongkang.
We need to see how his arrest and trial will be conducted.
Will he be brought to trial for corruption or his politics?"
It is understood that the Politics and Law Committee under the
leadership of Zhou Yongkang was immune from prosecution,
immune from the legal system and was even above the law.
Huge funds and resources were used to attack petitioners,
Falun Gong practitioners and dissidents.
During Zhou Yongkang’s tenure, the CCP’s Political and Legal
Committee stability maintenance expenses jumped sharply,
even surpassing the than national defense budget.
Chinese legal professionals generally believe that during
Zhou Yongkang’s term as the Minister of Public Security
and Party Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee,
the China’s legal system rapidly retreated,social order
sharply deteriorated,
the number of serious criminal cases remained high,
underground gangs became rampant and basic human rights
were non existent.
Recently news from Beijing confirms that assets collected and
exploited by Zhou Yongkang reached hundreds of billion yuan.
It is the largest corruption case in the history of the CCP.
Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong and other CCP former leaders
are all deeply involved in Zhou Yongkang’s case.
Then on what pretext will the CCP sue Zhou Yongkang?
Beijing political observer Hua Po thinks the CCP authorities
will for sure sue Zhou Yongkang on grounds of corruption.
Hua Po: “Zhou Yongkang’s crimes are not only corruption.
His crimes are crimes against humanity.But it is not possible for
the CCP to reveal all of his crimes.
If all of his crimes are made public it would be a dilemma
for the CCP.
Therefore the CCP arrested Zhou Yongkang in the name of corruption,
just like what it did for the Bo Xilai case."
According to insiders close to high-level officials in Beijing,
the core issue of the CCP’s internal struggle is how to handle
the anti-humanity crimes against Falun Gong committed by
former CCP leader Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang.
Because the situation is serious, most of the CCP senior officials
do not want to take the responsibilities for the “Jiang Zemin faction."
On February 4 2014, the CCP Central Commission for Discipline
sent a warning of “Double Checking" on major corruption cases,
including members responsible as well their leaders.
Chinese writer Tie Liu points out the CCP authorities have
locked-on former Vice President Zeng Qinghong and
Jiang Zemin.
Tie Liu: “The lock will be on Zeng Qinghong and Jiang Zemin.
Zeng Qinghong’s son is already in trouble.
The arrest of Zhou Yongkang also started with this son.
Jiang Zemin’s son is also mentioned."
It was reported on December 26, 2013, the second day after
the 610 Office (office on persecuting Falun Gong) Leader
Li Dongsheng was dismissed,
China’s caijing net published a column on the “China Mobile Case".
The first article was about the two largest corruption cases
of state-owned enterprises – China National Petroleum
and China Mobile.
The article revealed that Jiang Mianheng with the support of
Jiang Zemin,built his telecommunication kingdom within
several years with ease.
The profit of China Mobile is shocking.
