【新唐人2012年12月08日訊】隨著重慶市原副市長、公安局原局長王立軍落馬後，越來越多王立軍身邊的人站出來揭開他的面紗，使王立軍曾經集低調、節儉、勇敢等各種優秀品質於一身的英雄形象，徹底瓦解。而他張揚、怪癖、殘忍的真實性格顯露了出來，為他闖入美領館尋求政治庇護、通過活摘器官搞心理研究、喜歡研究女性分泌物等超常行為作出了很好的註腳。
繼重慶警察寫下13萬字的「一個警察的獨白：《見證王立軍》」一文後，王立軍的前任秘書忻建威，也向媒體講述了他看到的真實王立軍形象。
據北京律師李莊介紹，王立軍在重慶兩年，卻更換了51任秘書。最短的一天，最長的是忻建威，四個月。
忻建威原來是重慶公安局保密室副主任、和辦公室副主任，屬副處級幹部。當上王立軍秘書後，負責著王的警衛、飲食起居、言行記錄、攝影攝像、出行灑掃等事務。因為按王立軍的授意﹕按時退掉王立軍及客人的房間，造成王立軍改變行程後不能及時進房，忻建威被王立軍謾罵、開除，關押339天，還遭受「坐老虎凳」，手腳被固定，電棍警棍打等酷刑，造成兩耳和顱內出血。
據他透露，有著教授、主編、專家身份的王立軍不會打字。而且王立軍有欣賞自己照片的嗜好，常在夜裡觀看自己的視頻，王立軍擁有一個20多人專門為他攝像的攝影團隊，這些人身穿藍色夾克，被稱為 「藍精靈」，隨時準備拍下王最為動人的時刻。
王立軍還經常破口大罵，髒話連篇。一個秘書將他辦公室的花盆打碎，王立軍就在眾人面前大叫：有人要謀害他。
忻建威回憶，酷愛風衣的王立軍，總是有一群英姿挺拔的警衛在身邊，其中有兩人要隨時注意他的肩部動作，接住他抖下的大衣。讓他的隨行人員與他深夜出行也是王立軍的愛好之一。而女子特勤支隊是王立軍常光臨的地方，忻建威說，王立軍有時責令跟到半路的人員折返，讓大家摸不準他的意圖。
忻建威還說，王立軍的衣服乾洗後存放不能超過五天，否則重洗，出行的食物也必須自帶。王立軍隨從都是從公安系統中精選出來的，可是不少隨員因為極小的過失或因王立軍一時看不順眼，遭到刑拘或者勞教。忻建威說，生活在王立軍身邊的人總是提心吊膽。
北京律師李莊：「他的秘書忻建威怎麼描述的就是他（王立軍）真實的一面，公共場所、公開的場合他是另外一面。」
網友大蔚寫道：曾經的神今天卻落到這個地步！諷刺了誰呢？
獨立評論員李善鑑：「這個社會環境整個這個體制就處在一個變態的狀態，周圍的人允許他這樣，周圍的人接受他這個樣子，在某種程度上也可以講，是他周圍的人促成他變得這個樣子，這麼多年來共產黨它自己的文化熏陶出來，最後培養出來這麼一批人，這個樣子。」
李善鑑說，王立軍的變態就像活摘器官一樣，讓活在正常社會的人難以想像，但在了解了中共人文環境的人就容易理解。
李善鑑：「他看任何東西，他對待周圍的人和周圍的人對待他，完全就是權力和利益這些關係，作為一個人的話他可以支配，我可以拿你的器官來賺錢，我有權利可以做這個事情，那麼他以他這種心理狀態，就可能去做，這個不難理解。」
李善鑑認為，對於今天的中國，就是引進民主制度也不能解決根本問題，必須摒棄「黨文化」，重新建立傳統的道德和價值觀，李善鑑說，有了正常的人與人之間的關係，才能扭轉這種變態的人性和人際關係。他還指出，閱讀《九評共產黨》和退出中共，可以幫助中國人解除黨文化的桎梏。

Wang Lijun’s Perversities Further Exposed
After the ouster of Wang Lijun, Chongqing’s former
vice mayor and police chief, more people around him have stood up to expose his true features.
The unveiling smashed the role model of low-profile, thrifty
and brave image that Wang Lijun once portrayed.
Wang’s real nature, including being bossy, cruel and quirk
have increasingly been revealed.
These witnesses perfectly explained Wang’s perversities,
such as his fleeing to seek asylum from the U.S. consulate,
his doing psychological research through organ harvesting
of living humans, & enjoying the study of female secretions.
A few months ago, a Chongqing police officer disclosed
Wang Lijun’s true features in his 130,000-word online article.
Recently, Xin Jianwei, Wang’s former secretary revealed
to the media the real aspect of Wang Lijun.
Beijing-based lawyer Li Zhuang said Wang Lijun replaced
51 secretaries during his two-year tenure in Chongqing.
Among them, the shortest employment period was one day,
while the longest was four months, of Xin Jianwei.
Xin Jianwei had been deputy chief in charge of back room
and general office of Chongqing Public Security Bureau.
Later, as Wang’s secretary, Xin was responsible for
Wang’s security, food & drink, & travel arrangements.
Xin also recorded Wang’s speeches and activities,
shot photos and videos for Wang, etc..
On onetrip, Wang caused inconvenience to himself by
changing itinerary, but blamed it on Xin.
Besides hurling abuse, Wang detained Xin for 339 days
and finally sacked him.
Xin was tortured, made to sit on the “tiger bench”
and beaten with electric batons,
causing a brain hemorrhage and bleeding from both ears.
Xin Jianwei revealed Wang Lijun, titled “professor”,
“chief editor” and “expert”, does not even know how to type.
However, Wang is addicted to enjoying photos of himself
and used to watch videos of himself at night.
Wang has a 20-member photographer team, specifically
tasked with shooting videos for himself.
The team was dubbed as “Smurfs", for each one donned
a blue jacket, being poised at any time to capture Wang’s most touching moments.
Wang Lijun was said to shout abuse frequently,
full of four-letter words.
On one occasion a secretary broke a flower pot in his office,
Wang shouted in public that he was in danger of being murdered.
Xin Jianwei recalled how Wang,
being very fond of wearing his windproof jacket,
was always escorted by a team of handsome bodyguards.
Two of them had to pay close attention to his shoulder
actions in order to catch the windproof coat that Wang might shake off at any time.
One of Wang’s hobbies was requiring his retinue
to travel with him late at night.
Wang Lijun often went inspecting a
Women’s Special Task Squad.
Sometimes, Wang ordered his retinue to go back halfway,
nobody understood his intentions.
Xin Jianwei disclosed Wang Lijun’s dry-cleaned clothes were
required to be dry cleaned yet again, if stored over five days.
Wang’s dietary requirements whilst traveling
needed to be self prepared.
Wang’s entourage were all strictly selected from
within the public security sector.
Yet many of them were detained or sent to reeducation
through labor for committing minor faults or displeasing Wang.
Xin Jianwei said the people around Wang Lijun
were all living in fear and trepidation.
Li Zhuang(Beijing-based lawyer): “His secretary Xin Jianwei’s
description is the authentic side of Wang Lijun.
Wang just displayed another face on public occasions."
A netizen commented on the internet: “A deity-like role model
has now been reduced to such misery! What a bitter irony!”
Li Shanjian (Independent critic):
“The entire society of China today, has become abnormal.
Those around Wang Lijun simply indulged and
accepted his perversities.
So to some extent, they contributed to his going so far.
Wang Lijun is proof representing the CCP members who
have been brainwashed by the “Party culture”.
Li Shanjian comments that Wang Lijun’s perversity, like organ
harvesting, is unimaginable to normal social communities.
However, people will easily understand it if they learn the truth
about the human environment created by the CCP in China.
Li Shanjian: “His view on anything outside and on people
around him were all based upon power and self interests.
With such a mentality, he thought he had the right to control
a person& making money by removing human organs.”
Li Shanjian says in today’s China, even a democratic
establishment could not really resolve the root of the problem.
The country must abandon the CCP’s “Party culture", and
re-establish the traditional morals and values.
This is the only way that can help restore normal human
nature and interpersonal relationships in China, he says.
Li Shanjian indicates, reading the book “Nine Commentaries
on the Communist Party" and quitting the CCP,
that will truly help the Chinese people to remove
the mind control from the Party culture.
