【新唐人2013年08月30日訊】連日來，隨著中共當局對網路言論管控的加強，大陸各地已經有數百人被警方以「傳播網路謠言」的罪名拘捕。據了解，大部分所謂謠言都是批評政府不作為、披露官員腐敗行為、質疑當局公信力或者對現行體制不滿的言論。公眾指責當局剝奪網民言論自由，製造恐慌氣氛。網路評論人士表示，當局做法雖然能暫時扼殺民間反抗聲音，但積纍的不滿與憤怒一旦突破臨界點，將一發不可收拾。
近期，由中宣傳部聯合公安部、政法委，在大陸各地發起了一場打擊「網路謠言」的運動，並且正在向著愈演愈烈的趨勢發展，打擊對像也由最初的網路紅人、微博大V、知名爆料人，發展到微博博主、網路作家，甚至普通民眾。
北京社會活動家胡佳：「我覺得這是一個步調統一的整肅行動，因為今年是中共建立政權六十四週年，這個數蠻令中共尷尬。另外十月份的時候，中共人權理事會面臨人權狀況的審核，還有就是十一建政，按照以前慣例，也是它要營造一個和諧穩定的氣氛。再有十一月份要開十八屆三中全會，這一系列的話，他們要在這些之前預計清場。」
據大陸各地媒體報導的數據表明，目前各省已經有數百人因言獲罪，而且被捕人數還在持續上升著。據了解，這些人大部分是因為在網路上發表了批評當局言論而被警方以「造謠」、「傳謠」的罪名抓捕。此外，警方還刪除了數十萬條所謂「虛假」信息、封停了數千網站和網路帳號，一時間風聲鶴唳。
胡佳： 「實際上共產黨統治就是謊言、恐怖、暴力三大法寶。當謊言無法奏效，越來越多公眾覺醒，在微博真相傳播的時候，它就開始製造恐怖。抓一些在網路上的活躍者，如果這個再無法奏效的話，那它就要祭出第三個法寶，就是暴力鎮壓，現在還沒有發展到那一步，但是它這個第二項以恐怖來統治方法，已經籠罩整個中國大陸的言論者。」
一段時間以來，網路上對貪腐官員的揭發、對當局暴力維穩、強拆、酷刑等真相的曝光、以及要求司法公正、官員公開財產、結束一黨專政的強烈呼聲等等，已經讓中共當局焦頭爛額，貪官們心驚膽戰。
胡佳：「它所作的這一切都是黨國的維穩，它現在因為政治的利益、經濟利益完全壟斷，公民意識覺醒就會對它形成一種要求破除壟斷、要求平等這樣一種趨勢，所以它在維穩方面是不擇手段，抓進監獄的人已經很多了，網路是一個億萬公眾所在的地方，這裏邊如果現在當局扭轉被動趨勢的話，對它來講是非常大的收穫。」
網民們表示，百姓們更願意相信網路傳言，也是因為當局徹底失去了公信力，加上當局一貫掩蓋真相的做法，才會讓百姓猜測質疑。
大陸網友姚誠：「關鍵他們自己不真實，他說不造謠、不信謠，他自己就不要造謠，他自己就要把真相公開，讓老百姓有知情權。我希望以後所有的案件都在光天化日之下運作，不要暗箱操作，老百姓就不會有甚麼質疑，你甚麼東西都藏著掖著，甚麼東西都國家秘密，都把老百姓當傻子，那誰都不是傻子。」
胡佳認為，中共目前所作的一切都是在加強黨民之間的矛盾，為這個獨裁體制製造更多的對立面，也是在自掘墳墓。當局瘋狂的封殺網路言論不過是飲鳩止渴，也許一時有人敢怒不敢言了，但他們的內心積壓了更多的不滿，醞釀著遠期的、更大規模的、或者更加徹底的反抗。

China Tightens Internet Control: Netizen Anger Intensifies
Recently, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intensified
it’s control of freedom of expression on the internet.
Several hundreds netizens have been arrested in many
cities for allegations of “spreading rumors on the Internet".
Sources said that the majority of “rumors" are about
criticizing the regime, or exposing corrupt officials.
They question the authorities credibility,
and complain about the current system.
Netizens are condemning the regime for further deprivation
of freedom of expression, and creating a fear environment.
Commentators consider the CCP’s recent move to
be temporarily silencing the voice of it’s opposition.
However, once public anger reaches a
critical point, it will be difficult to deal with.
Recently, the CCP authorities began to tighten
control of expression on the internet in many cities.
They have targeted internet users,
including Internet celebrities.
These include “Weibo big V", as well as whistleblowers,
internet writers and members of the general public.
Hu Jia, Beijing human rights activist:
“I think this is a purge action, as this year is the
64 anniversary of establishing the Chinese regime.
This figure is embarrassing them.
In addition, in October, China will face
international human rights assessment.
In addition, October 1 is National Day.
According to previous practice, they want to
create a “harmonious and stable" atmosphere.
The Third Plenary Session of 18th
Conference is schedule for November.
Regarding of the series events, the CCP will
certainly take action to suppress dissidents."
According to Chinese media reports, several hundred
people were arrested in each province, for free expression.
The number is continuing to rise.
Sources report that these people mainly published
articles on the internet, which criticize the authorities.
They were subsequently arrested on
accusations of “creating and spreading rumors".
Police also deleted several tens of
thousands of “false" messages on Internet.
They closed down several thousand websites and user
accounts, and the atmosphere was one of paranoia.
Hu Jia: “Actually the CCP’s nature
is one of lies, terror and violence.
When the lies don’t work, more and more people
awakened to spread the truth via Weibo microblogs.
The CCP begins to arrest internet activists.
If it still doesn’t work, the CCP will
show its nature of violent suppression.
Although it hasn’t run into such a situation yet, they use
terror to control the country, and people’s expression."
The regime has become increasingly frightened.
There has been exposure of corrupt officials, of violence in
maintaining stability, forced demolition, and of brutal torture.
There has also been exposure of people demanding
justice, disclosure of officials assets, and those
calling for an end to one-party dictatorship.
Hu Jia: “All the moves are to maintain “stability".
The CCP dominates political and economic interests,
so if the public awaken, they will request to break
the CCP’s monopoly, and demanding equality.
In order to maintain the “stability",
the CCP will therefore use all means.
Many people have already been put into prison,
yet social networks have millions of users.
If the authorities want to change their negative
situation, this will be the place they focus on."
Netizens said that the public tend
to trust “rumors" on the internet.
This is because they have completely
lost trust in the authorities.
In addition, the authorities always cover up
the truth, thus citizens speculate and question.
Yao Cheng, Netizen: “The main problem
is that the authorities are not honest.
If they order for there to be no rumors, and for people not
to trust rumors, they should not create rumors themselves.
They should reveal the truth,
as people have rights to know.
I hope every case in the future can be transparent,
and for it not to operate behind closed doors.
By doing this, people will then not question.
If they cover things up, everything is said to be a
“state secret". They think that civilians are fools. They are not."
Hu Jia believes that what the CCP has done has
deepened the conflict between the CCP and civilians.
They have created more opposition,
and caused the collapse CCP itself.
The CCP fiercely clears out internet
activism, seeking temporary relief.
This may result in people’s anger,
but this isn’t expressed immediately.
The anger will be accumulated, and
one day, it will fuel a complete uprising.
