【新唐人2013年09月20日訊】中秋佳節，象徵著團圓。不過，中國大陸四川成都法輪功學員蔣宗林一家三口卻被拆散在高牆內外。原明遠建築研究所所長蔣宗林因為不放棄修煉法輪功，被當局非法關押已經將近6年。去年12月，他的女兒蔣竺君去中共洗腦班要人時被扣留至今。中秋節前夕，蔣竺君的母親謝成新，以及蔣家父女的代理律師梁小軍、唐吉田向中共最高檢察院等司法部門提起刑事控告，指控對外宣稱為「成都市法制教育中心」的新津洗腦班涉嫌非法拘禁罪。
9月16號下午，梁小軍、唐吉田、江天勇三名律師陪同蔣竺君的母親謝成新，來到新津洗腦班，希望能會見被非法拘禁的蔣宗林父女。因為見不到人，江天勇在牆外朝洗腦班大樓呼喊。經過多方交涉後，他們未能實際會見，僅僅是透過鐵門的小窗見到了蔣家父女。
時事評論員夏小強：「對於大陸勇闖洗腦班的律師，我在此向他們表達敬意和支持，正是這種正義、勇敢的行為，給中國未來走向法治，實現公平和正義帶來了希望。」
17號，謝成新、律師梁小軍、唐吉田向最高檢察院、四川省檢察院、成都市檢察院等相關部門，控告成都市法制教育中心的負責人李峰、殷舜堯等人涉嫌非法拘禁公民，要求追究其刑事責任。
蔣宗林因堅持修煉以真、善、忍為準則的法輪功，2007年被中共非法判刑五年。五年冤獄期滿後，還沒離開監獄，去年10月15號，他又被專門迫害法輪功的非法組織金牛區「610」，直接劫持到新津洗腦班繼續關押。
同年12月22號，謝成新、蔣竺君母女去洗腦班要求釋放蔣宗林，被洗腦班人員及金牛區 「610」人員、撫琴派出所警察騙進洗腦班非法扣押。今年3月4號，謝成新被釋放，蔣竺君和父親仍被非法關押，並遭到酷刑折磨。
夏小強：「現在中國的大多數勞教所已經解散和面臨解散，但是，中共對法輪功的迫害還在繼續，許多法輪功學員從勞教所出來，又被關押到洗腦班，這是中共對人權和法律的踐踏。」
5月4號，謝成新在新津洗腦班裡見到蔣宗林父女。6月，謝成新發佈求救信——《請營救我的丈夫和女兒》。她在信中描述見到蔣宗林的情景催人淚下：「只見他兩眼充血，全身浮腫，整個人顯得老態龍鍾，六十多歲的人，看上去就像九十歲的老翁。」
女兒的情況更讓謝成新揪心。洗腦班人員對謝成新說：「你女兒可能得了很嚴重的病，從1月10號到現在一直未來月經，弄到醫院去檢查……子宮萎縮，今後不能生育了。」
謝成新的心在流血，她在信中提出質疑，蔣竺君的身體一直都很健康，為甚麼到了洗腦班幾個月就變成這樣了？
律師唐吉田：「因為這兩個場所（監獄和勞教所）起碼它還有期限，俗話說『還可以見天日』，像這樣的洗腦班、法制教育中心沒有期限，也沒有理由，表面上看不是監獄，其實比監獄更剝奪人的權利，更讓本人和家人處於一種不確定的狀態下。」
據《明慧網》報導，謝成新離開洗腦班之前，蔣竺君告訴母親，由於絕食，自己遭到酷刑迫害，情景與一位叫詹敏的法輪功學員相彷。
據報導，詹敏在洗腦班被綁「死人床」進行野蠻灌食，輸入不明藥物。她的手、腳、腿被捆綁固定在木板床上，插上胃管和尿管，幾天幾夜強行灌食，輸入含有不明藥物的液體，致使身體越來越差，最後神智不清。
夏小強：「許多法輪功學員在結束勞教所和監獄中的關押迫害之後，又被送到洗腦班繼續迫害，還有許多法輪功學員直接從工作單位和家中，被抓走關押到洗腦班。現在，正是中國的傳統節日中秋節，在這應該舉家團圓的日子裏，在中國大陸，還有許多法輪功學員被關押在洗腦班中遭受迫害。」
詹敏是成都市新津縣法輪功學員，多次被當局非法關押、酷刑折磨，至今仍被非法關押在成都市看守所。2004年4月28號，她被劫持到洗腦班，遭受了八個月的迫害。

China’s Supreme Court Sued by Lawyers Representing Family of Falun Gong Practitioners
The Mid-Autumn Festival symbolises
a time of reunion for Chinese families.
However, in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, Falun Gong
practitioner Jiang Zonglin’s family has been separated.
Jiang Zonglin refused to give up his belief in Falun Gong.
The former director of Mingyuan Construction Research
Institute was subsequently imprisoned for nearly six years.
In December 2012, Jiang’s daughter Jiang Zhujun went to
a brainwashing center, requesting the release of her father.
However, in response, the police detained
her, and she has not yet been released.
Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, Jiang’s wife Xie Chengxin,
with the help of lawyers Liang Xiaojun and Tang Jitian
sued the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Supreme court.
Lawyers include Xinjin Brainwashing
Center in their prosecution evidence.
Labeled a reeducation center, Xinjin
has illegally detained people.
In the afternoon on September 16, three lawyers went
with Xie Chengxin to Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
They hoped to see her husband
Jiang Zonglin and her daughter.
They were not allowed to meet with Jiang.
Lawyer Jiang Tianyong shouted loudly into the
brainwashing center from the other side of the wall.
After several attempts at negotiations,
they were still not allowed to meet them.
However, they saw both via a window.
Xia Xiaoqiang, current affairs commentator:
“I want to express my great respect to these lawyers.
They bravely went to the brainwashing center.
Their righteous and brave actions have brought
a future direction to the rule of law in China.
They bring hope of achieving fairness and justice.”
On September 17, Jiang’s wife Xie Chengxin, and
lawyers Liang Xiaojun and Tang Jitian sued Li Feng.
Li Feng is Director of Chengdu Legal Education Center.
They also sued Yin Shunyao and other people
who are suspected to have illegally detained citizens.
Jiang Zonglin refused to recant his practice of Falun Gong.
Falun Gong teaches the principles of
Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.
In 2007, Jiang was illegally sentenced to jail for five years.
When his sentence expired, the
authorities still held him in jail.
On October 15, 2012, Jiang was
kidnapped by Jinniu District 610 Office.
The 610 Office is an extra-judicial organization
responsible for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
They sent him directly to the
illegal Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
On December 22, 2012, Jiang’s wife and
daughter went to Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
They requested his release, but the center staff, 610
officers, and Fuqin police detained them at the center.
On March 4, 2013, Jiang’s wife was released.
However, Jiang and his daughter continued
to be detained illegally, and brutally tortured.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “The majority of labor camps
have been removed or are going to be removed.
However, the CCP’s persecution
of Falun Gong is still continuing.
Many Falun Gong practitioners have been sent to
brainwashing centers after being released from labor camps.
The CCP is abusing human rights and law.”
On May 4, Jiang’s wife Xie Chengxin met with her
husband and daughter inside Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
In June, Xie wrote an open letter asking for help.
In the letter, Xie described Jiang’s tearful condition:
“His eyes are red, his body is swollen, and he looks like
an old man. 60-year-old Jiang looks like 90 years old.”
Her daughter’s condition was even worse.
Staff at the brainwashing center told Xie:
“Your daughter may be infected by a serious disease. Since
January 10 up to till now, her menstruation has stopped.
She has been sent to hospital for examination. She suffered
Uterine atrophy, and will not be able to bare a child.”
Xie felt her heart bleeding. In the letter, she
said her daughter used to be very healthy.
Xie questioned why this had changed after several
months of detention in the brainwashing center?
Tang Jietian, Lawyer: “At least prisons and labor camps
have deadlines, giving people hope of being released.
Brainwashing centers and legal education centers
have no time limits, nor do they give explanations.
On the surface, it is not a prison, but actually
it deprives human rights more than a prison.
It leaves detainees and families in an uncertain state.”
Minghui.org reported that Xie’s daughter
told her, that she has been brutally tortured.
Her treatment was similar to that experienced
by Falun Gong practitioner Zhan Min.
It was reported that in the brainwashing center,
Zhan Min was tied into a “death bed”.
Her hands, feet and legs were
separately bound onto a wooden bed.
A tube was inserted into her stomach, via her nose,
and a urinary catheter was also inserted into her body.
Zhan was force-fed and given
unknown drugs for several days.
Her health subsequently declined,
and eventually became delirious.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Many Falun Gong practitioners
were sent to brainwashing centers for persecution
after their sentences expired in labor camps and jails.
Many Falun Gong practitioners were taken directly to
brainwashing centers from their work units and homes.
Today is Mid-Autumn Festival,
and a time for family to reunite.
However, many Falun Gong practitioners are
still being tortured in brainwashing centers.”
Zhan Min is a Falun Gong practitioner
in Xinjin County, Chengdu City.
She has been repeatedly
detained and brutally tortured.
She is now being held illegally
in Chengdu Detention Center.
On April 28, 2004, she was kidnapped,
and taken to a brainwashing center.
She went through eight months of intense persecution.
