【新唐人2013年02月15日訊】在包括中國在內的一片譴責和反對聲中，朝鮮第三次核子試驗，還是如期在距中國邊境近百公里的「豐溪裡核子試驗場」進行，許多國家的安全受到了威脅，中國更是首當其衝。不過，外界指出，中共一直不遺餘力的扶持金家無賴政權，現在是自吞苦果，但受害的是中國百姓。
德國聯邦地球科學與自然資源研究院14號發表的檢測資料顯示，朝鮮12號第三次核次核子試驗釋放的能量約為4萬噸TNT（當量），是1945年廣島原子彈爆炸力的三倍。
美國國防部長表示，北韓已對美國利益、地區穩定與全球安全構成「真實威脅」；奥巴馬總統12號承諾，美國將對朝採取「強有力行動」；日本的安倍晉三宣稱這「絕對無法容忍」，南韓樸槿惠、李明博也同聲譴責；中國也罕見的表示不滿和反對。
北京維權人士胡佳 「朝鮮勞動黨的政權在全世界範圍內，是最應該被顛覆的，我們也提示共產黨政府，它在這方面已經走的很遠很遠了。中國共產黨不僅僅是給中國本身公民帶來了壓抑、這種專制，而且它深深的影響到了國際的安全。因為一個掌握了核大棒的無賴國家實在是太可怕了，它隨時可用核大棒殺死幾十萬人。」
胡佳認為，沒有任何政權比北韓更殘暴，它能苟延殘喘到今天，這都是中共助紂為虐的結果。但北韓更加瘋狂的時候，受害的一定是中國人。
黑龍江大慶民眾于先生： 「感覺政府太不責任了。不說大國小國，靠你邊境近百公里搞核爆，有點太不像話了。一個政府不代表人民做點事情，就這麼不聲不響的，確實拿老百姓生命太不當回事了。」
美國《華爾街日報》指出，中共認為朝鮮是中國的所謂戰略緩衝國，但朝鮮核爆標誌著中國政策的徹底失敗。
去年7月，南韓的《中央日報》資料顯示，在過去30年間，中國向北韓提供了1000億美元援助。
但中共的援助換來的卻不是朝鮮的善意。韓國大報《北韓日報》早在2010年就指出，朝鮮的毒品正源源不斷流向中國；朝鮮大量製造的高模擬假人民幣，也在中國大量流通，而且朝鮮版假幣能通過一般的商業驗鈔機，用肉眼無法識別。
中國異議人士陳維健指出，朝鮮核爆讓中共臉面一掃而光。不但顯示中共對朝鮮毫無影響力，甚至連維護自己國土與人民的安全都做不到。中、朝之間，所謂用鮮血凝成的友誼，只不過是中共的一廂情願。但不管北韓對中國如何敲詐無度，且又不仁不義，但中共為了政治上的需要，依然宣傳中、朝「友誼」。
胡佳表示，中共曾經為了金家王朝不惜同世界為敵，與維持和平的聯合國軍隊去打仗，把自己陷入不義。
胡佳：「朝鮮戰爭的真相，實際上是北韓的金日成打響了第一槍，而這個又是被斯大林慫恿和教唆的，而我們是被斯大林拖入了這種歷史的泥沼漩渦，付出了巨大的鮮血代價，同時讓我們完完全全自絕於國際社會。」
不過，2月13號，中共環保部有關負責人表示，朝鮮第三次核子試驗尚未對中國環境和公眾健康造成影響，在中國境內還沒有監測到核子試驗產生的任何人工放射性核素。
核安全信息交流中心發起人何岸泉： 「中國環境部門現在就發佈沒有污染，第一可能是現在還沒有探測到，地下水污染過來需要一定的時間；也可能探測到了，把數字保密，或者他把數字改了不告訴，怕影響中國百姓民眾的情緒。」
「核安全信息交流中心」發起人何岸泉指出，朝鮮的核子試驗離中國這麼近，對中國的地下水污染是肯定的，因為朝鮮的核子試驗井深度不夠，對環境污染大。
何岸泉表示，除了外部的軍事打擊已無法阻止北韓發展核武器，但目前這個苦果只有中國人吞下去。

North Korea’s Nuclear Test: Bitter Pill for Chinese People
Amidst worldwide condemnation and opposition, North Korea
staged a third nuclear test within 100km from China’s border.
The action posed a threat to the safety of many countries,
and China was the first to be affected.
Commentators say that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
has made an all-out effort to support the rogue Kim dictatorship.
Now it swallows a bitter pill, but victimizes Chinese people.
On February 14, German Federal Institute for Geosciences
& Natural Resources released data showing that
North Korea’s third nuclear test released power about
40,000 tons of TNT.
It is three times the explosive power of the atomic bomb
dropped on Japan’s Hiroshima in 1945.
The U.S. Defense Secretary said North Korea constitutes
“a real threat” to the U.S., to regional stability and to global security.
On Feb. 12, President Obama stated to take “strong action"
against North Korea.
Japan’s Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, declared that
this test was “absolutely intolerable."
In South Korea, Park Geun-hye & Lee Myung-bak both
condemned the test.
Even the CCP regime unusually openly expressed opposition.
(Beijing rights activist) Hu Jia: “The regime of the Korean
Workers’ Party should be toppled the most in the world.
We also warn the CCP regime that it has gone too far
in this respect.
CCP’s nuclear development has brought repression
and autocracy to the Chinese people.
What’s more, it has widely affected the global security.
It’s horrible for the world to see a nuclear ‘rogue state,’
as it can readily kill large numbers of people."
Hu Jia says that Kim’s regime in North Korea
is the most brutal in the world.
It has sustained till today completely with the help
of the CCP.
But when North Korea becomes unchecked,
the Chinese people will be victimized.
(Helongjiang Resident) Mr. Yu: “I’d say that Chinese
authorities are too irresponsible.
It allowed a neighboring country within 100km of
its border to launch a nuclear explosion. It’s highly improper!
A government silently allowed it to happen,
it is simply trifled with Chinese people’s lives.”
A commentary published on the Wall Street Journal
says that the CCP regime uses North Korea as a buffer state
against the U.S. but the nuclear explosion marks a complete
failure of the CCP North Korea policy.
In July 2012, the Korea Joongang Daily reported that China
has provided 100 billion dollars in aid to North Korea over the past 30 years.
However, what the CCP regime got in return is not goodwill.
In 2010, the Chosun Ilbo reported a large flux of drugs
coming from North Korea into China.
Also, North Korea’s vast numbers of high-quality phony RMB
have been widely circulated in China.
The fake RMB can pass through the general counterfeit bill
detector, and escape detection by the naked eye.
Chen Weijian, a dissident in China, remarks that
N. Korea’s nuclear test has tarnished the CCP.
This shows that the CCP has no influence on it.
Also, the regime failed to protect the security of
China’s people and territory.
The alleged blood-sealed ties between North Korea
and China is nothing but the CCP’s one-sided wish.
Chen Weijian says that no matter how excessively
North Korea extorts from China and acts inhumanely,
the CCP still propagates the so-called China-North Korea
“friendship”, to meet its political needs.
Hu Jia comments that for the Kim regime, the CCP once
acted against the world, and unrighteous staged a war with peacekeeping UN troops.
Hu Jia: “The first salvo in the Korean War came from
Kim Il-sung, under Stalin’s instigation and abetting.
Stalin dragged China into this history whirlpool,
but at the expense of immense lives.
Meanwhile, this put China in complete isolation
from the international community.”
On February 13, the CCP environmental authorities alleged
that North Korea’s nuclear explosion didn’t negatively affect China’s environment and public health.
And neither has China detected any artificial radionuclide
created by the test, according to the news report.

“The environmental authorities said it didn’t create pollution.
Firstly, it’s possible that they have failed to detect it by now,
as pollution of groundwater requires a certain time.
Secondly, they might detect the pollution but cover it up,
or they change the data to prevent outraging the masses."
He Anquan adds that North Korea’s nuclear test site
is located very near to China’s border.
Thus, groundwater pollution in China is inevitable.
This is because the depth of North Korea’s nuclear test
is not enough, which may cause more environmental pollution.
He Anquan says that North Korea’s nuclear development
cannot be stopped unless military action is taken.
But for the moment, the bitter pill can only be swallowed
by the Chinese people.
