【新唐人2013年01月09日訊】杭州異議人士聚餐聲援南周 被傳喚
來自「中國天網人權事務中心」的消息說，8號下午6點，浙江杭州警方以「煽動顛覆罪」帶走異議人士毛慶祥，7點左右，又對杭州異議人士呂耿松進行抄家，並把他帶走。而另一名杭州異議人士任偉仁，也在9號凌晨結束警方的刑事傳喚。
據任偉仁說，8號他和幾位朋友聚餐，朋友舉了幾個牌子，牌子寫了聲援《南方週末》幾個字。警方後來才告訴他們，舉牌聲援《南周》是違法行為。
任偉仁詢問警方：到底他們違法行為的內容是甚麼﹖警方卻不講。
成都溫江強拆佔地 黑社會傷人
「中國天網人權事務中心」1月9號凌晨，還接獲成都市溫江區維權代表徐世群的電話說，成都20多人深夜侵佔他的土地。與此同時，另一名溫江區的維權代表陳志碧也表示，黑社會人員到他們土地上，將正在看守土地的丈夫李富強打傷。
陳志碧說，李富強已經被緊急送到醫院搶救。但是她要去醫院看望先生，派出所警察不准，她只能等在派出所門口。
而徐世群則表示，湧泉街道鳳凰社區8號晚間9點左右，叫了20多人來強拆他的住家房屋和土地。他致電溫江警方，要求警方阻止這一深夜偷拆行為，溫江區公安分局湧泉派出所兩名警官駕車到土地現場，要求拆遷人員立刻離開。強拆人員在警方監督下離開。挖土機也都撤走了。
城管暴力執法 搶學生手機引衝突
另外，來自《中國茉莉花革命》網站的訊息，1月7號，廣東湛江市徐聞縣，一群城管暴力執法，踢翻徐聞中學旁邊悅園餐廳的桌椅，又把搭棚弄倒，並將女店主打倒在地。
學生用手機拍下城管粗暴執法過程，被城管搶走手機，學生試圖奪回手機時與城管爆發衝突。城管見勢不妙，打電話叫來警察。
一名學生遭到警察的毒打，被警察拖到警車上，引發學生不滿，數百人把警車圍住，導致交通嚴重阻塞。後來特警趕來增援，將群眾驅散。

Hangzhou Dissidents Supporting Southern Weekly Taken Away By Police

that, on 6pm of January 8,
dissident Mao Qingxiang in Hangzhou City, Zhenjiang Province
was taken away by police for “inciting subversion.”
In the same city at 7pm, dissident Lu Gengsong’s
home was illegally searched, and he was taken away.
In addition, during the early morning of January 9,
dissident Ren Weiren ended interviews with the police.
Ren Jianwei said that he and several
friends met up for a meal on January 8.
His friend held placards supporting Southern Weekly.
Police told them holding placards
in support of Southern Weekly is illegal.
Ren Weiren asked the police which law mentioned
that they are illegal, but the police couldn’t answer.
Chendu Gangs Forced Demolition, Beat Land Owner

Centre received a call from human rights activist
Xu Shiqun in Wenjiang District in Chengdu City.
Over 20 local people took up his
land in the middle of the night.
Meanwhile, another activist Chen Zhibi said gangs came
to beat up her husband who was watching over their land.
Chen Zhibi said that her husband
was sent to hospital in an emergency.
However police didn’t allow her to visit her husband, and
she was only allowed to wait in front of the police custody.
Xu Shiqun said that at 9pm on January 8, over
20 people forcibly demolished his house and land.
He called police for help, and two police came
by car and ordered the people to leave immediately.
They left and took their excavators with them.
Urban Management Personnel Violent Clash With Students
The Chinese Jasmine Revolution website reported
on an incident, on January 7, in Xuwen County, Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province.
Several urban management personnel violently kicked
over tables and chairs in a restaurant near Xuwen school.
Then they pushed down a tent,
beating up the owner while on the floor.
A student used his mobile phone to video
the incident, but the mobile phone was grabbed by urban management personnel.
The student tried to take the mobile back,
and both clashed during a struggle.
Urban management personnel called the police.
One student was beaten by police
and dragged into a police vehicle.
This made students very angry, and several
hundreds of students surrounded the police vehicle.
Traffic was blocked, and later, special
police came and people were dismissed.
