【新唐人2013年12月03日訊】12月1日是「國際艾滋日」。從11月25號起，河南、河北、湖北和山東等省的愛滋病患者，紛紛來到北京衛生部大樓門前，達200多人。但是幾天下來，卻不見一位官員出來接見。這些進京請願的愛滋病患者，都是因為輸血感染。多年來他們尋求政府賠償，但是當局至今不承認錯誤。
原「中國健康教育研究所」所長陳秉中撰文披露，這些上訪者來到衛生部，主要是求醫問藥。他們天天服用的藥「拉米夫定」，原來是進口的，副作用小，療效好，國家為了減少開支，換成了副作用大、效果差的國產藥。
河南愛滋病患者李要峰：「國產的副作用嫌大一點。人現在吃了好多都是變形。其實這個藥，國產的也不比進口的便宜多少錢。一個便宜一毛錢而已。(服藥後)人不是肚子大就是脖子大。上半身大下半身細。」
前幾天，百多名愛滋病感染者離開民政部後，前往王府井大街表達訴求。由愛滋病患者創辦的「艾滋反歧視合唱團」為過往行人獻唱。幾分鐘後，多輛警車來到王府井大街，警察將艾滋患者強行送上一輛公交車。
河南愛滋病患者李要峰被警察抓住交給當地截訪人員，在拘留所被關一天一夜後，李要峰被押回家鄉河南。
河南鄭州市民孫亞的兒子11年前因為輸血感染愛滋病。他覺得政府每年在艾滋日舉行活動跟演戲一樣，他們唱他們的，感染者的訴求政府不予理會。
河南鄭州愛滋病患兒家長 孫亞：「你現在天天都是歌功頌德，掩蓋責任，包括我們採供血，他就把責任推給那些所謂的地下非法的採供血。就好像政府沒責任。你想想，醫院包括血液製品廠都是國家衛生部直接管理的。這些人長期的去使用地下的黑血站非法血站的血漿作為原料，這解釋得通嗎？」
2002年，孫亞帶著先天唇顎裂的兒子到「北京大學」口腔醫院做手術。術前孩子被輸入250ML的濃縮血小板。手術一年之後孩子患上肺炎，久治不癒，後被確診愛滋病。孫亞跟醫院打官司。醫院聲稱輸血沒有問題。
孫亞：「立案打官司的時候，他醫院就出假證據，他就說你的血液檢查過了。我說你給我看。他拿出檢查報告單，我一看，你這是複印件。都是電腦打印的複印件。我要求看原件。他就不給看。作為我們來講，父母沒問題。孩子當時六歲。那你說小孩怎麼得的呢？手術之前檢測沒事。手術以後一年多發現了。」
孫亞指出，早在1997年，聯合國就對中國提出了嚴厲的警告，說輸血傳播的愛滋病患者將來會到1000萬。如果有效控制的話可以減少到150萬。但是直到2001年，中共中央政府才被迫承認﹕中原地區「血傳播」造成大量人員感染。然後又拖了三年，直到2004年，當局才在全國進行普查。但只普查獻血人員，沒有普查輸血的人。
孫亞：「那麼國家在這個時候沒辦法了。因為方方面面摀不住了。1997年捂到2001年，2001年捂到2004年，死活摀不住了。怎麼辦呢？被迫醜媳婦見公婆。就出來了一個百分之三十幾的血傳播這樣一個大的感染途徑。那麼既然國家有責任，從2004年以後，我們國家的疫情報告模式就成了一種，盡量去減少這種血傳播的比例，把性傳播的比例往上提。」
中共當局的說法是，政府把「血傳播」途徑給控制了，「血傳播」越來越少，新發現的感染者全都是性傳播的。但是孫亞指出，中國很早開始，就有對性病和愛滋病的檢測站，性工作者的愛滋病感染率非常低。他認為，性工作者的愛滋病傳播，根本不可能造成中國目前那麼高的愛滋病感染比例。
上世紀90年代，由於輸血亂象導致河南愛滋病大流行，至少有30萬賣血農民感染愛滋病，10萬感染者死亡。但是至今當局仍不承認錯誤，不道歉，也不賠償。

AIDS Patients Sent to Detention Centre Seeking Help in Beijing
December 1st is “International AIDS Day”. On November 25
around 200 AIDS patients from Henan, Hebei, Hubei
& Shandong Province, visited Beijing Health Ministry building.
After a few days waiting, not one officer came to meet
with these people.
These AIDS petitioners were infected by blood transfusions.
They have been seeking compensation from the Government
over these past few years,
yet the authorities still do not admit any mistakes.
The Institute of Public Health Education & Research
director Chen Bingzhong, disclosed that these petitioners came
to the Health Ministry mainly for medical advisement.
Originally, patients were taking the imported medication
lamivudine or (3TC) with very little side affects
and good efficacy.
Unfortunately, to reduce costs, this was later replaced by a
cheaper product, a domestic medicine, which inevitably
has big side effects and poor efficacy.
AIDS patient Li Yaofeng from Henan : “The domestic
medicine has huge side effects, once taken can create
major deformities within the patient.
Actually, the domestic medicine is not that much cheaper,
as little as 10 cents the difference from the imported
drugs, so not that much cheaper.
After taking it, people experience a big belly or big neck,
or the upper body becomes large while lower body is slim.”
A few days ago, more than 100 hundred AIDS patients left the
Ministry of Civil Affairs and went to Wangfujing Street to appeal.
“AIDS anti-AIDS discrimination Choir” which was founded by
AIDS patients sang to the passers-by.
A few minutes later, some police came in cars to Wangfujing Street,
forcing patients on to a bus.
Henan AIDS patient Li Feng was caught & taken by the police
and sent to a detention centre where he was kept for one &
a half days, finally being escorted home to Henan.
Henan Zhengzhou citizen, Sun Ya’s son, was infected with
the HIV virus through a blood transfusion
11 years ago.
He felt that the government annual AIDS Day event is
more like acting.
The government ignores the HIV patients’ demands.
Parents to the son who contracted the AIDSvirus in Henan
Province, Zhengzhou city Sun Ya: The officials do
nothing more than sing their own praises.
Everyday they shamelessly hide their liabilities of the people,
including our infected blood collections.
They blame it on the so-called illegal underground blood
collection, the government then wavers all responsibility.
You know, hospitals and blood product factories, are directly
managed by the Ministry of Health.
How can you explain these people are using raw material from
illegal underground blood banks?
In 2002, Sun Ya took his son with congenital cleft lip and palate,
to undergo surgery in Peking University Stomatology Hospital.
Before surgery, the child received a blood transfusion of
250ml blood platelet concentrate.
The child suffered from pneumonia a year after the surgery,
then was later diagnosed with AIDS.
The hospital claimed there was no problem with blood transfusion.
Sun Ya: “The hospital gave false evidence in a lawsuit, stating
the blood had been checked.
They gave me a copy when I requested it, not the original report.
Since we’ve had no AIDS problems within the family, how can a child
of six contract the AIDS virus ?
Plus he had no problems before the surgery and was diagnosed
one year after it.”
Sun Ya pointed out, that the United Nations had warned China
as early as 1997, that AIDS patients infected by blood
transfusions, will reach 10 million in China..
It is quite possible, these statistics could be reduced to
1.5 million with effective control.
It wasn’t until 2001 that the Chinese government were
forced to admit that blood transfusions were infected.
Then three years later, not until 2004, the authorities started
general investigations throughout the country,
but only for blood donors, not for the blood receivers.
Sun Ya: “The authorities have no way of dealing with this
at the present moment, as they cannot hide all aspects.
They hid the truth from 1997 to 2001, then 2001 to 2004.
What can they do?
There was a Chinese saying “An ugly daughter-in-law will have to
face her parents-in-law sooner or later”.
They released information that a thirty percent blood
transfusion can transfer blood infections.
After 2004, there was only one report model stating we should
try to reduce the proportion of blood-borne
transmission infections,
but increase the proportion of sexual transmission, ie blame
all blood HIV infection upon sexual transmission.”
The Chinese authorities said that the Government controlled
blood transmission and the newly discovered infection, ,are
all sexual transmission.
But Sun Ya pointed out that there were sexual transmission
disease test and HIV test stations in China at a very
early stage, sex workers infected by HIV is very low.
He believes that it’s impossible to generate such a high percentage
of HIV infections only from sex workers in China.
In the 1990s, tainted blood transfusions resulted in 300,000
people contracting the HIV infection, 100 thousand of
them are now dead.
Even now, the authorities do not admit any mistakes,
nor do they make any apologies,
or offer any form of compensation.
