【新唐人2013年06月08日訊】在中共24年前屠殺學生的忌日，中共喉舌報導，中共警察抓捕了拍攝酷刑演示圖片的法輪功學員16人。他們以真人模擬演示的方式，重組酷刑現場，直觀的展現了迫害的真實情況。中共喉舌宣稱，這些圖片抹黑了中國的形象，但學者指出，抹黑中國的是中共實施的酷刑，不是酷刑圖片。而且中共打擊報復揭開酷刑真相的受害人，是違法行為。
6月4號，中共喉舌《新華網》報導，幾個身穿制服的人揪著中間一人的頭髮，在他的指縫中夾著牙刷，手上滿是血跡，一人後背上血跡斑斑，被五花大綁著蜷縮在地上。
報導說，5月2號，在山東青島抓捕了法輪功學員16人，他們拍攝了以真人模擬演示被酷刑虐待的圖片。
中國民主黨全委會美國委員會主席張健：「我覺得有時中共的新聞機構，它愚蠢到非常蠢的地步，它說的這些東西，只能讓人覺得它無恥到了極點，它欲蓋彌彰，但是它不要忘了，它這種方式犯下了更大的罪惡，它對6.4的屠城，可能幾千人的死亡，但這些年對法輪功有組織、有預謀的屠殺，我覺得至少有十幾萬人數不止。」
中共喉舌宣稱，這些圖片抹黑了中國的形象。但張健表示，如果中共認為法輪功學員抹黑中共，中共開放所有的勞教所監獄，讓國外的獨立調查機構，人權機構組織自由調查，事實就會大白於天下。
16名被抓捕的法輪功學員中，包括曾多次遭到當局綁架及酷刑迫害的陸雪琴。
據了解，2008年，陸雪琴遭到刑訊逼供，導致舊病復發，下半身嚴重癱瘓，大小便不能自理，多次昏死。還因被警察踢打腹部，導致下身流血不止。
海外《明慧網》評論認為，以真人模擬演示的方式重組現場、拍攝酷刑照片，是受害人最直觀的展現迫害真實情況的方式之一。這樣的模擬演示照片，因為曝光罪惡的力度而引起中共的恐慌。
法輪功學員雷映群曾經被當局綁架7次，受盡各種酷刑。她告訴《新唐人》，酷刑模擬只能描述身體痛苦的一部分。
法輪功學員雷映群：「一種反背扣，叫做背寶劍，我看明慧網上的酷刑展板，它中間還有一定的鏈條沒銬在一起，他們那個手銬是挨在一起的，我的手特別短，因為我個子矮，就銬不住，他們4、5個人使勁把我壓到地上，兩個手銬在一起，當時我的手就出血了，汗當時就很大一點往下滴，一下子地上就幾淌水，一下就昏過去了。」
雷映群說她和老伴在獄中，曾經整晚被懸空吊起來，暈死過去多次，而警察出去打牌，第二天才把他們放下。雷映群還經歷過連續幾天手腳被銬在一起、被螺旋鋼條把兩腿劈開成一字形、以及不能上廁所等，各種各樣的酷刑。
雷映群認為，在湖南衡陽把法輪功學員迫害致死、致殘的惡警—-雷震中和周著文等人，如果能出來和他們當面對質，最能說明酷刑的真實性。
而大陸東南大學法學教授張讚寧指出，中共抓捕製造酷刑圖片的人，沒有法律依據，是違法行為。
東南大學法學教授張讚寧：「又把製造法輪功學員受迫害圖片的人又抓起來，我認為是沒有依據的，沒有這樣的法律，他們哪一條法律也沒有觸犯，他們講的都是事實，你即使講他這個事實是虛假的，你也應當拿出證據來，就這樣抓人，這也是違犯中國法律的。」
而張健認為，中共屠殺中國人民，綁架申訴冤屈的中國民眾，強姦幼女，活摘器官，把中國的形象破壞到了不可復加的程度。反而是有教養、高素質的法輪功學員，為中國人民贏得了國際聲譽。

Tortures Exposed On June 4th Incident
June 4th Incident marks the 24 anniversary of
the death of the students, who were killed by the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) in 1989.
On the same day this year, the CCP official media reported
the arrests of 16 Falun Gong practitioners.
The practitioners made live simulations of Falun Gong
practitioners being tortured in prison and took pictures.
The official media alleged that these pictures
would be used to stain China’s image.
Scholars have disproved the claim, saying that
China’s image has been ruined by the CCP’s torture,
and has not been ruined by showing
the pictures that display torture.
A legal expert points out that it was illegal for
the regime’s police to arrest those
who had exposed for the world to see, the truth of
tortures inflicted on practitioners by the CCP.
On June 4, the CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency
published a photo in an online report.
In the picture, several uniformed men are pulling
at the hair of a person who is surrounded.
The men’s hands are bloodied, each has two fingers
holding a toothbrush.
Another person, with a bloodstained back,
is seen tied up and curled up on the ground.
The report said that on May 2, police authorities
in Qingdao arrested 16 local Falun Gong practitioners.
They were accused of taking pictures of live
simulations of Falun Gong practitioners being tortured.
(US-branch president, China Democratic Party) Zhang Jian:
“Sometimes I feel that the CCP’s official media shows utter stupidity.
Its reporting only makes its shamelessness
so much more conspicuous.
It has tried to conceal greater sins behind the scenes.
For example, the actual death toll of its June 4th Massacre
may exceed several thousands of souls.
Over these years, it has implemented a premeditated
genocide against Falun Gong practitioners.
I fully believe that the number of victims could be
many hundreds of thousands of people.”
The Xinhua report alleges that these pictures of torture
are aimed at tarnishing China’s image.
Zhang Jian comments that the CCP can prove its innocence
by opening all labor-camp prisons to international,
independent investigation by human rights organizations.
In this way, the truth will out, he says.
Lu Xueqin is one of the arrested 16 Falun Gong practitioners.
For the past years, she has been repeatedly kidnapped
by local police and has suffered brutal torture.
Reportedly, in 2008, Lu Xueqin was tortured to extort
a confession, which caused her to have a relapse.
She suffered severe paralysis of the lower limbs, urinary
incontinence, and repeatedly fell into a state of coma.
The kicking and beating of her abdomen resulted in
continuous bleeding from her groin.
Minghui.org has commented that live simulation
reconstructs harrowing scenes in which
Falun Gong practitioners suffered unbelievable torture.
The photos are one of the most powerful ways by which the
CCP’s persecution can be demonstrated to shocking effect.
The photos have produced a growing public sense of alarm,
this has inevitably caused the CCP to panic.
Lei Yingqun, a Falun Gong practitioner, has been
kidnapped seven times by the CCP authorities.
She has suffered severe torture
at the hands of brutal CCP thugs.
She says that live simulations of being tortured
can only partially reflect the physical pain endured.
Lei Yingqun: “There’s a type of torture named ‘being
handcuffed behind the back with one hand over a shoulder’.
On the Minghui.org, illustration of this torture shows
a distance remaining between the two hands.
But actually, the two hands are handcuffed close together.
I have short arms, so they couldn’t handcuff me.
So four or five men pressed me down to the ground
and finally, forcibly handcuffed me.
That made my hands immediately bleed profusely. This was so
so painful that I was bathed in sweat, and fell into a coma.”
Lei Yingqun adds that in prison, she and her husband
were hanged from the ceiling for a whole night.
They fainted several times, all this time,
the policemen were outside playing cards.
Lei suffered various tortures, including
having both hands handcuffed to her feet.
Also, she was forced to do a 180 degree front split
under steel ribbons, and her access to the toilet was forbidden.
Lei Yingqun mentions two policemen in Hengyang,
Hunan province.
They are Lei Zhenzhong and Zhou Zhuowen, known
to have tortured many Falun Gong practitioners to death.
She would be prepared to confront them to prove
the authenticity of torture allegations, says Lei.
Zhang Zanning, law professor at the Southeast University,
insists that the arrest of the practitioners was against the law.
Zhang Zanning: “They arrested Falun Gong practitioners
who took pictures of live simulations of people being tortured by the CCP authorities.
The arrests had no legal basis,
the practitioners didn’t violate any laws.
Their demonstration of documented and
well known torture methods was based on facts.
Even if you think that it was a fabrication,
you should be prepared to prove that with evidence.
The arrests have violated China’s own constitution,
laws and statutes.”
Zhang Jian remarks that the CCP has killed Chinese people,
kidnapped petitioners, connived at its officials’ rapes of girls,
and has harvested organs from the living.
All of these atrocities have damaged China’s image
to the greatest extent, he says.
Rather, the high moral level of Falun Gong practitioners
has restored a respected international reputation
for the Chinese people in the eyes of the world.
