【新唐人2013年11月26日訊】吾爾開希抵港 向北京投案失敗﹗
八九民運前學生領袖吾爾開希，11月25號從台灣抵達香港，要求香港特區政府將他逮捕，並轉交中共政府。
吾爾開希希望香港政府以這樣的方式幫助他回到大陸與父母團聚，結束流亡生涯。不過，香港當局決定把他遣送回台灣，使他的「闖關」再次失敗。
吾爾開希是中共當局「六四事件」通緝名單上的第二號學生領袖，他從1989年開始流亡海外，一直未能回國探親，也沒能與家人在海外相聚。從2009年起，吾爾開希先後在澳門、日本東京和美國的華盛頓等地，向中共大使館投案，都遭到拒絕。
籲無罪釋放大法學員 手印再顯民意
大陸各地民眾用簽名、按手印的方式，表示對法輪大法學員的支持，已經成為風氣。繼東北、華北地區民眾大規模按手印呼籲釋放被關押的法輪功學員之後，最近，華中地區也出現了同樣的現象。
據海外《明慧網》報導，湖北黃梅縣小池鎮塗嘴村法輪功學員戴美霞，由於屢遭當地警察迫害，1999年後，被迫到江西九江市謀生。去年5月，戴美霞被湖北和江西兩地警察非法綁架，至今仍被非法關押。今年3月，黃梅縣法院非法判戴美霞5年徒刑，戴美霞不服，上訴到黃岡中級法院，黃梅縣兩千多名民眾簽名、按手印表示聲援。
7月，湖北黃岡中級法院裁定黃梅縣法院程序違法，撤銷了對戴美霞的刑事判決，要黃梅縣法院「重新審理」。
最近，湖北和江西兩地，又有600多名民眾聯名簽名、按手印，要求黃梅縣法院立即無罪釋放戴美霞，再一次顯示了當地民眾的集體意願。
廣東千人遊行 抗議暴力徵地
廣東省陽東縣東平鎮允泊村上千村民，11月24號走上街頭遊行示威，並圍堵東平鎮鎮政府，抗議當局暴力徵地、拆遷。
當天，村民們打著各式各樣的橫幅走上街頭，敲鑼打鼓，一路遊行到東平鎮政府抗議。警察在沿途拉起警戒線戒備。
當地村民表示，東平鎮政府官員倒賣土地，侵吞村民集體財產達11億元。

Chinese Dissident Wu’er Kaixi Tried Again to Hand Himself
Over to Beijing
Former student leader of ‘June Fourth Incident’ Wu’er Kaixi,
arrived in Hong Kong from Taiwan on November 25.
He requested the Hong Kong government to arrest him and
transfer him to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.
Wu’er Kaixi hopes the Hong Kong government will help him
get back to mainland China to reunite with his parents and
finish his life in exile.
However, the Hong Kong government decided to send
him back to Taiwan, which made his attempt fail again.
Wu’er Kaixi was the number two student leader on the
wanted list of the ‘June Fourth Incident’.
Since then he started life in exile, and couldn’t go back home
to visit his family, or meet them overseas.
Since 2009, Wu’er Kaixi surrendered to the Chinese embassy
in Macau, Tokyo and Washington, etc, but was rejected.
Fingerprints Show Public Opinion Calling For Release
of Falun Dafa Practitioners
People in mainland China are using signatures and fingerprints
to show their support for Falun Dafa practitioners.
It has become the way of doing things.
After Northeast and north China peoples’ large scale use of
fingerprints to call for release of detained Falun Gong ,
recently, in central China the same phenomenon appeared.
According to ‘Minghui.org’ reports, Dai Meixia, a Falun Gong
practitioner in Tuzui village, Hubei Huangmei County, Xiaochi
Town, was persecuted many times by the local police.
Dai was forced to abandon home to make a living in Jiujiang
City, Jiangxi after 1999.
Last May, Dai was illegally abducted by police from Hubei
and Jiangxi, and is still detained illegally.
In March, Huangmei County court illegally sentenced Dai
to 5 years in prison.
Dai appealed to the Huanggang Intermediate People’s Court,
over 2000 people support her by signatures and fingerprints.
In July, Hubei Huanggang Intermediate Court adjudicated that
Huangmei County court violated the legal procedures.
They withdrew Dai’s criminal judgment, and asked Huangmei
County court to ‘review the case’.
Recently, in Hubei and Jiangxi, over 600 people request
Huangmei Counrt to release Dai immediately by the means
of signatures and fingerprints, which once again shows the
local publics’ collective will.
Thousands Protest against Violent Land Seizure
Thousands of villagers from Yunbo Village, Dongping Town,
Guangdong Yangdong County, protested on the street on
November 24.
They surrounded Dongping Town government, and protested
against the local authority’s violent land seizure and demolition.
The villagers held banners, walked on the streets with drums,
all the way to the Dongping offices.
The police cordoned them off along the way.
Local villagers said that Dongping regime officials resold the
land and villagers’ properties valued at 1.1 billion yuan.
