【新唐人2013年11月20日訊】中共前國務院副總理、首屆「610」頭子李嵐清，在韓國首爾舉辦「篆刻書法藝術展」。韓國「法輪大法佛學會」召開新聞發佈會說，李嵐清在大韓民國的最高文化展臺——藝術殿堂開展，實際上，他是一個被告上多國法庭的「人權惡棍」。
由中共駐韓大使館主辦的「李嵐清篆刻書法藝術展」，15號在南韓「首爾藝術殿堂」開幕，中共駐韓大使親自為李嵐清捧場。
海外媒體透露，世界三大博物館之一的「紐約大都會博物館」，負責東方藝術部門的主管表示：中共當局曾派人與他聯繫過，也開出優厚條件，希望舉行李嵐清書藝展。因專家多方評估認為，李嵐清的篆刻書法只是業餘水平，於是謝絕了。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明：「其實他書法篆刻按照專業水平來講，達不到甚麼水平，但是因為他官做的比較大，用官抬他的書法，而且利用書法到處去招搖撞騙，我覺得李嵐清不管是在南韓，是在哪舉行書法展，肯定為了宣揚他自己多熱愛傳統文化，給自己臉上抹金。」
韓國「法輪大法佛學會」18號召開新聞發佈會聲明：在中共迫害鎮壓法輪功初期，李嵐清就積極追隨前黨魁江澤民的迫害政策。而「在大韓民國最高文化展臺—藝術殿堂，展出李嵐清這個雙手沾滿法輪功學員鮮血的人權惡棍的作品，是對韓國國民的欺騙與玩弄。」
目前，李嵐清在世界多個國家被控以「酷刑罪」、「反人類罪」和「群體滅絕罪」。在119名「惡人榜」中，李嵐清位居第五。加拿大皇家騎警更把他列入了監視名單，一旦進入加國，將對他進行調查。
時政評論員林子旭：「李嵐清在十幾年前參與迫害，估計他做夢都沒有想到，14個年頭過去了，自己的罪行依然如影隨形，『610辦公室』現在全世界可謂是臭名昭著，李嵐清就是這個非法組織的第一個主任，就憑這一點，李嵐清就將永遠被定在人類歷史的恥辱柱上。 」
據了解，李嵐清是江澤民掌權時的得力幫手，曾利用職權玩弄女性無數。2002年因在雲南昆明嫖宿一名女演員，被告到中紀委，在江澤民力保下才過關。
1999年7月20號，江澤民開始實施迫害法輪功政策，當時包括李嵐清在內的政治局6名常委，都不贊成。
由於李嵐清的兒子曾犯下所謂的「十億大案」，被江澤民一筆勾銷，李成為迫害法輪功專職機構「610」的首任最高頭目。李嵐清同時利用他副總理的身份，捆綁中共黨政各級組織和官員參與迫害。
原中共外經貿部辦公廳處長張亦潔：「特別是中央國家機關黨工委，有一個洗腦班，這洗腦班非常邪惡，它是專門轉化中央和國務院各部委的政府官員的洗腦班，江澤民和李嵐清他們兩人每天必看這個洗腦班的簡報。」
原中共國務院「對外貿易經濟合作部」辦公廳處長張亦潔，當年因不接受「610」洗腦「轉化」，被抓進洗腦班期間，遭受了多達80種以上慘無人道的酷刑折磨。而李嵐清見「轉化」不成張亦潔，惱羞成怒，點名把張亦潔送進「北京女子勞教所」。
張亦潔：「最殘酷的一次就是把我與外界隔絕，關在一個24小時不見日光的小黑屋裡邊，42天42夜站著不讓睡覺，上廁所不讓上，最後就是失禁了，那個時候人是在一種甚麼狀態下？就是只剩那一念，就是我死也要修，寧可死我也不放棄信仰。」
張亦潔憑著信仰，兩年零四個月後，活著走出了「北京女子勞教所」。
《明慧網》報導，在中國，被中共迫害致死的法輪功學員，能得知姓名的已有3,733位。而加拿大人權律師麥塔斯調查發現：自中共迫害法輪功以來，大約有6萬5千名法輪功學員被活體摘取器官。

Human Rights Abuser Li Lanqing Criticized for His Art Exhibition
Recently, former deputy premier Li Lanqing, the first head of the 610 Office, which coordinates the persecution of Falun Gong, held an exhibition, “Chinese Seal Cutting and Calligraphy Art" in Seoul, South Korea. The South Korea Falun Dafa Association (SKFDA) held a press conference. SKFDA says that Li is actually a human rights abuser who was prosecuted in several countries.
The exhibition, Chinese Seal Cutting & Calligraphy Art by Li Lanqing, was organized by the Chinese Embassy in Seoul. The exhibition was held at the Seoul Calligraphy Art Museum on Nov. 15. The Chinese ambassador attended the open ceremony.
Overseas media reported that a manager of the Metropolitan Museum of art has said he was contacted by the Chinese regime. They offered many favorable conditions in hopes of holding Li’s calligraphy exhibition in the museum. After experts assessed Li’s arts, they refused the exhibition due to his art being merely at amateur level.
Zhao Yuanming, China-based senior legal expert: “Actually, his seal cutting and calligraphy arts are far from professional standard. Because of his official identity, he used his calligraphy arts show to deceive people. I think no matter where, South Korea or other places, he held the exhibitions, likely to promote himself showing how he loves traditional culture."
On Nov. 18, SKFDA declared in a press conference that at beginning of the persecution of Falun Gong, Li actively followed Jiang Zemin’s persecution policy. The Seoul Calligraphy Art Museum is the only exclusive calligraphy exhibition hall in the world to display such works for a human rights abuser who owes many Falun Gong practitioners’ blood-debts. They have been fooled and are cheating the Korean nations.
Li Lanqing has been sued in many countries for the crime of torture, inhumanity and genocide. Among the list of 119 persons who persecute Falun Gong, Li was ranked in the top five. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has put him on their watch list. Once he enters Canada, he could immediately face investigation.
Lin Zixu, current affairs commentator: “Li Lanqing has participated in the persecution of Falun Gong dozens of years ago. He perhaps didn’t expect that 14 years have passed, and his crimes are like his shadow—inseparable. The 610 Office is notorious in the world. Li Lanqing was the first head of this illegal organization. In this regard, Li will be set at the pillar of humiliation in the history."
Sources say that Li was Jiang Zemin’s favorite confidant during Jiang’s tenure. He also had improper relationships with many women. In 2002, he hired an actress in Kunming, thus he was reported to Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. However, Jiang protected him so he could get away with it.
On July 20, 1999, Jiang Zemin launched a Falun Gong persecution policy. At that time, six members of the politburo standing committee didn’t agree, including Li Lanqing.
Son of Li Lanqing has committed crimes, he was involved in one billion yuan corruption. However, Jiang Zemin protected him from punishment. Thus Li became the head of the 610 Office which is specially designed to persecute Falun Gong. Meanwhile, Li used his deputy premier identity, binding other departments and officials involved in the persecution.
Zhang Yijie, former director in Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade: “There was a brainwashing center in the central regime. It was very evil, it was specially designed to transform officials who worked in central government. Everyday, Jiang Zemin and Li Lanqing read newsletters about the brainwashing center."
Zhang Yijie hasn’t been transformed by the 610 Office. She encountered over 80 torture methods. Li was angry that Zhang hadn’t been transformed. Thus, Li sent Zhang to Beijing Women’s Labor Camp.
Zhang Yijie: “The worst time was being separated from the outside world. They held me in a dark room for 24 hours without daylight. I was forced to stand for 42 days and nights, not allowed to sleep. They did not allow me to use the toilet, which resulted in incontinence. What kind of status was I at during that time? I just held one thought, I would rather die than to give up my faith."
Zhang upheld her faith and two years and four months later, she left Beijing Women’s Labor Camp.
According to minghui.org, as of November 2013, more than 3,733 Falun Gong practitioners identified by their name were tortured to death. In an investigation report written by Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas, Matas estimated that more than 65,000 Falun Gong practitioners may have been killed for their organs.
