【新唐人2013年03月25日訊】86歲的危地馬拉前獨裁者里奧斯•蒙特，被控「群體滅絕罪」和「反人類罪」，連日來出庭受審。巧合的是，中共前國家主席江澤民，與里奧斯生於同一年，也被指控相同的罪名。國際人權組織認為，江澤民對法輪功的迫害遠遠超出了「肉體上的消滅」，是對人類良知和人性的毀滅，除了「群體滅絕罪」和「反人類罪」之外，國際司法應該增加一項前所未有的「迫害良知罪」，對江澤民進行全球公審。
據「人權觀察」消息，正在危地馬拉法庭受審的里奧斯•蒙特涉及15次大屠殺，導致1771名伊西爾土著死亡。
國際關注里奧斯案的同時，也注意到另一個極為相似的案例——江澤民案。
江澤民一手發動鎮壓法輪功政策，導致至少3645人被迫害致死，是里奧斯案死亡人數的兩倍，且「活摘盜賣人體器官」罪行前所未有，他的殘暴遠遠在里奧斯之上。
從2000年至今，江澤民及主要迫害法輪功的犯罪同夥，已經被控以「酷刑罪」、「反人類罪」和「群體滅絕罪」，在海外30多個國家和地區被起訴。
香港《捍衛法輪功大聯盟》創始人熊立：「鎮壓法輪功不是一個一般的刑事罪行，而是反人性，反人類，滔天血債啊，這一定要清算的，是違反地球上人類的一個普遍的人性，普遍的價值觀。公審江澤民意義非常大。」
中國大陸東北居民李靜：「江澤民犯下的罪行是罄竹難書的，所以說在全世界範圍內公審，讓老百姓都知道。有一個天理，人不治天治，不是不報，時候未到，時候一到，全世界人民都來公審他。」
法輪功人權組織發言人陳師眾認為，現有的「反人類罪」和「種族滅絕罪」，都不足以來描述江澤民和中共對法輪功的邪惡迫害。
法輪功人權組織發言人陳師眾：「所有的迫害的藉口和證據，都是造謠、造假、謊言編造出來的。它（中共）想改變人的良知，那就是用酷刑、用折磨，消滅是他的目地。而這場迫害他要消滅人的良知。」
2006年3月起，中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官的暴行不斷曝光，震驚國際社會。2012年8月，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」公布調查錄音，再次證實中共軍隊、警察、政府機構相互勾結，與各地勞教所、監獄、醫院，合夥盜賣活體法輪功學員器官。
陳師眾指出，活摘移植器官是整個迫害中，最為邪惡的罪行，然而對於所有參與執行迫害的每個個人，他們都是在江澤民和中共的脅迫下，泯滅著自己的良知與人性。
法輪功人權組織發言人陳師眾：「他明明知道這些法輪功學員是因為煉了功身體是好的，也是法輪功本身是好的。中共為惡的目地，就是強迫人們放棄良知，它是一種迫害良知罪，沒有比迫害良知罪更嚴重的罪行了，因為他要抹殺的、要毀滅的是人性最根本的東西，他這個犯罪不是針對全人類的嗎？」
危地馬拉前獨裁者里奧斯•蒙特公開受審期間，受害民眾指證控訴，法庭當場主持公道，伸張正義。而對於中共前獨裁者江澤民的暴政，近年來「全球公審江澤民」的呼聲也不斷高漲。
法輪功人權組織發言人陳師眾：「將來不僅僅是中國人民要審判江澤民和中共犯下的罪行，而是全人類都得在這場審判中認真的認識這場邪惡，中共和江澤民它利用了經濟，引誘別的國家對這場邪惡視若無睹，不表示反對，不表示譴責，這個也是他『迫害良知罪』的一部分。是用經濟來收買了別的國家和政府他們的良知，他這場罪惡是全球性的，是最邪惡的。
陳師眾奉勸現任中共領導人以及還在行惡的人，迫害法輪功這麼大的罪責，誰也沒有辦法逃脫。唯有趕快拋棄中共，找回良知，才是做人的唯一出路。

Open Trial of Jiang Zemin: Crime of Destroying the Human Conscience
86-year-old former Guatemalan dictator
José Efraín Ríos Montt has been on trial for days.
He was charged with genocide and
crimes against humanity.
At the same age as Ríos Montt, Jiang Zemin, former president
of the Chinese Communist Party , faces the same charges.
International human rights organizations review that
the persecution launched by Jiang against Falun Gong,
has far exceeded physical ruin.
This persecution is an elimination of
conscience, and human nature itself.
Jiang Zemin shall be charged with a
“crime of destroying the human conscience",
in addition to genocide and crimes against humanity.
The International Court of Justice shall
stage a public trial of Jiang.
According to Human Rights Watch, Rios Montt´s
involvement in 15 acts of slaughter caused the death of 1,771 Ixil indigenous people.
The case has been followed closely across the world,
arousing attention to another similar case,
that of China´s Jiang Zemin.
In China, Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of
Falun Gong, which has caused at least 3,645 deaths,
twice the number in Montt´s case.
Jiang´s crimes of organ harvesting and trafficking bodies
are unprecedented in history.
Since 2000, Jiang and other main culprits of the persecution
have been sued in over 30 countries and regions.
They have been charged with “crimes of torture",
“crimes against humanity" and “the crime of genocide".

Xiong Li: “The persecution of Falun Gong is not a normal
criminal offense, but is a crime against all humanity.
This is a great sin that will indeed be punished.
It is against human nature and against the
universal values shared by all on this planet.
Therefore a public trial of Jiang Zemin
will be of great significance."
(Resident in Northeastern China) Li Jing:
“Jiang´s crimes are too numerous to record.
His crimes shall be brought to light worldwide.
There exists a heavenly principle,
『Evildoers can never escape
heaven´s own punishment.´
『What goes around comes around.´
He´ll end up facing a public trial worldwide."

Human Rights Organization, comments.
The known of crimes against humanity and genocide are
not enough to describe the extent of the evil that Jiang
and the CCP have done towards Falun Gong.
Chen Shizhong: “All the accusations against
Falun Gong are their defamations and lies.
The CCP employs torture to eliminate Falun Gong
practitioners physically.
That is its real intention,
to ruin the human conscience."
Since March 2006, the CCP´s harvesting organs of living
Falun Gong practitioners has been continually exposed.
The atrocities of the persecution
have shocked the world.
In August 2012, the World Organization to Investigate
the Persecution of Falun Gong released new recordings of phone calls.
These pieces of evidence proved that the CCP army,
police and state departments have colluded with
local labor camps, prisons and hospitals
in harvesting organs of Falun Gong practitioners.
Chen Shizhong says that organ harvesting is the most
evil aspect of the CCP´s persecution of Falun Gong.
All the participants, although under the CCP´s coercion,
acted against their own consciences and humanity.
Chen Shizhong: “The CCP knows clearly that people practice
Falun Gong because Falun Gong is good and beneficial for health.
It has committed this evil deed with an attempt to
force people to give up their own conscience.
This is the crime of destroying the human conscience,
the most serious crime ever.
As it intends to ruin fundamental human nature.
Isn´t it a crime against all human beings on the planet?"
Reportedly, many victims have testified
at the trial of Rios Montt.
In recent years, calls for holding a worldwide
public trial of Jiang Zemin have been rising.
Chen Shizhong: “The trial will not only be held against
Jiang Zemin and the CCP for their crimes.
It will also create a chance for all mankind to understand
how evil Jiang Zemin and the CCP actually are.
Jiang and the CCP use the economy to buy off other countries
and get them to keep silent on this persecution.
This is their crime of destroying the human conscience.
So this persecution is actually staged against people worldwide.
This crime is an unprecedented evil in human history."
Chen Shizhong advises all incumbent CCP leaders
and those who are still doing evil deeds.
The Persecution of Falun Gong is a great sin
and that no participant can escape punishment.
The only way out for them is to denounce the CCP,
to thus regain their human consciences.
