【新唐人2013年03月23日訊】中共器官移植的「掌門人」黃潔夫，近期，被免去了職務，引起外界關注。黃潔夫2001年開始擔任衛生部副部長，十多年來，成為衛生部器官移植的對外發言人。據了解，中國移植醫生做移植手術，一直以來只能偷偷摸摸的幹，他們面對著國際巨大的譴責壓力。

中共當局在「器官移植供體來源」這個問題上，幾度改口。從《中國取死刑犯器官移植是謠言》，到衛生部公布：《死囚器官是中國器官移植主要來源》，再到《兩年後器官移植不再依賴死刑犯》。究竟中國的器官移植供體是否來自死刑犯？多年來，官方莫衷一是！
不過，今年的2月25號，中共衛生部副部長黃潔夫，在人體器官捐獻視頻會議上，再度高調承認「中國是世界上唯一系統利用死囚器官的國家」，他還感慨落淚的說，中國的移植醫生終於可以光明正大、揚眉吐氣的在大舞臺上施展才能了。
但相隔不到一個月，在中共「兩會」上，黃潔夫被免去了衛生部副部長職務。
海外分析人士指出，作為中共衛生部關於器官移植的對外發言人，黃潔夫被免職，與中共動用國家機器，大規模強行活體摘取、販賣法輪功學員器官的黑幕有關。
時事評論員藍述認為，黃潔夫只是中共的替罪羊。
時事評論員藍述：「黃潔夫他當衛生部長期間，中國出現這麼大面積的，摘除法輪功學員的器官，摘取死囚犯的器官，這件事情引起了國際社會廣泛的關注，中共的第五代官員，他們不願意讓這種形象影響到他自己。」
藍述表示，中共獨裁體制不解體，活摘人體器官的事情不會消失！
而旅居美國的中國社會問題研究人士張健也向《新唐人》強調，中共這樣一個政權，在它統治下，「百分之百」會幹出這類事情！
旅美中國社會問題研究人士張健：「從毛澤東時代一直到現在，中國經歷了這麼多代的領導人，他們對中國人民的剝削從來沒有停止過，更不要說像這種犯人，還會擁有自己的權利和生命的尊嚴，根本就不可能。生活在中國，每一個人都像生活在監獄裡一樣。可能有一天，你的器官也會莫名其妙的消失。這就是共產黨搞的獨裁，比納粹還要納粹！」
據《明慧網》報導，曾是「中山醫科大學」校長，兼黨委書記和「附屬第一醫院」院長的黃潔夫，積纍了豐富的器官活摘實踐經驗，成為「國家掠奪器官」在衛生系統的帶頭人。
去年「王立軍事件」爆發後，大規模強摘法輪功學員器官和販賣人體的黑幕被進一步揭開。參與這項「器官掠奪」的幕後主使者為前中共黨魁江澤民，另外還有主導政法系統的周永康，以及薄熙來、谷開來、王立軍等人。在他們相繼落馬之後，如今黃潔夫也被免職。
張健：「在中共習、李當政之後，他的燙手山芋是非常多，活體摘除器官呢，這是其中一項。習、李能否把這個燙手山芋扔掉﹖在於他有沒有勇氣去公開活體摘除這個問題，如果公開的話，他是否跟中共過去做一個歷史的切割﹖如果他不是這樣的話，我們視同他這也是犯罪的行為，視同他為包庇的行為。」
不過，張健認為，習、李體制將繼續「穿新鞋走老路」，用洗腦等各種方式來淡化「活摘」問題，讓問題在人們的視線中消失。
張健：「所以在活體摘除問題上，我特別贊同海外有良知的這些媒體、人士，還有一些國家，像：加拿大、美國，在這方面都給予了高度的關注，進行調查。（調查活摘）可能也會是徹底摧毀中共的一個槓桿。讓大家認識到這個政權的邪惡。」
作為世界器官移植第二大國，中共在國際社會卻沒能享受榮光。近期，中國醫生被拒絕參加國際性學術大會，成為醫學界討伐的對像。

The Non-Speaking Head of China’s Organ Transplantation:
Huang Jiefu
The head of the CCP’s organ transplantation service,
Huang Jiefu was dismissed recently,
something which has attracted the world’s attention.
Since he took over as Vice minister of Health in 2001,
he has been the spokesman of MOH organ transplantation
It is said that Chinese surgeons have performed
transplant operations secretly for a long time.
It is said they are facing enormous international
condemnation. Why is this happening? Let’s see the report.
CCP authorities have changed their quotes multiple times
on the issue of “the source of transplant organs”.
They had said that “its rumor that China uses organs of
condemned criminals”, but then the MOH announced:
“Condemned criminals’ organs are the main source
for China’s organ transplants”, lately MOH announced:
“China won’t rely on condemned criminal’s organs in 2 years.”
Then, where on earth do the organs for transplant operations
come from if not from condemned criminals?
The regime hasn’t given a clear answer in
many years of being asked this question.
However, on February 25, Huang Jiefu,
the Vice Minister of Health at that
time confirmed in high-profile at the human organ
donation video conference that:
“China is the only country in this world that uses organs
taken from condemned criminals.”
He even said with tears, that Chinese transplant surgeons
show their skills openly, frankly, righteously and happily.
But after less than one month, Huang Jiefu was dismissed
from the position of Vice Minister of Health during the Two Sessions.
Some oversea analysts pointed out that, as the spokesman
of the MOH’s organ transplantation,
Huang Jiefu『s being dismissed is related to suspicion that
the CCP is guilty of conducting massive forced live organ
harvesting on practitioners of Falun Gong for commercial profit.
Lan Shu, a political commentator, believes that
Huang Jiefu is the CCP’s scapegoat.
Lan Shu: ”When Huang Jiefu was Minister of Health,
China had large-scale organ harvest on Falun Gong
practitioners and other condemned criminals.
This attracted the broad concern of
the international community.
The fifth generation of CCP leaders does not want
this image to hurt their reputation.”
Lan Shu said that live organ harvest won’t stop
until the CCP’s dictatorship disintegrates.
Zhang Jian, the China Society Issues’ researcher
who lives in the U.S. told NTD that
with the CCP’s policy, it is 100% certain those evil things
will happen under its control.
Zhang Jian: “From Mao Zedong’s times to present,
China has been controlled by so many leaders’ offspring.
Their exploitation of Chinese people has never stopped.
So how can prisoners have rights and dignity? It’s impossible.
Living in China is like living in a prison.
That’s true for everybody. It’s possible that one day,
your organs will be taken away without reason.
This is the dictatorship of the CCP, which is more evil than
that of Hitler’s Nazis during World War 11.”
According to Minghui.net, Huang Jiefu was President
and Party Secretary of Zhongshan Medical University.
He was also Chief of the University’s first Affiliated Hospital.
He had many practical experiences of live organ harvest,
and was the head of the “State’s plunder of organs”.
Last year, after Wang Lijun’s case was reported,
the dark secret of large scale live organ harvest on
Falun Gong practitioners was exposed step by step.
The mastermind of this evil “organ grabbing”
is Jiang Zemin, who is former CCP leader,
Zhou Yongkang, who led the political & legal system,
Bo Xilai, Gu Kailai and Wang Lijun, etc.
After they were each arrested one by one,
Huang Jiefu has finally also been removed.
Zhang Jian: “After taking power, Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang
found there are so many 『hot potatoes’.
The live organ harvest is just one of them.
Can Xi and Li remove this “hot potato”?
It’s up to whether they are brave enough to explore
the live organ harvest and to expose it.
“Should not Xi and Li bring about an historical
separation from the CCP?
If they do not or cannot, we will have to treat them as
criminals for harboring and protecting those who are guilty.”
Zhang Jian thinks that the Xi-Li system will continue
“wearing new shoes but taking the old route.”
It uses many different types of brainwashing to dilute
the “live organ harvest”, and wants Chinese forget this evil.
They hope they can take away
the questions from the public.
Zhang Jian: “That’s why I particularly agree with overseas
conscientious media and people from other countries.
In some countries, like Canada and the U.S.,
government care about this issue, and they send
out experts to help the investigation.
(Live organ Harvest) is understood to be the
last straw that will destroy the CCP.
People all feel this dark atmosphere, and are thinking
how evil the current society has become.”
Governing the second largest country in
the world organ transplant field, the CCP didn’t receive a good reputation accordingly.
Recently, many Chinese doctors have been refused
entry to international medical conferences, and have been the target of abuse.
