【新唐人2013年01月19日訊】日前，中紀委突然再次宣佈，前重慶市委書記薄熙來一案，已經移送司法機關，而媒體最近披露，薄熙來91歲岳母寫給薄熙來等人的兩封信。分析指出，薄熙來一案可能即將開審，因此有人希望減輕薄熙來的量刑而有動作，大陸中南海的權鬥恐怕再升級。
16號，《美國之音》爆出，91歲高齡的薄熙來岳母範承秀，去年（2012年）寫的兩封信，一封是4月6號寫給薄熙來本人的，信中大讚薄熙來的所謂「功績」，另一封是5月24號，寫給中共前總書記胡錦濤和政治局委員李源潮，她希望求見薄熙來一面。
與此同時，一直挺薄的北京高校教師王錚，再度向中共高層致函，包括新的總書記習近平。王錚呼籲公正審理薄熙來。
時事評論員林子旭表示，薄熙來岳母的信，在這個時候被拋出來，主要是給習近平看的，因為習近平的態度如何，對於最後如何處理薄熙來，將起到關鍵性的作用。
時事評論員林子旭：「薄熙來的處理決定，到目前為止，應該還沒有最後定論，這兩封信的出現就是要混淆視聽，一定是有人希望據此盡量的減輕薄熙來的量刑。其中的一封信是在打感情牌，其內容實質說白了，就是一個90高齡的老人，苦苦哀求的想要見見自己的親人，含沙射影的暗示大家，胡溫是多麼的不人道。」
習近平上任後，打掉前政法委書記周永康的心腹李春城；同時削弱、降格江系的「槍桿子」——政法委；還高調宣稱要以憲法治國，並宣佈年內停止勞教制度。近期，又解職了江系的「筆桿子」——中央編譯局局長衣俊卿。
時事評論員任百鳴指出，這些舉動直接觸及到江派權力生存的底線。因此，周永康借「南周事件」、《炎黃春秋》等事件進行干擾。
時事評論員任百鳴：「現在薄案成為下一個雙方拚殺的重點，周現在拋出薄熙來岳母的信函，以博得大眾的這種同情，可是在習一方，胡耀邦之子促徹查最高層，直指周永康，力度更大。而且，網路也傳出，即將退休的溫家寶，也豁出去的為習近平站臺，大膽的言論，抨擊江控制的中宣部，並挑明要對薄進行嚴打。」
1月14號，胡耀邦的三兒子胡德華，向香港《明報》表示，中共新領導層必須對薄熙來案「一追到底」，同時，還要揭出薄案的「最高層涉案者」。
美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士、時政評論家李天笑指出，薄熙來罪惡滔天，這兩封信不但挽救不了薄熙來，反而提醒習近平警惕江派。
時政評論家李天笑：「實際上薄熙來這個人應該說是犯下了滔天罪行，這兩封信在現在提出來，不但不能夠挽救薄熙來被懲罰、被審判的命運，而且我估計，對江派，習近平等會提高…反而加強他們的警惕性，實際上也是警告習近平和李克強，不要因為這些個東西，來放鬆對江派進行反攻倒算的這種可能性。」
1月9號，就在「南周事件」高溫的時候，中央紀委和監察部在北京召開新聞發佈會說，薄熙來等嚴重違紀違法案件，已經移送司法機關處理。雖然，中紀委沒有透露具體審理薄熙來的時間，但是，外界猜測，會在今年3月全國人大、政協「兩會」前。
林子旭強調，用「十惡不赦」來形容薄熙來都不為過，因為單單就活摘並販賣人體器官這一項罪名，就足以判處薄熙來死刑。他說，有人把薄熙來叫「小毛澤東」，他認為，這個叫法很貼切，因為他們表面上都講為百姓謀福利，暗地裡卻為了自己的利益可以不擇手段。林子旭認為，如果這樣的人不受到應有的處罰，中國老百姓的境遇，將更加的悲慘。

Bo Xilai Trial Facilitates Infighting within High Level
A few days ago, the Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection suddenly announced that
the case of Bo Xilai Chongqing Party Secretary,
has been transferred to judicial branches.
The media recently disclosed two letters to Bo Xilai
and other people from Bo Xilai’s 91-year-old mother-in-law.
The analysts pointed out that the Bo Xilai case may
be going to trial soon.
These actions show that some people want to reduce
Bo Xilai’s sentence, and infighting within the high level is looming.
On January 16, Voice of America disclosed two letters
written in 2012 by Fan Chengxiu, Bo Xilai’s 91-year-old mother-in-law.
One letter, written on April 6, 2012,
to Bo Xilai praised his accomplishment.
Another letter, was written on May 24, 2012 to former
Communist Party General Secretary Hu Jintao and Politburo member Li Yuanchao.
She asked to see Bo Xilai.
At the same time, Wang Zheng, a college teacher,
wrote a letter again to the top level of the Party, including the new General Secretary Xi Jinping.
Wang asked for a fair trial for Bo Xilai.
Political commentator Lin Zixu said bringing up these
two letters at this moment is mainly to test Xi Jinping’s attitude.
Xi Jinping’s reaction will play a key role in how
Bo Xilai will be judged.
Lin Zaixu: “Up till now, there has been no decision
on Bo Xilai.
The emergence of these two letters is for
the purpose of confusing observers.
It is obvious some people hope Bo’s punishment
is reduced.
A 90-year old begging to see her loved one
is playing an emotional trump card.
It also insinuates that both Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao
are inhumane.”
After Xi Jinping has taken office, he got rid of
Li Chuncheng, Zhou Yongkang’s confidant, and weakened the power of Politics and Law Committee.
At the same time, Xi Jinping claimed to rule the state
with China’s Constitution and discontinued the re-education through labor system.
Recently, Yi Junqing, director of Central Compilation
and Translation Bureau and Jiang’s faction, was removed.
Political commentator Ren Baiming pointed out that
these moves directly touch the bottom line of the Jiang faction’s survival.
Therefore, Zhou Yongkang instigated the Southern
Weekly incident and Yan Huang Spring Autumn incident to interfere.
Ren Baiming: “Bo Xilai’s case becomes the focus
of the two groups.
Zhou threw out two letters from Bo’s mother–in-law
to win public sympathy.
On the other side, Hu Yaobang’s son also asked
a thorough investigation of Bo’s case continue until all alleged offenders of the highest level have been found.
That letter carries more intensity and clearly points
to Zhou Yongkang.
Moreover, the network also reported that the retiring
Premier Wen Jiabao is also backing Xi Jinping
with bold remarks to criticize Jiang’s control
of the Central Propaganda Department.
Wen Jiabao also spoke out to severely punish Bo Xilai.
On January 14, Hu Dehua, the third son of Hu
Yaobang, told the Hong Kong Ming that he wanted
the new leadership to thoroughly investigate Bo’s case
until all alleged offenders have been found..
Political critic, Li Tianxiao pointed out that
the two letters not only fail to save Bo Xilai, but also remind Xi Jinping of the Jiang faction.
Political critic Li Tianxiao: “Actually, Bo Xilai
has committed heinous crimes.
Both letters cannot save Bo Xilai from being punished.
I guess these letters would raise Xi Jinping
and Li Keqiang’s awareness and strengthen their vigilance against Jiang faction.
In reality, Xi and Li are being reminded not to relax
in their counterattack toward Jiang faction.”
On January 9, during the whirlwind of the Southern
Weekly incident, the Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry
of Supervision in Beijing held a news conference where they announced Bo Xilai’s case.
Although the timing of trial was not disclosed,
outsiders speculate that it will be held in March, 2013, prior to the “two sessions.”
Lin Zixu stressed that there are no words to describe
the evil of Bo Xilai, the most heinous criminal.
He deserves a death sentence just for
his human organ trafficking.
Some people call Bo, the little “Mao Zedong,”
which is quite appropriate.
Because on the surface, both of them were speaking
of the people’s welfare, in their hearts, they thought only of their own interests.
Lin Zixu believes if such a person does not receive
due punishment, the plight of the Chinese people would be more tragic.
