【新唐人2013年03月07日訊】中共衛生部副部長黃潔夫3月4號表示，中國的器官捐獻工作總體推進順利，捐獻量以平均每天兩例的速度增加，預計兩年後，中國器官移植將不再依賴死刑犯。不過，外界提出強烈的質疑。請看報導。
據報導，黃潔夫介紹，所謂「中國人體器官捐獻信息系統」已完成技術招標和籌資工作，預計年內上線，屆時將實現器官捐獻登記信息的全國聯網。
不久前，衛生部和中國紅十字會聯合宣佈，中國人體器官捐獻工作3年試點結束，年內將在全國推廣。而「中國人體器官捐獻中心」聲稱，到2月底，19個人體器官捐獻試點省份，纍計器官捐獻659例，捐獻器官1804個。
美國西奈山醫學院病理專業博士王文怡 ：「中國大陸它是沒有器官捐獻系統的，就包括衛生部自己都承認的。在2006年，《大紀元》在海外曝光了他們用法輪功學員器官做移植這樣一個反人類罪行以後，因為國際的壓力，他們當時就說他們要糾正以前的做法。」
2006年3月8號的美國《大紀元時報》報導，證人皮特（PETER）指證中國遼寧省瀋陽市蘇家屯有一秘密集中營，關押有6,000多名法輪功學員，他們遭到殺害，器官被摘取出售，屍體在醫院焚屍爐當場火化。
今年2月5號，加拿大外交委員會國際人權委員會，在國會大廈舉辦了關於中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官的聽證會。著名國際人權律師大衛•麥塔斯（David Matas）和加拿大前亞太司司長、也是資深的前國會議員大衛•喬高（David Kilgour）報告了他們的調查結果並回答了議員們的提問。
喬高在發言中說：「在2000年至2005年間，中國41,500個移植器官的來源，唯一合理解釋是來自法輪功學員。」
喬高指出，自2001年以來，數萬名法輪功學員被謀殺，他們的器官被販賣給中國和外國的病人。
今年1月29號，歐洲議會也舉行了題為：「中共對信仰的迫害——一個恐怖的故事」聽證會。
而去年的9月，美國眾議院外交委員會也舉辦了「中共活摘器官聽證會」。「保衛民主基金會」兼職研究員，也是《失去新中國》一書的作者伊森•葛特曼在會上介紹說：
「根據我的調查和研究，中共從良心犯身上摘取器官是上世紀90年代末在新疆開始的。到2001年，這種行為擴大到全中國，而法輪功學員提供了一個更大且常常匿名的潛在捐獻者庫。」
王文怡： 「最重要的是，他所謂的現在要進行捐獻系統，實際上是針對法輪功學員暴露和揭露它活摘法輪功學員這樣一個罪行存在，只要法輪功學員現在還被非法關押，他被活摘的危險性永遠都在。」
英國籍的段姓中醫師Linda認為，中國人傳統上講究全屍，不會像西方那樣願意器官捐獻，衛生部的說法更像是轉移全世界對中共活摘問題的關注。
英國籍段姓中醫師Linda：「他用甚麼每天兩例，甚麼以後就不用死刑犯了，完全都是假話。他的各個部門不是連貫的、脫節的。衛生部出甚麼跟公安局它能夠配合上嗎？配合不上。公安局為了利益，還是得跟醫院結合拿法輪功的。拿法輪功的沒有本錢，又能賺到錢，他何樂而不為呢﹖」
實際上，中共一開始堅決否認盜用死刑犯器官，到高調承認使用死囚器官，再到宣佈兩年後不依賴死刑犯人器官，一再改口。外界認為其中有鬼。
王文怡表示，中國每年的器官移植數字目前還是國家機密，如果中共想在器官移植問題上讓世界信服，首先就要停止對法輪功學員的迫害。

Organ Transplant and Death Row Criminals
On March 4th Huang Jiefu, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
Vice Minister of Health spoke of organ donation work in China.
He said it is advancing smoothly, with the donated number of
organs increasing by two cases a day on average.
It is expected that two years later, China’s organ transplants
will no longer be dependent on the death row inmates.
However, the outside world strongly questioned his words.
Let’s see the reports.
It was reported that Huang Jiefu introduced the so-called
Chinese Human Organ Donation Information System.
This has completed the technical tender and financing and
is expected to get online sometime this year.
This will then place organ donation registration information
in a national network.
Not long ago, the Ministry of Health and Red Cross Society
of China jointly announced the end of the three-year pilot
human organ donation project which will be promoted across
the country this year.
Chinese Human Organ Donation Center claims that,
by the end of February,
19 organ donation pilot provinces will produce 659 cases of
donation cumulatively, with a donation total of 1,804 organs.
Dr. Wang Wenyi in Pathology of the Mount Sinai School,
USA said, “In China, there is no organ donation system.
Even the Ministry of Health agreed with that.
In 2006, the Epoch Times exposed their crime of using
Falun Gong practitioners’ organs in transplant.
For such a crime against humanity, under international pressure,
they said then they wanted to correct their previous practice."
On March 8th 2006, the Epoch Times reported the
witnesse PETER testified to a secret concentration camp.
This was located in Sujiatun, Shenyang, Liaoning Province,
China, detaining more than 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners.
The Falun Gong practitioners were killed to harvest their organs.
Their corpses were cremated on site in the hospital crematorium.
On February 5th 2013, the International Commission on
Human Rights of Canada’s Foreign Affairs Committee held
a hearing revealing the CCP had harvested the organs of
living Falun Gong practitioners.
David Matas, a renowned international human rights lawyer,
and David Kilgour, former Canadian Secretary of Asia-Pacific Division,
also a senior former Congressman, reported their
findings and answered questions from congressmen.
Kilgour said, “From 2000 to 2005, for 41,500 organs for
transplant to be available in China, the only reasonable
explanation is they were from Falun Gong practitioners."
Kilgour pointed out that, since 2001, tens of thousands of
Falun Gong practitioners have been murdered.
Their organs were sold to Chinese and foreign patients.
On January 29, 2013, the European Parliament held
a hearing entitled “Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of the faith – a horrible story".
In September, 2012, Foreign Affairs Committee of the
U.S. House of Representatives also organized a hearing about 『CCP live organ harvesting’.
Ethan Gutmann, part-time researcher of Defend Democracy
Foundation, and the author of Losing the New China, said:
“According to my investigation and research, CCP started organ
harvesting from Xinjiang prisoners of conscience in late 1990』s.
Until 2001, this behavior extended to the whole Chin a with
Falun Gong practitioners providing them a larger and often anonymous potential donors pool."
Wang Wenyi: “The most important thing to know is that
the so-called donation system is simply a reaction to the
exposure of their crimes of harvesting organs from living
Falun Gong practitioners.
As long as Falun Gong practitioners are in illegal detention,
they are always in danger of their organs being harvested."
Chinese medicine practitioner Ms. Linda Duan from UK said,
Chinese traditionally pay attention to the whole corpse.
Its not like the West where people are willing to donate organs.
The statement of the Ministry of Health is more like a transfer
of the world』s attention away from the CCP organ harvesting.
Ms. Linda Duan: “Two cases a day and no death row
Inmates organ transplants in the future, are totally lies.
Their statements are not consistent.
Does what the Ministry of Health said match with what the Public Security Bureau did? No.
The Public Security Bureau cooperated with hospitals to arrest
Falun Gong practitioners for their interests.
There is no cost to arrest Falun Gong practitioners,
but it can also make money, (they think) why not do it?"
The CCP strongly denied the theft of organs from death row
inmates, but later on, it recognized the usage.
Then it announced not depending on organs of death row
inmates after two years.
It continually changed what it says, so outside believe
there must be unspoken crimes.
Wang Wenyi said that China’s annual number of organ
transplants are still a state secret.
If the CCP would like to convince the world on the issue of
organ transplants, it must first stop persecuting Falun Gong.
