1月29號，上海訪民公開高喊「打倒共產黨」一案，在上海女子勞教所開庭。
據上海訪民向《新唐人》爆料說，當天有40多位訪民到場聲援，但被人數遠遠多於訪民的警察攔在門外。有訪民打出習近平的講話「把權力關進制度的籠子裡」橫幅，卻被警察搶去撕得粉碎。
去年7月1號，30多上海市民聚會時，齊聲高喊「打倒共產黨、打倒中共一黨專制政權、消滅共產黨」等口號，並錄下視頻在網絡上公開傳播。
事發後，參加聚會者大都被中共政法委和公安審查，不少人還遭受酷刑折磨，訪民毛恆鳳、童國菁、瀋永梅等被公安機關處以勞教1年；訪民魏勤、王扣瑪等也被逮捕關押至今。
傳前國安官員爆中共內鬥內幕
據海外《博訊》網1月30號報導，去年被逮捕的中共國家安全部副部長陸忠偉的前秘書，在被美國中央情報局(CIA)策反後，曾經向CIA提供了大量中共情報和政法系統的機密，其中之一是，中共國家安全部與中共公安部國內保衞局之間的內鬥情況，被抖出的內鬥細節和激烈程度，令美方深感震驚，疑惑不解。
陸忠偉祕書為「CIA」提供情報，被認定是中共情報系統30年來最嚴重的洩密大案。
在此之前，《路透社》的報導曾經引述中共三名直接與案件有關的消息人士話說，2012年初，洩密的這名秘書被逮捕，國安部的內部調查發現，他已為美國「中情局」工作多年，提供給美國的情報涵蓋「政治、經濟和戰略領域」。
福建兩會 訪民跪訪被毆打
福建「兩會」正在召開，連日來，數百訪民聚集在福州市西湖賓館的會場外，以打橫幅、撒傳單、或穿黃色狀衣、向代表車輛下跪等方式表達各自的訴求，但是都被保安員迅速帶走。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，跪訪是今年福建兩會期間，訪民們新的表達方式。報導引述訪民李奎春的話說，很多人跪在馬路當中，請求人大代表幫助解決問題，但是來了很多保安，把他們拖到車上拉走。
報導說，1月30號，又有大約十名請願者在會場外下跪被帶走，其中，城門鎮70多歲的冤民陳其海、鄭春英夫婦，被截訪人員強拉上車，扔到郊外。另一位女訪民則被毆打，導致心臟病發作，一度昏迷。

Shouting “Down With The CCP”, Shanghai Petitioners’
Trial Started
On Jan. 29th, the trial of Shanghai petitioners accused of
shouting “Down with Chinese Communist Party (CCP)” opened in Shanghai Women Labor Camp.
Shanghai petitioners told NTD that over 40 petitioners went
to the trial venue, but were stopped outside by police.
Some petitioners held banners quoting Xi Jinping’s words,
“Put power into the cage of regulation”. Police tore them up.
On July 1st, 2012, over 30 Shanghai petitioners
gathered together.
They shouted “Down with the CCP, down with the
one Party authoritarian regime, eliminating the CCP”.
They used video recording and posted video on Internet.
Later, most of the petitioners, who participated in
the event were investigated by police and CCP Political and Legislative Committee (PLC).
Some of them were brutally tortured.
Mao Hengfeng, Tong Guojing and Shen Yongmei
were sentenced to labor camp for one year.
Wei Qin and Wang Kouma are being held up to now.
Former National Security Personnel Leaked Truth of
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Internal Struggle to CIA
On Jan. 30th, overseas Boxun website reported that
Lu Zhongwei, vice minister of national security’s
former secretary was arrested in the U.S. last year.
After he was helped defect by the CIA, he provided them
with a large amount of CCP and PLC confidential information.
One is the internal struggle between Ministry of
National Security and Public Security.
The detailed and intensified disclosed information
shocked and puzzled the U.S side.
The incident of Lu’s secretary providing details to the CIA was
considered the most severe leakage over the past three decades.
Prior to this, Reuters cited three CCP insiders who were
connected directly with the case.
They said that at the start of 2013, this secretary was arrested.
After National Security’s internal investigation, they found
this secretary had worked for CIA for many years.
The leaking information covered
“politics, economy and strategic aspect.”
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Two Annual Meetings
At Fujian Where Petitioners Were Beaten
Fujian’s two CCP annual meetings are still continuing.
Recently, several hundred petitioners gathered outside
the venue. Some held banners or distributing fliers.
Some wore the yellow Petitioner’s coat or
kneeled down in front of officials’ cars to appeal.
However, security guards quickly took them away.
Radio Free Asia reported that kneeling down to appeal
is Petitioners’ new expression during the CCP annual meetings in Fujian this year.
The report cited petitioner Li Kuichun Saying that
many kneeled down on the middle of the road.
They requested representatives to help them
to solve their problems.
However, many security guards came and
dragged them to the vans.
The report said that, on Jan. 30th, another ten petitioners
kneeled down outside the meeting venue but were taken away.
70-year-old petitioner Chen Qihai, Zheng Chunying and
her husband were forcibly dragged to a van.
They were then abandoned in a rural area. Another female
petitioner was beaten, had a heart attack and lost consciousness.
