【新唐人2013年08月13日訊】中共國家衛生計生委網站8月8號公布165家開展人體器官移植專案醫院名單，它們遍佈中國各省直轄市。名單顯示，各軍區軍方醫院大量涉及器官移植業務。海外《明慧網》早在2009年就指出，解放軍總後勤部是活摘器官的核心機構，通過系統性殺害法輪功學員並販賣器官牟利。而越來越多的媒體報導提供了證據，中共活體摘除法輪功學員的器官進行販賣謀利。
在這個名單當中，僅北京地區參與器官移植業務的軍隊醫院就包括：解放軍總醫院，解放軍第302醫院，解放軍第307醫院，解放軍第309醫院，海軍總醫院，空軍總醫院，第二砲兵總醫院，北京軍區總醫院和武警總醫院。
早在2009年11月11號，《明慧網》就披露，解放軍總後勤部是活摘器官的核心機構。1999年7月中共把法輪功定為頭號敵人後，販賣法輪功學員器官這種一本萬利的買賣，成了一條被時任軍委主席的江澤民默許而鼓勵的軍隊生財之路。
《明慧網》報導說，總後勤部則利用軍隊系統和國家資源，將到北京上訪而不報姓名的法輪功學員和各地被非法拘捕的法輪功學員驗血編號，輸入電腦系統，利用各地軍事設施和戰備工程作為集中營，統一關押，統一管理，成為國家級的活體器官庫。在進行器官移植的過程中，如果器官移植失敗，被移植器官人員的資料和屍體必須在七十二小時內全部銷毀。
總後勤部通過各級管道，將供體調配到軍方醫院和部分地方醫院，向醫院提供一個供體之後直接收取現金。軍方高層通過總後勤部直接牟利，器官的利潤不入軍隊預算，而其活摘器官的層層系統卻是靠軍費維持，因此來自活摘器官的金錢是沒有成本的純利潤。
吉林居民彭振河向《新唐人》透露，他的一位朋友就曾經親身經歷過，在醫院被偷偷地作人體實驗。
吉林居民彭振河：「如果現在給他們推上公審臺的話，我第一個會站出來作為一個證人來直接指證他。以殺人斂財為目的，醫院故意殺人，拿人做活體實驗。而且是在醫院，正規的醫院，沒有營業執照的醫生，對人進行活體實驗，然後篡改了一些病例。你說拿人做活體實驗，這會是甚麼性質？」
今年7月12號，全世界最老報紙之一，奧地利《維也納日報》以《活摘關押人員的器官交易迅速增長》為題，報導了中共活摘法輪功學員器官的暴行。報導披露，雖然官方承認使用死刑犯器官做移植，但是實際上，法輪功學員的器官被當作首選，因為法輪功學員生活習慣健康，並且被中共迫害。
江蘇蘇州商人顧志堅：「作為一個在大陸生活的一個人，如果這是真的，我膽戰心驚，因為如果別人的生命就這樣被隨意的謀殺，那我同樣感同身受，我就感到不安全。我不希望這是真的。如果這是真的，我希望政府或民眾大家一起來參與，來徹查這件事情。」
《維也納日報》的文章還提出強有力的活摘器官證據。報導說：病人可以挑選哪天甚麼時間做手術。如果中國醫生是用死刑犯的器官，這樣操作是不可能的。另外統計資料也讓人產生懷疑。死刑犯的數量應該是摘取器官數量的十倍。而中國有幾年死刑犯只有兩到三千，但器官卻移植了一萬兩千例。
加拿大人權律師大衛‧麥塔斯估計，在過去的幾年裡，有六萬五千位法輪功學員的器官被摘取。遇害者死得很慘。 國際人權組織主席卡特琳娜‧格理伯（Katharina Grieb）在研討會上說：「人就像殺雞一樣的被開膛破肚，然後器官被拿走了」。

Military Hospitals Deeply Involved in Organ Transplants
On August 8, on the website of the National Health
and Family Planning Commission,
165 hospitals all over Mainland China were listed as
being performers of organ transplants.
The list showed that military hospitals were
heavily involved in organ transplants.
In 2009, overseas MinghuiNet pointed out that the general
logistics department of People’s Liberation Army (PLA)
was the central unit of organ harvesting, killing Falun Gong
practitioners systematically and selling their organs for profit.
A growing number of media reports provide evidence that
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has sold organs
for profit through organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners.
On the list, there are nine military hospitals
in Beijing alone involved in organ transplants.
They are People’s Liberation Army General Hospital,
302 Hospital of PLA, PLA 307 Hospital, 309 Hospital
of PLA, Navy General Hospital, General Hospital
of Air Force, Second Artillery General Hospital,
Beijing Military General Hospital,
and the Armed Police General Hospital.
As early as November 11, 2009, MinghuiNet disclosed that
the PLA General Logistics Department was the
central organ harvesting unit.
In July 1999, the CCP declared Falun Gong
as its number one enemy.
Jiang Zemin was the chairman of the Central Military
Commission at that time.
With his consent and encouragement, selling Falun Gong
practitioners’ organs became the military way of money making.
According to MinghuiNet, when Falun Gong practitioners
went to Beijing to appeal and were illegally detained,
those who failed to reveal their names
were put into the computer system and
became members of the national live organ bank,
managed by military facilities of various locations.
If an organ transplant operation fails, the donor’s body
and relevant information must be destroyed within 72 hours.
The general logistics department, through all levels
of channels, will provide organ donors, cash on delivery,
to the military hospitals and local hospitals.
Profits from organ trafficking go to the General Logistics
Department, but this covert activity is not listed in the military budget.
However, various layers of the organ harvesting system
are maintained by the military budget.
Thus, organ transplants at military hospitals cost nothing
and are just pure profit.
Pang Chun He from Jilin told NTD that one of his friends
had experienced being a live specimen in a hospital.
Pang Chun He: “If they were on stage at a public trial,
I will be the first to stand up and point my finger at him.
Regular hospitals intentionally murder people and
use them as live specimen in experiments.
Unlicensed doctors are doing that, using live human beings
in experiments, what do you think of that?”
On July 12, 2013, one of the world’s oldest newspapers,
Austria Vienna Daily, exposed the CCP’s brutality
by publishing an article entitled “Live Organ Harvesting
of Detainees Grows Rapidly."
It reported that even though the CCP admitted harvesting
organs from death row inmates, in actuality, organs from
Falun Gong practitioners are preferred, not only due
to their lifestyle, but also due to the fact that they are
the target of the CCP’s persecution.
Businessman Gu Zhijian from Suzhou, Jiangsu:
“Living in Mainland China, I am shocked if this is true.
I don’t feel safe when people can be randomly murdered.
If it truly happened, I hope the government or the public
will get involved and thoroughly investigate this matter.”
The Vienna Daily article also cited strong evidence
of live organ harvesting.
The report said that a patient can choose the
date and time of surgery.
That would be an impossible operation
if the donors are executed prisoners.
Further statistics also make people wonder.
The number of death row inmates should be
ten times the number of organ transplants
However, China had only 2,000-3,000 death row inmates
the last few years, but performed 12,000 organ transplantations.
Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas estimated that
in the past few years, 65,000 Falun Gong practitioners
were victims of organ harvesting.
President of the International Society For Human Rights
Austria, Katharina Grieb, said at the seminar,
“People are killed like chickens,
with bodies cut open and organs taken away."
