【新唐人2014年02月01日訊】山東異議人士薛明凱的父親，週三（1月29號）在曲阜市檢察院辦公室離奇墜樓死亡，官方聲稱他跳樓自殺，引發強烈質疑。曲阜市警方當天趕到薛明凱所在的河南鄭州，要帶他回家「見父親最後一面」，但薛明凱因擔心自己再遭不測而拒絕。
薛明凱週五告訴《新唐人》，曲阜市政府人員前一天給他打電話，要帶他回山東。他拒絕了。
山東異議人士薛明凱：「他說我是政府部門的。我的意思跟你談一下。你父親的事情已經出現了，我們要把它處理好。其實他們就是想掩蓋。我母親打給我電話，說你千萬不要回來。他們搞這些事情最後的目地就是為了控制我，把我控制在曲阜。」
今年24歲的薛明凱表示，因為他從事反對中共專制的民主活動，山東維穩人員在中國傳統新年前夕抓捕他的父母，把他們軟禁在一個賓館裡。他們後來從賓館逃出來，躲進檢察院，沒想到維穩人員又追到檢察院，在檢察院繼續毆打他們。
薛明凱：「因為我母親躲在廁所裡，鎖上了門。我父親是逃到檢察長的辦公室。躲在檢察長的辦公室。沒想到他們在檢察長的辦公室動手。所以我就說這個問題。我的父親你說是跳樓自殺的。我的父親因為我的事情曾經也被毆打過，他都沒想到自殺。他為甚麼現在……他死，他是死在檢察院裡。他為甚麼要在檢察院自殺？ 」
官方聲稱薛明凱父親跳樓自殺，但薛明凱表示，他相信，父親是被政府人員毆打致死。因為家屬要求屍檢，當局只准許薛明凱母親看了薛父屍體面部一眼。薛母要求查看身體，官方堅決不同意。公安屍檢的時候，也不讓薛母到場觀看。
薛明凱母親：「光看了臉，兩個上眼發黑，只看了一眼就把我拽走，現在他們控制著我，可不能讓薛明凱回濟寧。別叫薛明凱回山東，現在控制著我，薛明凱回來會控制起來。他想摀住，曲阜想壓住，不讓中央知道。」
薛母現在被許多維穩人員看管，並且頻繁轉移地方，週五被轉移到「聯合大學」賓館。
薛明凱表示，現在全國各地很多朋友顧不上過年趕往山東曲阜，要求警方調查真相。他說，這起事件針對的是民運人士，共產黨把民運人士的家屬迫害致死，這是有史以來的一個先例。
薛明凱：「他們想掩蓋，他們也掩蓋不了。我們必須要求調查事實真相。為甚麼我的父親要在檢察院死？如果我父親是自殺身亡的，為甚麼現在還不讓我的母親自由？為甚麼還要控制她？他們很想封口。」
全國各地一些異議人士也趕到河南鄭州陪伴和保護薛明凱。安徽異議人士錢進表示，他們已經組建律師團，要求調查事實真相。
安徽異議人士錢進：「首先要查明薛父死亡真相，是毆打致死，折磨致死，被逼跳樓，還是被他們直接扔下去？死亡真相肯定要給個交代。然後再走程序方面的問題。就是對於死亡，共產黨應該給個合理的交代和說法。目前我們暫時等待律師團溝通協調，走法律程序。」
錢進表示，律師還將去檢察院收集證據包括物證。因為一般城市的檢察院安有攝像頭。他們要求調查當天的攝像頭。目前曲阜刑警五中隊已經立案。但是錢進認為，這個調查肯定有利於共產黨方面，他們都是蛇鼠一窩，沆瀣一氣，迫害政治犯的家屬。
2009年5月，薛明凱被深圳公安局以「涉嫌顛覆國家政權罪」刑事拘留，後被逮捕。第二年，深圳中級法院以「顛覆罪」判薛明凱1年6個 月刑期，2010年11月，刑滿被釋放的薛明凱，得知母親因為他申訴而被當局勞教一年。
出獄後，薛明凱繼續從事民運及維權活動，曾前往浙江溫州調查「錢雲會事件」等， 他在維權期間，多次遭到警方綁架及監視。

Mainland Dissident’s Father Dies at Local Procuratorate Office Building
Xue Mingkai is a dissident in Shandong Province.His father weirdly died of falling from the Qufu Municipal Procuratorate Office Building.
The local authority claimed he committed suicide,but this statement is being strongly scrutinized.Qufu police arrived at Zhengzhou City of Henan Province,
where Xue Mingkai is staying now, and attempted to escort him back home “to see his father for the last time",but was refused by Xue Mingkai,who worries about the unexpected persecution.
Xue Mingkai told NTDTV on Friday,Qufu Local Government rang him on Thursday
and made arrangements for him to return back to Shandong, but he rejected them.
Xue Mingkai: He said he was from the government.He wants to negotiate with me.
They want to handle the incident of my father’s death.Actually, they just want to cover up the truth of the incident.
My mother rang me and requested me never to return home.What they have done has an ultimate aim of controlling me and confining me in Qufu.
Xue Mingkai is 24 years old. He says,because he is undertaking democratic activities of opposing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s totalitarianism,
his parents were arrested under a local hotel by local authorities prior to the Spring Festival.
Then his parents escaped from the hotel and hid in the local Procuratorate Office Building. But the local authority’s staff responsible for maintaining stability caught them in the Procuratorate Building and kept beating them.
Xue Mingkai: My mother hid in a locked toilet.My father fled into the Chief Procurator’s office.But it was unexpected that they would even beat him
inside this office.So I emphasize this incident.
They said my father committed suicide by falling from the building.
However, my dad was also once beaten by them for the sake of me, and he had never thought of suicide.Why did he now die at Procuratorate Office Building?
Why did he commit suicide there?
According to the local official statement,Xue Mingkai’s father committed suicide by falling from the building to the ground.
But Xue Mingkai confirms, he believes that his dad died of being beaten by the staff of the local authority.When Xue’s family requested an autopsy of him,
the local authority only permitted Xue Mingkai’s mother to have a short glance at his father’s corpse.
His mom asked to see his father’s body,but the local authority resolutely rejected.When the coroner executed the autopsy,his mother was not allowed to have an on-site observation.
Xue Mingkai’s mother: I just saw his face.Both of his two upper cheeks are black.After one glance at him, I was then dragged away.
Now I am controlled by them,so Xu Mingkai cannot return to Jining City.
Never ask him back to Shandong. Now I am under their control.If Xue Mingkai returns, then he will be under their control.
The local authority want to wrap this incident up and have hidden it from the Central Government.
Xue’s mother is now monitored and detained by many local staff for maintaining stability and has been frequently relocated from one place to another.
On Friday, she was transferred to “United University" Hotel.
Xue Mingkai confirms that many friends across China now go to Qufu without caring about the Spring Festival and appeal to the police to investigate the truth.
He says, this incident is aiming to the people of Democratic Movement (DM).
This is the first case of the CCP having killed family members of DM people.
Xue Mingkai: They want to hide the incident,but they cannot. We must require investigating the truth.Why did my dad die in the Procuratorate Office?
If my father died of suicide,why don’t they grant my mother her freedom?
Why do they still need to control her?
Apparently they want to cut down the disclosure of this incident.
Some other dissidents across China also visited Zhengzhou City to accompany and guard Xue Mingkai.Anhui Province dissident Qian Jin says a lawyer team have been formed in order to appeal for investigating the facts of this incident.
Qian Jin: First the truth behind his father’s death must be investigated. He died of being beaten, tortured and being forced to fall from the building to the ground or directly being thrown to the ground from the building by them?
The truth of his death must come out.Then further procedures will be followed.
About his father’s death, the CCP should give a reasonable statement and clarification.At present we are waiting temporarily for the lawyer team
to negotiate and then follow legal procedures.
Qian Jin confirms that the lawyers will visit the Procuratorate Office for collecting evidence including material evidence.
Because most cities’ Procuratorate Offices have been installed with video cameras,they will be required to investigate that day’s video files.
Currently the Fifth Squad of Criminal Police of Qufu Municipal Public Security has registered the case.But Qian Jin says that this investigation will surely
favor the CCP side. Because all the different CCP departments collaborate
to persecute dissidents’ families.
In May 2009, Shenzhen Municipal Public Security detained and later arrested Xue Mingkai for the crime of being under suspicion for overturning state power.
In the next year, Shenzhen Municipal Intermediate People’s Court sentenced him to jail for 1 year and 6 months.In November 2010, Xue Mingkai was released and he was aware of his mother being sent to labor camp for one year due to her appealing for her son.
After jail, Xue Mingkai is continuing his activities for the democratic movement and defending human rights.He once visited Wenzhou City of Zhenjiang Province
for investigating the “Qian Yunhui Incident".During this period, he was kidnapped and monitored by the police many times.
