【新唐人2013年04月12日訊】媒體人籲啟動調查馬三家特別程序
大陸媒體《Lens視覺》雜誌發表「走出馬三家」，揭露遼寧省「馬三家女子勞教所」的坐老虎凳、綁死人床等酷刑黑幕，引起中國國內民眾震驚後，遼寧省官方很快發出消息指稱：他們迅速成立了由省司法廳、省勞教局和駐地檢察機關組成的調查組，針對報導所涉及的內容進行調查。
大陸維權律師江天勇向《大紀元》新聞網表示，這些調查組的有關領導就是直接責任者，由他們去調查，非常荒謬、可笑，沒有任何可信度。
江天勇說，他曾就法輪功學員孫毅的問題，給「馬三家教養院」管理部門、紀檢部門、遼寧省勞教委、省勞教局、司法廳等部門的官員，遞交過多份控告材料，還直接上門舉報，所以那些人都是知情者，就是罪犯。
大陸《財經》雜誌副主編羅昌平，也對這個調查組的獨立性表示懷疑。他期待更多媒體介入報導，繼續呼籲全國人大啟動特別調查程序。
網曝山東出現首例H7N9感染者
大陸H7N9 禽流感疫情持續擴散，4月10號，有網友在微博上爆料，山東淄博出現首例H7N9 禽流感感染者。
網名「張騫2162V」的網友發微博說，「10號上午9點半消息：山東發現首列感染H7N9，男，27歲，永泰人，姓張，前天晚上去某燒烤攤喝了啤酒，又點了雞翅，回家後感覺身體不適，去醫院後經醫生判斷髮現是感染H7N9，現在在淄博某醫院隔離。」
帖子一發出，就引起關注，多人跟帖和轉發。但原始博文被迅速刪除，「張騫2162V」的微博帳號也於4月11號被封。
摩托羅拉天津廠7000工人大罷工
摩托羅拉天津廠約7000名工人，從4月10號發起罷工。他們堵塞工廠大門、圍堵公司領導，要求公司就企業轉賣給出合理賠償。罷工一直持續到當天深夜。
據罷工工人介紹，官方及公司領導一直沒有給出合理的解釋和答案，罷工組織者說罷工將會持續到協議的達成。
摩托羅拉天津廠去年12月被新加坡代工企業「偉創力」收購，但廠方與7000名工人的賠償問題一直沒有達成協議，矛盾不斷激化。

Mainland Media Initiates Special Investigation Of Masanjia
Mainland media “Vision" magazine published an article,
entitled Walking Out Of Masanjia’.
This exposed the inside story of Masanjia Women’s Forced
Labor Camp in Liaoning Province.
Torture methods being used in Masanjia, like tiger bench
and dead man’s bed, shocked people in Mainland China.
Liaoning officials quickly announced they set up an
investigation team to carry out the investigation.
It was made up of the Provincial Justice Department, Provincial
Re-education through Labor, and Resident Procuratorial Units.
Mainland human rights lawyer Jiang Tianyong
spoke to the Epoch Times News.
“It is so ridiculous that leaders of the investigating team
are the very perpetrators.
Now, they are the investigators, but they have zero credibility.
The Falun Gong practitioner Sun Yi had his file handed over
by the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp management department.
They gave it to Discipline Inspection Departments,
the Labor Camp Commission of Liaoning Province, Justice Department and other department officials.
They all know the case well,
and accomplices to the crimes committed.”
Luo Changping, deputy editor-in-chief of Mainland “Finance"
magazine was doubtful over the honesty of investigation team.
He looked forward to more media intervention, and continues
to appeal to People’s Congress to start a special investigation.
First H7N9 Infection Case Appears In Shandong Province
Mainland H7N9 avian flu continues to spread.
On April 10th, someone broke the news on his blog that the first
case of H7N9 avian influenza infection appeared in Shandong.
One netizen Zhang Tai said on his blog: “A 27-year-old male
had roast chicken and beer in a restaurant the night before.
He felt discomfort, went to the hospital, and was diagnosed
with the H7N9 virus infection. He is now under hospital isolation.”
Zhang Tai’s message caused a lot of concerns
and was being forwarded around again and again.
However, his original message was quickly deleted
and his account was closed down on April 11th.
7000 Workers Strike At Motorola Tianjin Factory
On April 10th, some 7,000 workers from
Motorola Tianjin plant went on strike.
They blocked the factory gates, surrounded the managers, and
requested reasonable compensation for the company acquisition.
The strike lasted until midnight.
According to the strikers, government officials and company
leaders have not given them an explanation or answers.
Strike organizers said the strike will continue
until an agreement has been reached.
In December 2012, Motorola Tianjin plant was
bought out by a Singapore enterprise.
However, the compensation issue between workers and the
factory has not been resolved. The conflict is intensifying.
