【新唐人2014年01月07日訊】中共駐舊金山領館被燒後又遭抗議
日前被人縱火焚燒的中共駐美國舊金山領事館，1月5號，又遭遇了2014年的第一批示威者。一群在舊金山的中國人權關注人士，當天在領館前，要求中共釋放政治異議人士和良心人士。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，十幾位示威者，高舉著要求中共釋放政治犯和良心犯的標語牌，和一些去年被中共當局抓捕的政治犯及良心犯的照片，對著中共領事館高呼「共產黨放人，共產黨無恥」等口號。
參加示威活動的人士包括前「89民運」學生領袖封從德、以及在「六四」鎮壓中被中共軍隊坦克碾壓致殘的前北京學生方政，和一些剛到美國的大陸人士。
內蒙六牧民抵制強佔牧場獲刑
中國內蒙古翁牛特旗新蘇鄉六名牧民，因為抵制國有林場強佔他們的牧場而受審。日前他們被當局以「破壞生產經營」的罪名判刑。
據英國《路透社》1月6號報導，去年12月31號，這六名牧民分別被內蒙古翁牛特旗法院判處一年至兩年不等的徒刑。
報導援引一名被告律師的話說，判決明顯不公，因為這樁案件是土地糾紛，而不是刑事案件，之所以被當成刑事案處理，是因為當地政府的介入。
這名律師說，村民們曾經前往市政府和北京上訪，使地方政府受到上級批評，所以他們採用這種手段報復村民。
桂民圍攻派出所 群毆鎮書記
1月4號，廣西梧州市籐縣平福鄉莫九村村民，與平福林場因林地問題發生爭執打鬥，當地警察到現場抓捕兩名村民，引起莫九村村民反彈。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，莫九村村民認為公安處事不公，袒護平福林場，持刀棒圍攻平福派出所，並衝進派出所救出兩村民，一警察手指被砍傷，一警車被砸。
據報導，1月3號，籐縣的另一個鄉鎮——古龍鎮，也發生村民抗議事件。
當天，古龍鎮書記陳北全，因為貪腐問題，被大任水庫村民群毆，並罰站、斷水斷食一天。陳的汽車被村民用樹枝卡住，無法脫身。

Chinese Communist Party Consulate in San Francisco Burns
by Protesters
January 5th the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) San
Francisco Consulate was set on fire, facing the first group
of demonstrators of 2014.
A group of Chinese living in San Francisco concerned about
human rights, asked the CCP to release political dissidents
and people of conscience in front of the consulate.
According to ‘Radio Free Asia’ report, a dozen protesters held
up banners asking the CCP to release the political prisoners
and prisoners of conscience, along with photos of those who
were arrested by the CCP last year.
They shouted slogans at the CCP consulate such as ‘CCP
release them, CCP is shameless’.
Protesters who joined the protest including former 1989 pro-
democracy student leader Feng Congde and former Beijing
student Fang Zheng, who was run over by the CCP military
tanks and disabled during the June 4th’ suppression.
There were also some people who had just arrived
in the U.S. from mainland China.
Inner Mongolian Herdsmen Sentenced for Forcibly
Resisting Occupation of their Pasture
In Inner Mongolia Wengniete, Xinsu County, China six
herdsmen were sentenced for resisting state-owned forest
companies who forcibly took their pasture.
Recently they were sentenced for ‘destroying production
operations.’
According to the UK ‘Reuters’ reoprt of January 6th, on
December 31 2013 these six herdsmen received prison
terms ranging from one to two years respectively by
Inner Mongolia Wengniute Court.
The report quoted from a defense lawyer that, the decision
was clearly unfair, because this case is a land dispute not a
criminal case, so the local government’s involvement made
this case become treated as a criminal case.
The lawyer said, villagers went to the city government and
Beijing to petition.
This made the local government get criticized by the superiors.
So they adopted this means to take revenge on the villagers.
Guangxi Villagers Besieged Police Station
and Beat Town Secretary
On January 4th, in Guangxi Wuzhou City, Teng County,
Pingfu Township, Mojiu villagers fought with Pingfu forest
company over land issues.
Local police arrested two villagers which
caused a reaction among the rest.
According to ‘Chinese Jasmine Revolution’ website report,
Mojiu Village villagers believed it is unfair, that police
shielded Pingfu forest company.
They broke into Pingfu police station with knives and sticks,
to rescue the two arrested villagers.
In the process, one police officer’s finger was injured and
one police car was smashed.
According to the report, on January 3, Teng County’s other
town – Gulong Town, also had a villagers’protest incident.
That day, Gulong Town Secretary Chen Beiquan, was beaten
by Daren Waterdam villagers, because of corruption.
He was punished by standing without any water or food
for a whole day.
Chen’s car was blocked by the villagers using tree branches
and he was unable to escape.
