【新唐人2012年12月11日訊】為了抗議中共對藏傳佛教的滅絕性迫害，捍衛信仰自由，僅今年8月，大陸四川省阿壩縣就發生多起自焚抗議案件。中共媒體日前指稱，這一系列「自焚案」近期被四川警方偵破，幕後則是達賴集團所謂「煽動脅迫策劃」的。有評論指出，西藏人民用生命對獨裁者的控訴，卻被當局通過誣陷宣傳，把人權問題變成政權問題，而這也正是中共對各種信仰團體一向的手法。
據《國際西藏郵報》報導，自2009年2月至今，已有超過94名藏人自焚身亡，非常慘烈。特別是今年以來，自焚事件更是與日俱增。而每次發生藏人自焚後，中共軍警都立即對當地採取嚴防嚴控措施，結果迫使更多的藏人抗議事件湧現。
中共喉舌《新華網》12月9號的報導中說，四川警方8月中旬分別抓獲羅讓貢求、和羅讓才讓等2名主要犯罪嫌疑人，並指稱他們自2009年以來，接受達賴集團「指令」，先後「煽動教唆脅迫」8名無辜人士自焚，造成3人死亡。
時政評論家藍述指出，對於藏人自焚，不論中共怎樣宣傳，有兩點事實是無法否認的。
時政評論家藍述：「 第一、改變的。第二、佛教徒是不殺生的，所以他不願意採用任何暴力行為，去抗議中共在過去幾十年裡面對藏傳佛教的迫害。他採用的是自焚這種方式去捍衛自己的信仰，而這一條也是不論中共宣傳上具體的自焚的過程是怎麼樣的，這一條也是沒有辦法改變的。」
報導還指稱， 2009年2月阿壩縣格爾登寺僧人扎白自焚後，羅讓貢求接受境外達賴集團「新聞聯絡小組」的指令，將自焚者照片、現場情況和家庭等相關信息傳遞到境外。
大陸律師張卉認為，這種行為並不犯法，但中共很可能會扣上一個非常規的方法去處理，比如用「治安管理處罰法」等，來說他們散佈虛假消息，擾亂社會秩序。
大陸律師張卉：「他這個行為本身來講肯定是不犯法的，但是因為國內強調維穩，只要是負面的東西它基本不太讓報導，都會採取一個比較封鎖的狀態。253因為它（中共）不能說：『這個是不允許的，如果你這樣做了我就處理你。』它只能說去找一個法律上的理由，至於說事實是不是這樣我不管，我認定你事實就是這樣。」
張卉指出，憲法明確了公民的言論自由，對某些事情發表見解也好，拍了照要去表達一個觀點也好，這些都是允許的。
而藍述表示，境內外的藏人通過各種渠道去蒐集自焚人士的消息，並讓國際社會得知這些消息，這種做法不僅沒有錯，而且是正義的行為。因為自焚的主要目地之一，就是要引起社會輿論的關注，以此來制止中共對藏傳佛教的迫害。但是藍述特別提到，由於西藏處於比較封閉的環境，有一點是藏人還不大明白的。
藍述：「中共不僅僅是對西藏進行信仰自由的迫害，它對整個中原地區所有的不同信仰團體，都是採用同樣的鎮壓手段。只不過中原地區在中共殘酷統治之下，幾十年以後，中國人都麻木了，所以很多人習以為常了，但是在西藏那個相對隔絕的地區，藏人的反應比較強烈而已。」
聯合國人權事務高級專員皮萊在今年11月初曾呼籲，敦促中共當局允許獨立的人權觀察員進入西藏，了解發生這些自焚事件的深層原因。但是，中共在西藏的高級官員向巴平措明確表示，這樣的調查不會發生。
藍述說，中共現在所謂的「自焚殺人案」，完全是中共通過宣傳，把人權問題變成政權問題、主權問題。
有評論感嘆，中國人民用生命對獨裁者的控訴，卻被獨裁者用去誣陷無辜，真是可悲！

Is There a Black Hand in Tibetan Self Immolation?
CCP Throws Dirty Water Again
Anchor:
To protest the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution
and to defend freedom of belief,
several Tibetans self-immolated in Aba county,
Sichuan province in August.
But CCP media reported recently that the series of
“self-immolation cases” has been detected by Sichuan police,
and that it』s “encouraged and threatened” by the Dalai Lama.
Commentators said that Tibetan used their lives to protest
against dictatorship, but were framed by the CCP which
changed the issue of human rights into one of political
power.
This is the same artifice that the CCP
has always used on faith groups.
According to the report by the International Tibet Post,
more than 94 Tibetans have self-immolated to death
from February 2009, which is very tragic.
In this year alone, there are more and more self-immolations.
Each time, a Tibetan self-immolates, the CCP police and army
launch strict prevention and control measures in Tibet ,
which pushes still more Tibetans to stand up to protest.
The CCP mouthpiece Xinhua Net reported on December 9
that Sichuan police had arrested a monk and his nephew
in the middle of August,
They said that they had received “instructions” from
the Dalai Lama』s group from 2009,
who encouraged and threatened eight innocent Tibetans
to self-immolate, which led to the deaths of three of them.
Lan Shu, a political commentator pointed out that
on the issue of Tibetan self-immolation,
no matter how CCP does its propaganda,
there are two facts that can』t be denied.
Lan Shu: “First, the purpose of Tibetan self-immolation is
to protest the CCP』s devastating persecution of Tibetan Buddhist belief. This can』t be changed any way.
Secondly, Buddhist can』t kill, which means they don』t want
to use any violence to protest CCP』s persecution of Tibetan Buddhism in the last tens of years.
They used self-immolation to defend their faith, which
can』t be changed no matter how CCP did its propaganda.”
The report also pointed out that after Monk Tabay from
Kirti Gompa, Aba county self-immolated to death in February 2009,
the arrested monk received an instruction from the
“News Connection Team” of Dalai Lama』s group,
and sent Tabay』s photo, materials to describe site condition
and his family situation outside of China.
Zhang Hui, a lawyer in Mainland China thinks,
this behavior is not against the law.
But the CCP is very likely to use any unconventional method
to deal with it. For example,
it uses “Public Security Administration Punishment Law” to say
that those people spread fake news and disturbed social order.
Zhang Hui: “For sure his action isn』t against the law.
But the CCP emphasizes maintaining stability.
If it』s a negative thing, it』s not allowed to be reported.
It will use a related blocked policy. Because CCP can』t say
『it』s not allowed. I will deal with you if you do it.』
It only can find an excuse in law and doesn』t care whether
it』s fact or not. It identifies your case like this.”
Zhang Hui pointed out that the Constitution said explicitly
that citizens have freedom of speech.
No matter even if you publish a personal opinion, or
you took some photos to express your opinion, it』s allowed.
Lan Shu said that Tibetans inside and out side of China tried
to collect information about self-immolated Tibetans in different ways, and let international society know the truth.
It』s not wrong. It』s an action of justice. Because the main purpose
of self-immolation is To attract the concern of society.
Then it might be possible to stop the CCP continuing
its persecution of Tibetan Buddhism.
But Lan Shu emphasized that Tibet is a relatively
isolated environment, a fact many Tibetans don』t know.
Lan Shu: “The CCP persecutes not only Tibetan belief,
but all the different faith groups cross China.
The difference is, China』s central area is under the CCP』s
cruel rule for a long time, and people are numb to it and are used of it.
But in West China where it is relatively isolated,
Tibetans have reacted more intensely.”
Navanethem Pillay is the United Nations High Commissioner
for Human Rights. In the beginning of November this year,
She urged CCP authority to allow the individual observers
to enter Tibet for understanding the deep reason of
self-immolation.
But Qiangba Puncog, a CCP senior official in Tibet said clearly
that it will not allow this kind of investigation.”
Lan Shu said, the current so-called “self-immolation homicide”
by the CCP is total propaganda.
It has changed the human rights issue into one of
political power and sovereignty.
Commentators have also lamented the fact that
Chinese people use their lives to protest dictatorship,
but the dictator uses it to frame the innocent. It』s really sad.
