【新唐人2014年01月07日訊】《南方週末》新年獻詞事件一週年，廣州當局如臨大敵，除抓捕在家聚會的維權人士，以及前往《南周》大樓外參加紀念活動的維權人士外，甚至扣押被抓人士的代理律師。據網友「公民小彪」在推特發出的消息，截至1月6號凌晨零點30分，被警方控制的相關人士已達10多人。
5號，「南方報業集團」門前，警察、便衣密佈。據了解，數十名維權人士計劃當天在廣州南方報業集團大樓外舉行紀念活動。
大陸民主人士、高級工程師徐琳告訴《新唐人》，他一抵達《南周》大樓，就被抓了。他表示，當局的極力打壓凸顯了他們內心的慌亂。
大陸民主人士、高級工程師徐琳：「中國民間追求民主的呼聲越來越高，街頭活動，包括網路上的聲音越來越強盛，他們政權不穩定，越慌張。另外也可能他們自己的內鬥，搞的有點神經質。像李東生被抓，周永康也傳說被控制，他們內部有點亂，這種亂可能表現在基層工作上，造成一些不理性，最後的猖狂。」
據了解，4號曾參與「南周事件」街頭抗議的維權人士肖青山、張聖雨和馬勝芬到梁頌基家中聚會，結果4人被警方破門而入帶走。
廣東耀輝律師事務所執業律師隋牧青：「當局為甚麼抓他們，肯定就是怕他們到街上去紀念《南周》一週年，這個當然合法，沒有任何違法的問題。中國(中共 )的邏輯都是這樣，他們維穩歷來都是這樣，在他們眼裡沒有法律。」
廣東維權律師劉士輝告訴《自由亞洲電臺》，5號上午，他在石圍塘派出所見到了梁頌基，梁被控「擾亂社會秩序罪」。6號劉士輝前往廣州大東派出所，要求了解肖青山、張聖雨等3人的關押地點，結果卻被警察扣押。
徐琳：「劉士輝去了解被抓的那些人的情況，他有他們的委托書，代理他們有關的事宜，但是公安局態度很不好，後來也把他扣留了。沒有理由，他們根本就不講道理嘛！」
此外，包括廣東民主人士範一平在內的多位維權人士，遭到「被喝茶」的待遇，範一平透露，他已經連續兩天「被喝茶」，而且還「被旅遊」。
廣東民主人士範一平：「不斷有人被請去喝茶，而且被明顯的警告：6、7、8、9(四天)不得參加《南周》的任何活動。昨天喝完茶以後，給我做了一個決定，7、8、9三天讓我去旅遊，我非常憤怒，實際上就是對我實行強制性軟禁。」
據了解，中共當局對聲援「南周事件」人士的打壓從來不曾放鬆，早前因聲援「南周事件」被當局起訴的維權人士郭飛雄、劉遠東，日前已移交司法。
前《南方週末》評論員、《炎黃春秋》編委笑蜀，日前呼籲各界關注郭飛雄等人。笑蜀表示，郭飛雄去年8月8號在廣州遭秘密逮捕，他的家人一個月後才收到通知書。而且，去年12月15號，郭飛雄在律師不知情的情況下遭廣州檢察院起訴，郭飛雄面臨的情況最危險。
更令活動人士不滿的是，「南方報業集團」管理層去年11月曾作出一份文件，指控當初的聲援民眾「妨礙人員和車輛進出」，甚至控訴民眾聚集造成部分會議與活動被迫取消。
對此，範一平指出，「南方報業集團」是為了配合公安機關對郭飛雄等人的打壓，才出具證明文件。
範一平：「當時門口根本沒有人進行圍堵，全部都是在兩旁的人行道上面，7號那天，小門旁邊，有很多人獻花，佔門口很小的一個地方，這是一個。第二個，《南周》事件的時候，在《南周》門口現場，每天都有成百警察在那邊，如果要說堵的話，那警察早就爆過了。」
《南周》社內至少有20名現任或前任員工，公開砲轟報社提出的證詞「可恥」，並反駁說，民眾當時的聲援集會並沒有影響工作。
據了解，《南方週末》今年的新年獻辭，提早一週上交預先審讀，獻辭以報社三十而立為主軸，絲毫沒有提及去年的獻辭之爭，也沒有涉及當年的新聞制度。這份獻辭的最後，回歸到中共當局正在宣傳的深化改革，有民眾質疑，不知是「南方報業」管理層有意配合，或是遭到當局的嚴控打壓。

CCP Suppresses Anniversary of “Southern Week Event”
During the first anniversary of the “Southern Weekend New
Year message event”, the Guangzhou authorities
strengthened its defense. In addition to arresting activists at home and outside the “Southern Weekend” building who participated in the
commemoration, the authorities even detained the lawyers of the activists who
had been arrested.
According to Twitter news by “citizen Xiao Biao”, on Jan. 6, related activists who had been controlled by the police, had reached up to ten people. On Jan. 5, In front of the “Southern Newspaper Group”, there were lots of police, some of whom wore plainclothes.
It is understood, dozens of activists held a commemoration activity outside the building of the “Southern Newspaper Group” that same day.
Xu Lin, a democrat and senior engineer, told “NTDTV”, he was arrested after he arrived at the building of the “Southern Newspaper Group”. Xu said that the authorities tried to suppress, which highlights the state of their inner panic.
Xu Lin : “The population who calls out for democracy now is on the increase in China. Street activities abound, including a more powerful voice on the network, all of these are indications, showing us that the CCP is an unstable regime. The CCP is becoming more desperate by the day. We know Li Dongsheng was arrested & Zhou Yongkang was manipulated. “The interior of the regime seems to be falling in to chaos. Even at the grassroots, people appear irrational.
This could be their final flurry.”
It is understood, Jan. 4, activists who were involved in “Southern Week Event” street protests, including Xiao Qingshan, Zhang Shengyu and Ma Tengfen, held gatherings at Liang Songji’s family. As a result, these four people were taken away by the police, who had broken into their house.
Sui Muqing, the practicing lawyer at Guangdong Yaohui Law Firm: “Why did the authorities grab them? The authorities are afraid they’ll take to the streets to commemorate the ‘South Week’ anniversary. This is certainly legitimate & there should be no problem. It is the CCP’s twisted logic. The maintenance of stability has always been this way. In their eyes, there is no law.”
Liu Shihui, the human rights lawyer, told “Radio Free Asia” that, “in the morning of Jan.5, he saw Liang Songji at the police station in Shiwei Tang.
Liang Songji was charged with the crime, “disturbing social order.”
On Jan. 6, Liu Shihui went to Guangzhou East police station, asking the whereabouts of Xiao Qingshan and Zhang Yu, & where they were being detained.
However, he was later detained himself by the police.
Xu Lin: “Liu Shihui wanted to obtain related information concerning those involved in the case. “He is power of attorney for these people. Yet the attitude of the police is not good. They decided to detain Liu Shihui. There is no reason for it. They have no valid reason to behave this way !”
In addition, a number of activists in Guangdong, including Democrats Fan Yiping, experienced the unusual “being tea” treatment. Fan Yiping revealed, he had two consecutive days with “being tea”, also with “being tourism ?”
Fan Yiping: “I was constantly being invited to have tea with clear warnings, do not participate in any activity of the ‘Southern Weekend’ during Jan. 6 – Jan.9. After drinking tea yesterday, I was required to travel for three days,
from Jan. 7 to Jan.9. I am very angry. In fact, it is a mandatory house arrest they placed me under.”
It is understood, the CCP authorities never relax their grip on suppressing activists who support “Southern Weekend Event”. Guo Feixiong and Liu Yuandong, who were both indicted by the authorities earlier due to “southern Week Event”,
have been transferred to the administration of justice.
Xiaoshu, the former “Southern Weekend” commentator and editorial of “Yanhuang Chunqiu”, has called public attention on Guo Feixiong and other people. Xiaoshu said that, Guo Feixiong was secretly arrested on Aug 8 of last year in Guangzhou. It was not until one month later, his family received the receipt of notice.
On Dec.15 last year, Guo Feixiong was under prosecution at the Guangzhou Procuratorate, without the awareness of his lawyer. Guo Feixiong now faces the most dangerous of situations.
Even more dissatisfied with the activists are the management team of the “Southern Newspaper Group”, who made a document in November last year, alleging that the activists had “impeded personnel and vehicles”. The document also allegedly accuses, that the Group had to cancel meetings and events due to the gatherings of people.
In this regard, Fan Yiping pointed out that the “Southern Newspaper Group”, cooperated with public security to repress Guo Feixiong and issued documents.
Fan Yiping: “At that time, there is no one securing the door. All the activists stood on the sidewalks on both sides. On Dec.7, a lot of people placed flowers at the door, taking up a very small amount of space. Then, during the ‘Southern Weekend Event’, there were hundreds of police at the gate of ‘Southern Weekend’. If there is any blocking, you could say the the police had
reached the limit.”
At least 20 current or former employees in the “Southern Weekend”, blasted publicly, that the proposed testimony of the newspaper is “disgraceful”.
They argued that the gatherings at that time did not affect the work.
It is understood, that the New Year Message of “Southern Weekend” this year, was pre-handed for re-reading a week earlier. The message focused on, ‘the thirty years’ history of the newspaper. It did not mention the message disputes and the news system of last year. In the end, the message returned to deepen the reform, the propaganda of the CCP authorities.
Some people questioned they did not know, whether the management team intended to compete, or were strictly controlled by the authorities.
