瀋陽小販夏俊峰被執行死刑的消息，在大陸網路上除了抗議之聲繼續高漲，同時，一些人開始質疑，夏俊峰突遭死刑，甚至不讓家屬見全屍，是否與器官移植有關。
網名「蔣方-舟子」的網友說：「是不是夏俊峰的配型和甚麼老幹部配上了？為了器官，必須死？」
擁有大量粉絲的微博帳戶「染香姐姐」也質疑說，為甚麼夏俊峰只有一捧骨灰還給家屬？他並非無人認領屍體，為何也只交還骨灰？執法機關甚麼時候有屍體處置權？器官到底可以賣多少錢？不會301有領導躺在床上等著配型成功的器官，所以才急吼吼的殺人吧？
中國時事評論員橫河則在推特提醒說，有條件的人可以查一下，瀋陽有資質的移植醫院，25號有沒有做大器官移植手術、以及手術開始的時間、器官來源、捐獻者簽字等等。
北京提前清場 驅趕外地訪民
北京當局從本週開始在全市展開大規模清查外地訪民行動，北京南站和訪民集中的民居、旅館是清查重點，據說，清場行動將持續到一個多月後的中共十八屆三中全會。
據《民生觀察》網站報導，9月25號，北京右安門萬方橋一帶大舉清理訪民，十多人戴著治安巡邏袖標，開著車輛，見到訪民就往車上趕，包括流浪的、拾荒的、打地鋪的，無一倖免。
廣西玉林村民護地遭鎮壓
9月25號，廣西玉林市陸川縣爆發警民衝突，數百請願村民，遭到當局暴力鎮壓，多人被打傷，二十多人被抓捕。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，村民因不滿當地官員私下將一家針織廠的地賣給發展商牟利，村民要求賠償又被官員拒絕，於是堵塞工廠大門抗議，當地政府派出五百多警察，攜帶警犬，暴力驅逐。
當天，數百村民又到縣政府請願，也同樣遭到鎮壓。

Petitioners Affected By Beijing Clean Up
This week, Beijing regime began to clean out petitioners who
came from other cities.
The Beijing South Railway Station, petitioners’ residential
areas and hotels are the major places to be checked.
Sources said the cleaning out event would continue until Third
Session of Plenary of Communist Party starts in November.
According to msguacha.com, on Sept. 25, many security guards
in the Wanfang Bridge area of Youanmen dispersed petitioners.
They drove vehicles in the area and any petitioner they saw,
would be taken into the vehicles.
It included homeless people and trash pickers.
Guangxi Villagers Protest Against Officials Selling
Factory Land
On September 25, police and protesters clashed in Luchuan
County of Yulin City, Guangxi Province.
Several hundred villagers demonstrated and
were cracked down on violently.
Many people were beaten and injured with
more than 20 villagers arrested.
According to molihua.org, villagers protested against local
officials selling land belonging to a knitwear factory to a
developer for their personal gain. Villagers demanded the
officials pay compensation but were refused.
The villagers held a protest and blocked the factory entrance.
The local officials sent more than five hundred police with
dogs, who violently dispersed protesters.
The same day, hundreds of villagers protested to the County
Council. They were suppressed eventually.
