【新唐人2013年09月06日訊】中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來早在擔任商務部長期間，就被海外十幾個國家的法輪功學員告上法庭。目前，中國大陸對薄熙來的庭審大戲剛剛落下帷幕，加拿大薄案的聆訊，9月9號即將啟動。不過值得一提的是，早前薄熙來被控時不敢應訴，中共還為他委派了辯護人。現在薄熙來已經淪為中共的階下囚，在這種情形下，中共是否會繼續為薄辯護，成為人們關注的焦點。
來自控方的消息說，加拿大安省最高法院將於9號聆訊薄熙來案。薄熙來因為參與迫害法輪功，被旅居加拿大的法輪功學員金榮以「酷刑罪」告上安省最高法院。
金榮透露，2000年，她當時只有20歲，在大連師範大學讀一年級，因為去北京上訪被非法關押在姚家看守所17天，此後由於中共所謂的「五一敏感日」又被關在大連戒毒所一個月，受到「銬地環」等酷刑迫害。當時薄熙來任大連市市長。
早在2005年9月，薄熙來一行要訪問加拿大，金榮就決定要起訴薄熙來，薄得知消息後，沒敢去加拿大。
原告金榮：「遼寧省是迫害最嚴重的一個地方，薄熙來是一個非常積極的參與迫害法輪功的這麼一個元兇，在國內當然沒有機會去起訴他，聽說薄熙來來加拿大，就想把這個案子正式給立起來。」
2007年5月28號，擔任商業部長的薄熙來再次來到加拿大訪問。當天下午，渥太華法輪功學員成功的在薄入住的渥太華維斯汀（Westin Hotel）酒店，將安省最高法庭傳票遞交給薄熙來本人。
時至今年的9月9號，加拿大薄熙來「酷刑罪」的聆訊正式啟動，屆時雙方將會對峙公堂。
值得一提的是，早前薄熙來不敢來加拿大應訴，中共派出了中華全國律師協會（All China Lawyers Association）作為第三方干預者，來加拿大為薄熙來辯護。
金榮認為，中共之所以在海外派人為薄熙來辯護，完全是出於保護中共本身。
原告金榮：「中共還是要自己的臉面，它是想維護這個中共，薄熙來的器官移植，他也代表了中共的本質，所以它當然要派個人，給薄熙來辯護，其實它不是辯護薄熙來而是辯護中共的惡性。」
據海外媒體報導，薄熙來在任職遼寧省省長期間，投資10億元在全省進行監獄改造，僅瀋陽馬三家一地就耗資5億多元，在2003年建成中國第一座監獄城，大量法輪功學員被關押在此，遭受酷刑虐待。
從披露出來的資料顯示，瀋陽大北監獄所有監區和醫院，均設有專門用於迫害法輪功學員的「密室」和特殊刑具。除了毒打、電擊、綁死人床、精神折磨等手段外，獄警還強制給法輪功學員注射破壞神經的藥物，導致多名學員被迫害致瘋致殘。
去年王薄事件，爆出薄熙來的妻子谷開來是大連人體標本屍體買賣和「人體器官買賣」生意的參與者。薄熙來、谷開來、前重慶市公安局長王立軍深度參與的活摘法輪功學員器官，及製作人體標本的罪惡，受到國際上越來越多的關注和譴責。
而加拿大前亞太司司長、資深國會議員大衛•喬高引用《關於中共活摘器官的調查報告》中的證據說：「薄熙來在99年到2001年任大連市長，2001年到2004任遼寧省省長。在其任職的年度之內，據我們的女證人說有兩千名法輪功學員的眼角膜被手術摘取。」
據不完全統計，薄熙來因血腥迫害法輪功，目前被海外十幾個包括美國、英國等國家的法輪功學員，以「群體滅絕罪」、「酷刑罪」和「反人類罪」起訴，其中，澳洲法院2007年宣判「薄熙來酷刑罪成立」。
薄熙來在海外被控罪已經讓中共狼狽不堪，在大陸剛剛結束的薄案庭審期間，他出乎意料的推翻了所有的指控，當時，中共喉舌一邊倒的指責薄熙來。據分析，薄熙來惹惱了當局。在這種局勢下，針對9號的加拿大薄熙來「酷刑罪」的聆訊，中共是否會派出干預人，為薄辯護，引起人們的關注。我們將持續為您報導。

Hearing of Bo Xilai’s Lawsuit in Canada Will Soon Begin
When Bo Xilai served as Minister of Commerce, Falun Gong
practitioners took him to court in more than
a dozen countries overseas.
Now, the trial of Bo just ended, and the hearing of Bo’s case
will begin in a Canadian court on September 9.
It is worth mentioning that, while Bo did not respond
to earlier accusations, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
appointed a counsel to defend him.
Will the CCP continue to defend the jailbird?
News from the prosecution indicated that the hearing of Bo’s
case will be held in the Supreme Court of Ontario on Sept. 9.
Bo Xilai participated in the persecution of Falun Gong,
so Jin Rong, a Canadian Falun Gong practitioner, took Bo
to the Ontario Supreme Court for “crimes of torture.”
Jin revealed that in 2000, she was only 20 years old,
and a freshman at Dalian Normal University.
She was detained for 17 days for petitioning in Beijing.
Afterwards, due to the approaching of May 1st, a so-called
sensitive day for the CCP, she was detained again
in a drug addiction center for a month.
She was tortured many different ways, including
the notorious “handcuffed to a ring.”
Back in September 2005, when Jin learned of Bo Xilai’s
trip to Canada, she decided to sue him.
Bo heard the news and cancelled his trip to Canada.
Plaintiff Jin: “Persecution of Falun Gong was most severe
in Liaoning Province.
Bo was a very active participant in the persecution.
I had no chance to take him to court in Mainland China.
Since he was coming to Canada, I wanted to get this case
on file.”
On May 28, 2007, while serving as the Minister
of Commerce, Bo Xilai once again came to Canada.
On that afternoon, Ottawa Falun Gong practitioners
successfully delivered the Ontario Supreme Court summons
to Bo Xilai at Westin Hotel.
On September 9, 2013, the official hearing of Bo’s case
will be held and both parties will confront each other
in the court room.
It is worth mentioning that Bo Xilai was afraid to come
to Canada to respond then, and the CCP appointed China
National Lawyers Association to defend Bo.
Jin believes that the CCP sending someone to defend Bo
was entirely for the protection of the CCP itself.
Plaintiff Jin: “The CCP has to save face and maintain
its regime.
Bo Xilai’s organ transplants shows the CCP’s true nature.
Of course, it wants to defend Bo Xilai.
In reality, it is not defending Bo Xilai, but defending
its own evil nature.”
According to overseas media reports, Bo Xilai, governor
of Liaoning Province, invested one billion yuan
during his tenure to reform prisons.
Masanjia in Shenyang alone, which was built in 2003,
cost half of that, and a large number of Falun Gong practitioners
were detained and tortured there.
From media reports, all the prisons and hospitals in Northern
Shenyang were equipped with secret chambers
and special torture instruments.
In addition to emotional and physical tortures
such as beatings, electric shocks, and tying on a dead bed,
as well as prison guards injecting practitioners with nerve
damaging drugs, causing disability or madness.
In 2012, the Wang/Bo incident exposed that Gu Kailai,
Bo’s wife, was closely associated
with human body specimens.
She was an active participant in finance, management
and promotion of human organ and human body
trafficking at home and abroad.
The deep involvement of Bo Xilai, Gu Kailai
and Wang Lijun, Director of former Chongqing Public
Security Bureau, has attracted international concerns
and condemnation.
David Kilgour, former senior member of Canadian Parliment:
“During Bo’s tenure as the mayor of Dalian, 1999-2001,
and governor of Liaoning Province, 2001-2004,
our eye-witnesses told us there were over 2,000 Falun Gong
practitioners who had their corneas surgically removed.”
According to incomplete statistics, because of Bo’s bloody
persecution of Falun Gong, he is currently being sued in more
than a dozen countries, including the United States and Great
Britain for genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity.
In 2007, an Australian court sentenced Bo Xilai
for crimes of torture.
The CCP was embarrassed by Bo Xilai’s lawsuits abroad.
Recently, when Bo unexpectedly denied all allegations
in his own trial, all media outlets pointed a finger at Bo.
According to the analysis, Bo has angered
Chinese authorities.
Under that situation, will the CCP continues to intervene
and defend him in Canada on September 9th?
