【新唐人2013年11月04日訊】車撞天安門後 北京警察背槍入民宅
隨著中共十八屆三中全會召開時間的臨近，再加上日前發生的天安門汽車爆炸案帶來的恐慌，北京的警戒已經全面升級。當地民眾表示，目前北京草木皆兵，彷彿「文革」重來。
《大紀元》新聞網報導，據在京訪民阮濟忠介紹，北京現在街頭巷尾到處是帶著紅袖章的老太太、老太太在給行人登記身份，警察甚至在很偏僻的地方驗身份。北京的外國駐華使館區，也加強了警戒。聯合國難民署門前停了兩部警車，處於隨時準備抓人的戰備狀態。
北京當地訪民楊秋雨則表示，當地警察甚至背著長槍到他家裏找他。他說，他雖然經歷過多次拘留，甚至勞教，但警察背著長槍到家中找人，這還是第一次。
天安門遭襲 新疆書記張春賢挨批
香港《明報》11月2號報導，「車撞天安門」爆炸事件發生後，中共最高領導層立刻召開會議，除了正在愛爾蘭訪問的副總理馬凱、和當天啟程出訪俄羅斯的中央軍委副主席許其亮外，23名政治局委員全部出席。
報導援引來自北京的消息說，10月29號，在中央震怒下，從烏魯木齊趕往北京出席會議的新疆自治區委書記張春賢，被指沒能「把矛盾化解在基層、把問題解決在當地、把隱患消除在萌芽狀態」，在會上受到「措辭嚴厲」的批評。
報導說，與張春賢一樣，因車撞天安門爆炸事件而受到空前壓力的，還有中共國務委員兼公安部長郭聲琨。
天安門事件後新疆軍區司令被免職
另外，據中共在新疆的機關報《新疆日報》11月3號報導，新疆軍區司令員彭勇的自治區黨委常委和委員職務被免。
台灣媒體分析，彭勇下臺可能與天安門撞車爆炸案有關，但目前沒有任何官方消息證實這一說法。
接受外媒採訪 維族學者遭國保襲擊
大陸維吾爾族學者、北京「中央民族大學」教師伊力哈木•土赫提，星期六（11月2號）遭到中共國保人員襲擊。
據北京維權人士胡佳在推特披露，伊力哈木當時正準備帶著妻子和兩個孩子啟程前往機場接母親，出門就受到三名國保便衣的襲擊。那些國保駕駛車輛，衝撞伊力哈木駕駛的汽車，並搶奪了他妻子的手機。便衣們指責伊力哈木接受媒體的採訪。
「車撞天安門」事件發生後，伊力哈木接受過多家海外媒體的採訪，對中共官方將事件定性為恐怖襲擊表示擔憂，他擔心政府會利用撞車事件，對新疆實施進一步的鎮壓。

Beijing Police Carry Guns Visiting Residents Homes
After Tiananmen Crash
The Third Plenary Session of the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) is approaching.
Since the panic from the Tiananmen crash which took place
recently, Beijing increased the security alert.
The local people say that the atmosphere in Beijing is intense,
as if the Cultural revolution has come back,
The Epoch Times reported that petitioner Yuan Jizhong in
Beijing said that the elderly ladies with red armbands are
seen everywhere.
They registered the people passing by. The police even
checked people’s ID in rural areas.
Foreign Embassy district in Beijing has added more security.
Two police cars stationed outside the UN Refugee Agency
are getting ready to catch people.
Petitioner Yang Qiuyu in Beijing says that the local police
came to his home carying guns.
Yang says that he has been illegally detained and been sent
to labor camps several times.
This is the first time he saw the police
carrying guns to his home.
Xinjiang’s Party Secretary Was Criticized
Over Tiananmen Crash
On Nov. 2, Hong Kong’s Ming Pao reported that after the
Tiananmen crash incident, the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) high-level quickly held a meeting.
Except for Ma Kai, Deputy Premier who was visiting Ireland,
and Xu Qiliang, vice Chairmen of military who departed for
Russia that day, 23 Politburo members attended the meeting.
The report cited sources from Beijing that on Oct. 29, the
outraged central CCP seriously criticized Zhang Chunxian,
secretary of Xinjiang, who was on his way to the meeting in
Beijing from Urumqi.
It criticized that Zhang was unable to solve the contradiction
at grass-roots level in the local region.
He couldn’t eliminate the hidden dangers at the beginning.
The report said that like Zhang, the Minister of Public Security
Guang Shengkun is facing unprecedented pressure over the
Tiananmen crash.
Xinjiang Military Commander Expelled
After Tiananmen Crash
On Nov. 3, state-run media Xinjiang Daily reported that
Peng Yong, Commander of Xinjiang Military Region was
expelled from Xinjiang Regional Standing Committee.
Taiwan’s media analyzed that Peng’s downfall is likely related
to the Tiananmen crash.
However there is no official to prove the comment.
Police Attacked Uyghur Scholar Who Accepted
Foreign Media Interview
Ilham Toxti, Uyghur scholar and professor at Beijing Minzu
University, was attacked on Nov. 2 by National Public
Security Personnel.
According to Hu Jia, activist in Beijing, Ilham and his wife
and two children were just leaving for the airport to pick up
his mother.
Three plainclothes police attacked him outside his home.
The police drove a car into Ilham’s, grabbing his wife’s cell
phone.The police blamed him for accepting a media interview.
After the Tiananmen crash incident, Ilham was interviewed
by several foreign media.
He was worried that the Chinese regime labeled the incident
as a terrorist attack.
The regime could then use it as an excuse to implement
further suppression in Xinjiang.
