【新唐人2012年12月27日訊】新任中共總書記習近平，自「十八大」後，一直「馬不停蹄」。12月25號，習近平又走訪了各民主黨派中央和全國工商聯，併發表講話。習近平強調，要堅持和發展「多黨合作」。期間，有中央辦公廳主任栗戰書和中共中央統戰部部長令計劃等作陪，被認為這是高層繼續力挺令計劃，顯示江派之前釋放關於令計劃的謠言，不攻自破。
來自大陸媒體的消息說，24號和25號，習近平分別走訪了中國國民黨革命委員會、中國民主同盟、中國民主建國會、中國民主促進會、中國農工民主黨、中國致公黨、九三學社、台灣民主自治同盟中央和中華全國工商業聯合會等。
習近平在座談期間強調，堅持和發展「多黨合作」。
時事評論員劉國華：「這個提法，在中共的歷史上，屬於老生常談，但是，在不同的歷史時期，他有不同的含義，在六四屠殺的時候，八大花瓶黨都出來說話，都替中共說話，就是這麼講，八大黨派它是代表了中國老百姓的反應，但實際上，它就像一個木偶一樣，在中共的手底下，操縱的這麼一個東西。」
時事評論員劉國華認為，在當前的形勢下談多黨合作，與以往還有所不同。
劉國華：「現在中共處於歷史上，它的威望在歷史上是最低的，中國現在民間的老百姓，由於受貪官污吏的欺壓，他的反抗是普遍性的，對中共的獨裁是個很大的衝擊，今年春季爆發的王立軍和薄熙來事件，同時，把中共內部黑幕的東西，全都掀起來了。要讓民主黨派的花瓶繼續發揮花瓶的作用，掩飾中國共產黨。」
美國中文雜誌《中國事務》總編輯伍凡認為，這些所謂的黨派，根本不敢違背共產黨的任何決定和措施。伍凡強調，這也是中共統治的一個手段，每年都會上演的一場戲，因此，對於習近平提的多黨合作，伍凡說：沒有甚麼新意。
美國中文雜誌《中國事務》總編輯伍凡：「多黨合作是假的了，一黨獨裁是真的了，這就好像一個硬幣，正反兩面，一個是一黨獨裁，一個是多黨合作，可是，是一個幣的兩面，多黨合作，那些黨魁，裡邊的所有的最主要的領導人，要麼就是共產黨的秘密黨員，要麼就是共產黨派進去的黨員，這些八大『花瓶黨』所有的費用，是由國庫支出來的，共產黨批准，養著他們，所以他們所做的事情，是跟共產黨屁股後邊走。」
此外，中共中央統戰部部長令計劃和中央辦公廳主任栗戰書等，也陪同習近平參加了走訪和座談。除此之外，日前還有消息說，令計劃將攜同李源潮，擔任港澳工作協調小組副組長。顯示：現任中共高層力挺令計劃。
被稱為胡錦濤「大內總管」 的原中央辦公廳主任令計劃，現任中共統戰部部長。《大紀元》新聞網分析，「統戰部」是江派實權的最後「堡壘」。令計劃臨危授命清理江系。
伍凡：「統戰部是統一戰線，統一所有共產黨的統一，聽誰的話，聽共產黨的！你反對共產黨的，你就不是統戰部的對像。還有一個，統戰部是一個情報部門，是個特務機構，尤其是海外，他的統戰部不單是統戰中國，還統戰外國人，都是欺騙，還有收買。」
《大紀元》的報導說，由於令計劃擔當調查王立軍和薄熙來案件的核心人物，而觸動了王、薄後臺——周永康與曾慶紅等鎮壓法輪功的所謂「血債幫」的根本利益，並引發了他們一系列的仇視打擊。周永康不僅製造「法拉利事件」暗殺了令計劃的兒子，還屢施黑手抹黑他及他的家人，目地是讓令計劃在薄熙來案上收手，不要繼續打擊薄、周政變集團。

Ling Jihua Accompanies Xi Jinping to Meet Multi-Parties
Xi Jinping, the new Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
General Secretary has been busy since the 18th Congress.
On December 25, Xi Jinping visited various
democratic parties, and the National Federation
of Industry and Commerce, to deliver a speech.
Xi stressed the need to adhere to
and develop"multi-party cooperation."
Xi was accompanied by Li Zhanshu, the
Central Office Director, and Ling Jihua,
the United Front Work Department Director.
Apparently, a rumor that Ling was letting go
was exposed as a scheme from Jiang’s faction.
Mainland media reported that on December 24 -25,
Xi Jinping made several visits to different democratic parties.
This included; the Revolutionary Committee of the
Chinese Kuomintang; China Democratic League;
China Democratic National Construction Association;
China Association for Promoting Democracy;
Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party;
China Zhi Gong Dang; Jiu San Society;
Taiwan Democratic League Central, and
China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
During the visits, Xi Jinping stressed the need
to uphold and develop “multi-party cooperation."
Liu Guohua, political commentator: “This idea
has been repeated often in the Party’s history.
However, it carried different meanings
at different historical periods.
During the Tiananmen massacre, the eight parties
were asked to speak out on behalf of the CCP.
The eight parties are meant to represent
the voice of the Chinese people.
In reality, however, they are like puppets,
under the manipulation of the CCP."
Liu Guohua also believes that talking
about multi-party cooperation under the
current situation is different from the past.
Liu Guohua: “From a historical viewpoint, the
CCP has the lowest prestige in Chinese history.
The Chinese people are against the government,
due to the oppression from the corrupt officials.
Their revolt is universal, which damages the CCP.
During the spring of 2012, the Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai
incidents further exposed the darker side of the CCP.
Now it wants democratic parties to continue to play
the role of a vase, and dress up for the CCP."
Wu Fan, editor-in-chief of the American Chinese Journal
of Chinese Affairs, believes that these so-called parties did
not dare to go against any decisions or actions of the CCP.
Wu Fan stressed that this is also one of the
CCP’s strategies to annually stage this show.
Therefore, for Xi Jinping to mention
multi-party cooperation is nothing new.
Wu Fan: “Multi party cooperation is phony,
but one-party dictatorship is real.
It’s like two sides of a coin,
both positive and negative.
A one-party dictatorship, and
a multi-party cooperation.
The most important leaders inside these
parties are secret members of the CCP.
All the eight parties’ expenditures
come from the national treasury.
The CCP appropriates the
funds and supports them.
Thus, they normally follow behind the CCP.
In addition, Ling Jihua, Director of the United Front Work Department of the CCP Central Committee, and Li Zhanshu,
Director of the General Office of the CCP Central Committee
also accompanied Xi Jinping during his visits and talks.
Sources revealed that Ling Jihua and Li Yuanchao
would served as deputy head of Hong Kong
and Macao Work Coordination Group.
Apparently, the high levels of the
CCP are supporting Ling Jihua.
Ling was the former director of the
General Office of the Central Committee.
Now he is the director of United Front Work Department.
According to The Epoch Times news
analysis, the “United Front “is the
last power base for the Jiang faction.
Ling will be the one to clean up Jiang’s faction.
Wu Fan: The “United Front Work Department is to
unify the Communist Party. It listens to the CCP.
If you are against the CCP, you become the
target of the United Front Work Department.
Besides, the United Front Work Department
is also an intelligence department.
It is a secret service department,
especially overseas.
The United Front Work Department is not only
about a united front for the Chinese in China.
It is also for foreigners outside of China.
It is all about deception and bribery."
The Epoch Times reported that because Ling was
the central figure in the investigation of Wang Lijun
and Bo xilai, he interfered with the interests of Wang
and Bo’s support figures in the background.
Their supporters were Zhou Yongkang and Zeng Qinghong.
Zhou and Zeng are part of the
so-called “blood debt faction”.
This is because of their serious involvements
in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Thus, Ling has become the target of a series
of hatred attacks from Zhou and Zeng.
Zhou Yongkang not only created the Ferrari
incident and had Ling’s son assassinated.
He also discredited Ling and his family members.
Zhou’intention is to stop Ling
from attacking Bo and himself.
