【新唐人2013年05月28日訊】六四前夕 中共加緊打壓民主人士
5月27號凌晨，廣州維權律師唐荊陵被傳喚，國保警告他「六四」期間不要出門，也不要會見朋友。國保傳喚唐荊陵的理由是「擾亂公共秩序」。同時，警察沒有給出傳喚唐荊陵妻子汪艷芳的理由，汪艷芳要求警察出示傳喚通知書，卻被一併帶到派出所。
唐荊陵表示，今年「六四」紀念日，中共當局比往年緊張，驅逐、拘留的範圍和力度都比往年大，而且時間也比往年早。
另外，廣州花都區80後的楊霆劍、和90後的邱華，因組建一個QQ群，相約6月4號出去找手機，卻因此在5月24號晚上10點多被拘捕，處以行政拘留15天。同時，番禺的網友劉兵，也因為在群族裡轉發有關「六四」的信息，被行政拘留15天。
而5月22號，向當局遞交「六四」遊行申請的廣州公民徐向榮、李維國、李文生，目前被關押。
英媒：中國政治生態「大躍退」
「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網5月27號發表評論文章指出，中國政治生態正在「大躍退」。
文章說，最近，中共喉舌《紅旗文稿》、《人民日報》與《解放軍報》連發三篇文章，依次為「憲政屬於資本主義論」 、「黨性上帝論」與「宇宙真理論」。這些強詞奪理的文章問世，表明中國政治生態正在朝著改革開放初期的狀態「大躍退」。
文章分析說，「憲政屬資論」是在為「人治」張目，是一種明顯的政治倒退。而「黨性上帝論」與「宇宙真理論」則是譫妄（Zhānwàng）之語。
文章指出，中共從毛澤東時代開始，直到今天仍然保持三壟斷格局，也就是，壟斷權力的政治法律制度、壟斷經濟利益的特權制度和壟斷輿論的意識形態。
文章說，中共的「三壟斷」在中國可謂天怒人怨。但北京不考慮民情，政治話語變得越來越強硬，最後走向譫妄。為何如此？只能說因其陷入極度的政治虛弱，這種虛弱源自政治合法性危機。

Chinese Communist Party Intensified Suppression
Before Anniversary Of June 4
At the 24th anniversary of ‘June 4’, the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) intensified the suppression of democratic people.
On May 27th Tang Jingling, human rights lawyer
in Guangzhou was summoned,
and was warned not to go out during the period of
June 4 by the domestic security bureau, or meet friends.
Tang Jingling was summoned for ‘disturbing public order’.
Meanwhile, the police did not give a reason for
summoning Tang Jingling’s wife Wang Yanfang.
Wang Yanfang requested the police show subpoena notice,
and was taken to the police station too.
Tang Jingling said that for June 4th anniversary this year,
the Chinese authorities are more nervous than usual.
The scope and intensity of deportation and detention was
greater than in previous years, and it started earlier than usual.
In addition, Yang Tingjian (born in 1980s) from Huadu District,
Guangzhou, and Qiu Hua (born in 1990s) created a QQ group,
and asked all to go out to look for cell phones on June 4.
They were arrested at around 10pm on May 24th
to be detained for 15 days.
Meanwhle, a netizen Liu Bing from Fanyu also had
a detention of 15 days for forwarding messages about June 4.
On May 22nd Guangzhou citizens Xu Xiangrong, Li Weiguo
and Li Wensheng who submitted an application of a parade on
June 4 have subsequently been detained.
British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Chinese Network
published a commentary on May 27th pointing out that
China’s political ecology is experiencing a Big Leap Backward.
The article said that recently, the Chinese Communist Party’s
(CCP) mouthpieces: Red Flag Presentation, People’s Daily
and Liberation Army Daily published three articles.
They were called “constitutional theory belongs to capitalism,"
“party nature is the God" and “cosmic truth theory".
These irrational articles appeared, indicating that China is
moving to Big Leap Backward for the early stages of reform and opening up.
Analyzing these articles: ‘constitutional theory belongs to
capitalism’ is boasting of the “rule of man", and is an obvious political retrogression.
‘Party nature is the God" and “cosmic truth theory"
is the delirium.
The article points out that from the Mao era until today,
the CCP retained three monopolies,
i.e. the political and legal system to monopolise power,
the privilege system to monopolise economic interests,
and monopolise public ideology.
The article said that the CCP’s three monopolies
in China irritate all.
But Beijing authorities do not consider the people,
and their political discourse has become increasingly tough.
It has finally become delirium. Why? It showed the extreme
political weakness from the crisis of political legitimacy.
Officials Looted Land
On May 27th the director of Yuzhai Village, and
secretary of political and law committee of Gaishan Township in Fujian province,
got together with triads and looted land from
people, causing fierce conflicts with villagers.
Many villagers were injured, and one was hit on the head
by a brick and blood went everywhere.
Police did not take help him. Now the injured people
are still in hospital.
According to the villagers, the triads were employed by
local officials and paid 300 yuan each.
Several of their leaders had been in jail before.
