【新唐人2013年09月02日訊】前重慶市委書記薄熙來案庭審後，中共前政治局常委、中央政法委書記周永康已經被中央調查的消息在海內外廣泛流傳。香港媒體透露，有消息人士指稱，中共新舊領導人已經對處理周永康達成一致，但不會波及其他政治局常委。有分析認為，周永康已經被江系拋棄，將比照薄熙來一樣，以貪腐問罪。不過，一直被海外媒體揭露的合謀政變和迫害法輪功的重罪還是被掩蓋，而薄周的大後臺，前中共總書記江澤民，當局將會如何處理呢？我們來看看時政觀察人士的分析。
香港《南華早報》8月30號引述消息人士的話報導，在最近結束的北戴河會議上，中共的新任和退休領導人一致同意，對周永康進行調查。焦點將集中在周永康在四川省和在中石油任職時的貪腐問題。
報導還說，雖然這次對周永康的調查打破了「刑不上政治局常委的潛規則」，引發比薄熙來案更大的政治衝擊，但其他常委將不受牽連。
時事評論員夏小強認為，報導中所指的「其他常委」暗指江澤民的可能性比較大。
時事評論員夏小強：「如今處理周永康的決定既然無法改變，那麼江澤民自然希望與周永康作出切割。我們觀察到，海外的一些江派背景的媒體這幾天開始放風，稱習近平聯手江澤民拿下週永康的消息，就是目前這種態勢的表現。」
周永康家族長期掌管中國的石油行業。香港《蘋果日報》報導，周永康藉著政治局常委的身份，壟斷了中石油從國內到國外的大部分項目，侵吞國家資產達千億，被喻為「和珅第二」。
消息人士向《南華早報》表示，中共黨內對周永康家族斂財之巨已經達到了怒火中燒的地步。
大陸媒體9月1號消息，今年3月剛從中石油董事長調任國資委主任的蔣潔敏，涉嫌嚴重違紀，目前正接受調查。稍早前，中石油已經有4名高管落馬。
海外一篇署名「吉歌」的博客文章認為，此次江系「石油幫」核心主力和周永康旗下各心腹被拿下，對江派而言可謂兵臨城下。最終目地不但要拿下週永康，還要迫使江系溫和派轉向。
夏小強觀察，對於江派陣營來講，失去權力又沒有太子黨支持的周永康已經失去了作用。
夏小強：「對於現在中共高層來講，需要有人為中共這十幾年來欠下的血債和維穩系統對社會造成的混亂、積聚的巨大民怨來承擔責任。」
不過，一直被海外媒體廣泛報導的薄熙來與周永康密謀政變，和活摘法輪功學員器官及販賣屍體牟利等更為嚴重的罪行，卻仍然被中共當局掩蓋。這些罪行都與江澤民直接有關係。
夏小強表示，周永康實際犯下的罪行在本質上無法與江澤民作出切割，處理周永康必然會牽扯到江澤民。但從目前的跡象來看，中共高層的動作還沒有涉及到江澤民。
旅美時事評論員劉國華分析，中共高層完全明白中國目前腐敗橫行，道德淪喪都是江澤民一意孤行迫害法輪功造成的。江澤民也是薄熙來和周永康的總後臺。
旅美時事評論員劉國華:「他（習近平）這個線路實際上是很清楚的。第一步先拿掉薄熙來，他現在已經接受審判，等著宣判；第二步拿掉周永康已經成熟了，他也將面臨審判，是毫無疑問的；順籐摸瓜下一步是江澤民這個總的後臺給他解決掉。」
旅美時事評論員汪北稷表示，從薄熙來和周永康案件只局限在貪腐的「去政治化」策略可以看出，中共目前的思路是「保黨」。
旅美時事評論員汪北稷：「它現在要保黨，過去5天以來的薄熙來就不聽話。就令中共又要懲治內部的謀反者，像薄熙來、周永康，又要保黨。在這個危險的平衡遊戲當中走鋼絲。」
中共現任領導人是否能拋棄「保黨」思維，以人類最高的普世價值和是非準則來處理薄熙來、周永康，最終問罪江澤民？讓我們拭目以待。

Hong Kong Media Report Jiang Zemin Faction Severed Zhou Yongkang.
Domestic and foreign media report former Politburo Standing
Committee member Zhou Yongkang is being investigated.
This follows the trial of former
Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai.
Hong Kong media reported alleged information that central
CCP has reached a consensus regarding Zhou Yongkang.
No other Politburo Standing Committee
member is currently involved.
Analysts think that Zhou Yongkang has been abandoned by
the party, and will be charged with corruption, like Bo Xilai.
However, the military coup plot, and involvement in the
persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, is still being hidden.
Questions have been raised about Jiang Zemin,
former Chinese Communist Party General Secretary.
Jiang was behind the actions of both
Bo and Zhou. Lets look at our analysis.
Hong Kong based South China Morning
Post released a report on August 30.
It is alleged that the CCP central committee agreed during
the Beidaihe meeting to investigate Zhou Yongkang.
The focus will be corruption, during his post in
Sichuan Province, and at a petroleum corporation.
The investigation of Zhou Yongkang is reported
to break the unspoken rule of no punishment
of the Politburo Standing Committee members.
It is said that it will create a bigger political
impact, compared with Bo’s case.
However, no other Standing
Committee member will be involved.
Political commentator Xia Xiaoqiang believes that
“other committee member” referred to Jiang Zemin.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “The decision on Zhou
Yongkang is not likely to be changed.
Jiang Zemin would surely cut ties with Zhou Yongkang.
Some overseas media linked with Jiang faction
began to claim that Xi Jinping has teamed up
with Jiang Zemin, to deal with Zhou Yongkang.
This is the situation we are observing at this point.”
An overseas blogger post commented
that the Jiang faction is under siege.
This comes with the fall of the oil gang and
Zhou Yongkang, and will force the faction to change.
Zhou Yongkang’s family has been in charge
of the Chinese oil industry for a long time.
Hong Kong based Apple Daily reported that
Zhou Yongkang has monopolized the Chinese
oil industry with both domestic and overseas projects.
He misappropriated state assets worth hundreds
of Billions, with his post in the politburo committee.
Source told South China Morning Post that Zhou Yongkang’s
accumulated wealth has been so big that it angered the CCP.
September 1, former PetroChina chairman Jiang Jiemin was
alleged serious violation and is currently under investigation.
Earlier, four executives of PetroChina have been sacked.
Xia Xiaoqiang believes that the Jiang’s
faction has dismissed Zhou Yongkang.
Xia Xiaoqiang : “To the CCP leadership, they are
in need of a scapegoat to pay for their debts.
There has been much chaos and resentment
created by the CCP over the past few decades.”
There have been serious crimes
committed by Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.
Evidence shows they were involved in plotting
a military coup, in live organ harvesting from
Falun Gong practitioners, and in organ trafficking.
These crimes are still hidden by the Communist
authorities, and have a direct connection to Jiang Zemin.
Xia Xiaoqiang indicates that the separation of
Zhou Yongkang’s crimes from Jiang Zemin can’t exist.
Yet, Jiang Zemin seems to stay free
from the investigation at this point.
Political commentator Liu Guohua analyzed that
the CCP is fully aware of the rampant corruption
and moral decay in China that has been caused
by Jiang Zemin’s persecution of Falun Gong.
Jiang Zemin is the guiding hand
behind Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.
“Xi Jinping’s tactic is clear. First he removed
Bo Xilai, whose case is waiting for a verdict.
Zhou Yongkang’s trial is next in line. Jiang Zemin,
who is behind their actions, will be next.”
Political commentator Wang Beiji indicates
that the CCP is “maintaining the Party”.
This is because both the Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
cases have been confined to corruption charges.
Wang Beiji: “They want to protect the party.
Bo Xilai has not been obedient during his trial.
It is a dangerous game to try to punish the
traitors and to save the Party at the same time.”
Will the CCP leader abandon the idea to save the Party?
Will Jiang Zemin, Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
