【新唐人2013年01月22日訊】中共中央編譯局局長衣俊卿日前被免去局長職務。這位曾經熱情宣揚馬克思主義基本原理的副部級官員，和許多其他非學術型官員一樣，以桃色醜聞結束了自己的政治生涯。而他所供職的中央編譯局近來也備受嘲笑和關注。
導致衣俊卿下臺的中央編譯局女博士後常艷，以實名在網上發表12萬字長文。連日來，有網友在中央編譯局的官網上，人肉起底了她所寫材料中，涉及衣俊卿若干親密女友的其他女下屬，多達20多人。
雖然真實性有待考證，但大陸民眾紛紛在網路議論，除了嘲笑衣俊卿和這些女下屬們，還對中央編譯局進行各種解讀。有網友質問，為甚麼研究馬克思主義的中央編譯局，會出現這些淫亂事件？
作為中央直屬的副部級部門，中央編譯局的主要工作是：編譯和研究馬克思主義經典著作，翻譯黨和國家的重要文獻，和領導人的著作，為黨服務。
《紐約時報》中文網發表文章指出，衣俊卿的主要職責是，傳播毛澤東和其他共產主義大師左傾的教義。
《北京之春》雜誌主編胡平：「這些年來，底下機構有時候會起到當局一個智庫的作用，包括給當局的各種說法、做法提供一些理論論證。從這次衣俊卿事件（看出）他就做了不少這些事情，以引起上面對他的重視。」
前北京《中新報》記者高瑜指出，對於中共來說，馬列主義本來就是掛羊頭賣狗肉，現在做為中共政權的指導思想也不是馬列主義，而是國家資本主義。
高瑜：「而且衣俊卿現在還有人替他說好話，說甚麼三個自信，十八大報告裡面有三個自信，都是他從馬列工程裡邊考證出來的。還有對於根本就是與人民基本的溫飽，或者一點關係都沒有的這些理論，在他們來講、對於中共政權來講都是十分有用的東西。」
杭州《錢江晚報》的一則新聞標題《滿嘴馬列，滿腹盜娼》，總結了公眾的反感。這篇評論繼而譴責了衣俊卿買賣他所在單位的職位。
跟據常艷的材料披露，衣俊卿手中的權力正是倆人交往的催化劑。博士後面試過程不公正，衣俊卿可以幫忙；博士後科學基金申請，衣俊卿可以決定；正式調入中央編譯局，衣俊卿可以協調。
時事評論員邢天行指出，中共表面上學西方公務員體制，但實際上黨官的權力決定一切，所以下面的人沒有人權和自由。在這種體制下，有能力的人即使再努力，也無法得到應該得到的。
邢天行：「就是被迫接受一種潛規則，這樣整個社會就被共產黨這種體制從上至下，把它變成妖魔那種社會。淫亂、違法、權錢交易，完全是沒有社會道德底線的。官方這種體制在推動這個社會，滑向道德深淵。」
高瑜指出，現在的中共官員滿嘴馬列主義，實際上幹的事都成為了社會上的大醜聞。而且這種貪腐、淫亂貫穿整個黨。
高瑜：「甚麼嫖娼、賣淫的，現在成為社會上最普遍的現象。做為一個高級幹部來講，他不需要到妓院去，但是最不檢點的、最令人不恥的那種現象恰恰在官員階層發生。」
有網友（勤奮的思考者）說：駭人聽聞﹗研究馬列主義研究到女下屬床上去了。這些民族敗類們……
知名網路評論人五嶽散人則譏諷：衣俊卿滿嘴馬列、滿腹盜娼很奇怪嗎？直接承載了老馬的衣缽嘛……
據了解，被中共奉為始祖的馬克思，個人生活混亂。馬克思不僅無償剝削女僕，還強迫女僕充當性奴，產下私生子並把孩子栽贓給恩格斯。
對於衣俊卿的所謂多彩人生，有評論說，馬列主義恰恰是春藥。

China’s Marxism-Leninism Acts as Chinese Officials Aphrodisiac
Yi Junqing, Director of the Central Compilation &
Translation Bureau (CCTB) has been removed from post.
This Vice-Ministerial level official, who had ardently
promoted Marxist ideology, ended his political career
amidst sex scandals, like many other non-academic
officials of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime.
So far, the CCTB has become a target of public mockery.
Yi’s dismissal was reportedly caused by post
doctoral Chang Yan, who worked at CCTB.
Chang disclosed the scandal in her 120,000-word
diary, published on the internet under her real name.
Some netizens exposed more information
about Yi’s other “girlfriend” subordinates.
They were mentioned in Chang’s
diary, which included over 20 women.
The authenticity of the news is not yet verified, but it
has sparked heated discussion among netizens in China.
They mocked Yi and his female subordinates,
and interpreted the role of the CCTB.
A netizen questioned why did such adultery occur at
CCTB, an organ specialized in the study of Marxism?
The CCTB is a Vice-Ministerial department
operated directly under the Central Committee
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The CCTB’s main role is compiling and studying
Marxist classic works, and translating key documents
of the CCP, as well as the leaders writings.
In short, the CCTB “serves the Party”.
The Chinese web version of the New York Times commented.
“Mr. Yi’s main job … was to propagate the leftist
ideology, and the often puritanical teachings
of Mao Zedong and other Communist luminaries.”
Hu Ping, Chief Editor, Beijing Spring magazine:
“Over the years, some government-affiliated
organs may serve as the authorities’ think tank.
For example, they may provide theories
in order to support the regime’s claims.
This scandal has disclosed that Yi Junqing has done many
things, in order to be favor of the central authorities.”
Gao Yu, former reporter for the China News
Service, says that for decades, the CCP has
used Marxism-Leninism as a pretense.
Now the Party’s guiding ideology is no longer
Marxism-Leninism, but is state capitalism.
Gao Yu, former reporter, China News Service:
“Now some people have spoke out for Yi Junqing.
In the 18th Party Congress report, there
was a quote for ‘three self confidences’.
It was said that Yi Junqing took the statement
from within the Marxist-Leninist works.
As for those theories that do not have
anything to do with people’s basic livelihood,
the CCP authorities don’t consider them useful.”
A headline in Hangzhou-based Qianjiang
Evening News read “Mouthful of Marxism
Leninism, with thoughts of Ruffians & Whores.’’
The commentary accused Yi Junqing
of selling positions at the CCTB.
Chang Yan’s online texts claimed that the catalyst
for her interaction with Yi was just Yi’s power.
Yi could straighten out unfairness in post-doctoral interviews,
approve the application for post-doctoral funding, and
influence the decision for her transferal to the CCTB.
Critic Xing Tianxing remarks that outwardly,
the CCP imitates Western civil service system.
In reality, the power of CCP officials is the final say,
and all subordinates have no human rights and freedom.
Under this system, no matter how hard capable persons
work, they cannot get what they should have earned.
Critic Xing Tianxing: “In other words, it’s a
kind of hidden rule that you have to obey.
In this way, under the CCP rule, the entire society
has been changed into a kind of amoral society.
This includes occurrences of adultery,
illegality and power for money deals… all
have fallen below the moral bottom line.
The CCP political system has greased
society sliding into the moral abyss.”
Gao Yu indicates that CCP officials who are touting
Marxism-Leninism are protagonists of all major scandals.
Moreover, corruption and adultery have pervaded the Party.
Gao Yu: “Scandals involving prostitutes and
prostitution have both been commonplace in China.
High-ranking CCP cadres are offered beautiful
women, so they don’t need to visit brothel.
The most depraved scandals
occur among CCP officials.”
A netizen said in a post, “what appalling news!
Those Marxism-Leninism scholars even have
studied it in their female subordinates’ beds.
What scum of the Chinese nation…”
Wuyue Sanren, renowned internet commentator, mocked,
“are you surprised that Yi Junqing has a voice speaking
of Marxism-Leninism, but mind filled with filth and vice?
He just inherited the legacy directly from Karl Marx…”
Karl Marx, prized by the CCP as its “first
ancestor", reportedly led an immoral life.
He exploited his maid’s labor and forced her into sex slavery.
Friedrich Engels was later by being made a scapegoat
for the paternity of Karl Marx’s illegitimate son.
Online commentary said that for Yi Junqing’s
“colorful life", Marxism-Leninism is the aphrodisiac.
