【新唐人2013年09月30日訊】在瑞士日內瓦召開的「第24屆聯合國人權理事會」上，應邀作專題發言的西班牙人權律師Carlos Iglésias直接指控中共前黨魁江澤民，設計和組織了一整套滅絕成千上萬法輪功精神修煉者的戰略。大會上，中共代表兩次用粗暴方式阻止這名律師的發言都沒有成功，反而被多國代表指責。請看報導。
西班牙人權律師Carlos在26號的聯合國人權會議現場指出：江澤民在1999年4月政治局會議發言中，明確提出了三條嚴格指示：「在名譽上搞臭他們，在經濟上搞垮他們，在肉體上消滅他們。」就這樣，中國開始了對成千上萬無辜人們的抓捕，他們被關進勞教營，被酷刑和謀殺。
Carlos同時還表示：前加拿大政府亞太司長大衛•喬高（David Kilgour）和人權大律師大衛•馬塔斯（David Matas）所做的「活摘器官獨立調查報告」，提供了中共強摘活人器官的線索和可靠證據。
Carlos發言時，中共代表用手和會議桌上標示國家名稱的牌子拍打桌子，粗暴無理的要求會議主席停止Carlos發言。但美國、英國、法國，以及愛爾蘭、捷克、瑞典、德國、挪威、愛沙尼亞、荷蘭等十個國家的駐聯合國代表，也一再提出對中共做法的不滿，紛紛表示堅決支持Carlos發言，會議主席亨克澤爾先生贊同Carlos繼續發言。
Carlos在發言中還指出，歐洲議會副主席McMillan-Scott先生和聯合國反酷刑報告員Manfred Nowak先生都公開要求國際社會對這類可怕罪行進行調查。
這也是自從2006年3月美國《大紀元時報》首次曝光「中共活摘法輪功學員器官」的人權慘劇以來，第四次有非政府組織代表在「聯合國人權理事會」大會上，正式公開提出中共活摘法輪功學員器官的指控，並首次指控了這一慘劇的始作俑者——前中共黨魁江澤民。
時事評論員林子旭：「現在中共活摘器官這個事情，越來越被國際社會所關注，各種證據確鑿，中共想抵賴也抵賴不了了。」
時事評論員林子旭表示，中共面對這麼多年的指控，不能用事實反駁，只得裝傻充愣靠耍橫來阻止，很丟臉。
時事評論員任百鳴：「方方面面活摘器官這個罪惡已經是掩蓋不住了，馬上即將大白於天下。從過去人們還懷疑啊，到現在人們開始在正式的場合，國家議員的議案，以及在聯合國公開的來討論，這種現象大勢所趨。」
時事評論員任百鳴表示，歷史潮流走到今天這一步，中共想擋也擋不住。
在聯合國19號的國際人權討論會上，法輪功人權代表陳師眾博士，也呼籲聯合國，徹查中共活摘法輪功器官的罪行。
陳師眾的發言也被中共代表多次無理打斷。
不過，那天捷克駐聯合國代表在大會上表示，陳師眾的發言是當天最受關注，最受歡迎的發言。
另外，9月27號，在美國召開的聯合國大會上，法輪功團體也打出了制止中共罪惡的橫幅。中共外長參加了美國的大會。
《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》發言人汪志遠表示，《追查國際》在近期發表了《中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官證據專輯》，專輯中公開了從中共軍隊、武警、法院和地方醫院人員所收集的19個錄音取證。
汪志遠表示，這是由江澤民和周永康統一組織的、涉及到全中國的、大規模的一種群體滅絕性的大屠殺。
林子旭：「活摘器官這種罪惡顛覆了人類道德良知的底線，一旦這個事情更廣泛的被國際社會曝光，中共的日子也就到頭了，參與其中的這些中共官員，必然面臨著人類歷史上最嚴厲的審判。」
據了解，早在2009年，西班牙國家法庭作出裁定，以「群體滅絕罪」及「酷刑罪」起訴中共官員——江澤民、羅幹、薄熙來、賈慶林、吳官正等五名迫害法輪功的主要元兇﹔同年，阿根廷最高法院還曾對江澤民及羅幹等下達過逮捕令。
這些跡象表明，江澤民等迫害法輪功的元兇，接受正義審判的日子不遠了。

UN Human Rights Conference Focused on Live Organ Harvesting Committed by Jiang Zemin and His Followers
On the 24th session of the UN Human Rights Council
in Geneva, Switzerland, Spanish human rights lawyer
Carlos Iglésias directly alleged that Jiang Zemin,
the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) head,
designed and organized a series of strategies to annihilate
thousands of millions of Falun Gong practitioners.
The CCP’s representatives tried twice, but failed,
in stopping Iglésias’ speech during the meeting.
On the contrary, the CCP representatives’ rude behavior
was criticized by other countries’ representatives.
During the UN Human Rights Conference of September 26,
Spanish human rights lawyer Iglésias stated, “Jiang clearly
issued three instructions to crack down on Falun Gong at his
speech at the Political Bureau meeting in April 1999.
These were: ‘First, throw mud at their fame; second, ruin
them economically; third, destroy their physical bodies.
That’s exactly why thousands of millions innocent people
were arrested, put into labor camps, and then were tortured and murdered.”
Iglésias also stated that the “Independent Investigation
Report on Live Organ Harvesting” by David Kilgour,
former Canadian Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific),
and human rights lawyer David Matas, provides
reliable proof of the live organ harvesting committed
by the Chinese Communist Party.
While Carlos was talking at the meeting, CCP representatives
struck the table with their hands and the country name plate.
The party’s representative even rudely asked the conference
chairman to stop Iglésias’ speech.
Nonetheless, representatives of the United States, Britain,
France, Ireland, Czech, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Estonia,
Holland, and others, expressed their dissatisfaction
with the manners of the CCP representatives,
and strongly supported Carlos’s speech.
In the end, Remigiusz Henczel, the Conference Chairman,
approved Iglésias to continue his speech.
In his speech, Iglésias’ also pointed out that McMillan-Scott,
Vice President of European Parliament, and Manfred Nowak,
UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, had both requested that
the international community investigate these ruthless crimes.
In March 2006, the crime of the CCP’s live organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners was first exposed
by the Epoch Times in America.
This is the fourth time that non-governmental organizations
brought the allegations against the CCP’s live organ
harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners up
in the UN Human Rights Conference.
In addition, it’s the first time that Jiang Zemin, the former
party head and the originator of the calamity,
was officially accused of the crime of live organ harvesting.
Commentator Lin Zixu: “The CCP’s live organ harvesting
crime has drawn more and more attention
from the international community.
With all kinds of evidence, the party has no way
to deny its guilt.”
Li Zixu stated that the party has never defended itself with
facts when facing overwhelming allegations all these years.
It’s so humiliating for it to either feign innocence
or to act rudely when confronted with all the charges.
Commentator Ren Baiming: “The egregious crime
of live organ harvesting can no longer be covered
and will soon be exposed to the public.
In the past, people only suspected it.
But, now people start discussing about it in official
occasions and in senate state bills.
This situation represents the general trend.”
Ren Baiming said that it’s futile for the CCP
to try to hold back the progress of history.
At the UN human rights conference, Dr. Chen Shizhong,
Falun Gong human rights representative, also appealed
to the United Nations to completely investigate the CCP’s
crime of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
Chen Shizhong’s speech has also been impolitely interrupted
by the CCP’s representatives many times.
Nevertheless, Czekh Representatives stated that Chen’s
speech caused the most attention
and was the most popular one in the meeting.
On September 27, Falun Gong practitioners unfurled the banner
“Stop the CCP’s Crime” at the United Nations Assembly in America.
The CCP’s minister of foreign affairs attended the assembly
on that day.
Wang Zhiyuan, spokesman of “The World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong” (WOIPFG),
said that WOIPFG has recently published an “Evidence
Album of the CCP’s Live Organ Harvesting from Falun Gong Practitioners.”
The album is a collection of 19 pieces of recorded evidence
from the CCP’s military, police, courthouses and hospitals
regarding live organ harvesting.
Wang Zhiyuan stated that live organ harvesting
is a large-scale, national-scale, group annihilating massacre
organized by Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang.
Lin Zixu: “The crime of live organ harvesting has surpassed
the bottom line of human morality.
Once this atrocity is exposed to the international
community, the CCP’s days will come to the end.
Those CCP officials who participated in the crime
will face the most severe trial.”
In 2009, the Spanish National Court reached a verdict
that Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Bo Xilai, Jia Qinglin
and Wu Guanzheng are the main culprits of the persecution
of Falun Gong practitioners.
These five CCP officials were charged with crimes
of “group annihilation” and “crime of torture.”
In the same year, Argentina Supreme Court issued
arrest warrants for Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan.
All these signs show that the justice trial of Jiang Zemin
and his followers is approaching.
