【新唐人2012年11月30日訊】華郵：重慶新醜聞舊冤案一齊爆發
美國《華盛頓郵報》11月28號報導說，中共新黨魁習近平在上任第一天就承諾解決腐敗和違紀，但是他現在就面臨考驗，重慶出現新的醜聞：一名當地官員雷政富，上週被撤職，因為他在五年前被錄製的一份色情錄像帶，最近被上傳到網上。爆料人說，他手上還有更多吸人眼球的重慶官員色情錄像帶。
報導說，這個插曲是最近中國公民越來越多的使用互聯網，特別是微博，來曝光腐敗並挑戰共產黨統治者的一個例子。共產黨必須對付越來越難以駕馭的民眾。
《華盛頓郵報》說，雷政富醜聞恰好發生在薄熙來時代重慶的暴行被擺上法庭的時刻，許多受害者要求對過去的不公正判決平反，如何面對數千名聲稱在薄熙來四年唱紅打黑當中受到不公監禁的人的申訴，是中共新的執政者在重慶問題上必須面對的另一個棘手的問題。
再爆大連用法輪功學員人體作標本
「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」11月公布的一份最新錄音顯示，大連屍體加工廠之一的「大連洪峰生物科技有限公司」，使用法輪功學員遺體製作人體塑化標本。公司副董事長王洪春，親口向「追查國際」的秘密調查員承認，他們公司的屍體供體中有法輪功學員。
「追查國際」同時公布的另一份對大連市副市長、前大連公安局局長孫廣田的調查錄音則證實，薄熙來和妻子谷開來涉及販賣法輪功學員屍體等罪行。
「大連洪峰生物科技有限公司」成立於薄熙來主政遼寧期間，是大連最大的屍體加工廠之一。
天津數十村民聲援被告
被稱為天津第一大案的「億萬村長」的黃雙來被殺案，11月28號在天津市第一中級人民法院一審開庭，十名被告帶著腳鐐進入法庭。由於黃雙來涉嫌貪腐，有數十村民及訪民前往法院聲援被告，但大多數被堵在外面，只有少數人被允許進入旁聽。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，天津北辰區雙街鎮下辛莊村長黃雙來，為競選連任，三番五次僱用黑社會人員恐嚇，威逼參選對手王國廷退選，被拒絕後，5月12號，黃雙來帶兩名親屬到王國廷家中再挑事端，結果在衝突中被殺。事發後，王國廷一家五口，還有同村的另外5人，被逮捕並起訴，罪名是「故意殺人」。
報導說，被告律師表示，這起殺人案屬於防衛過當，而庭審中，庭長對律師提出的正當要求予以回絕，屬於程序違規。
案件當天沒有審理完，將在12月5號繼續。

Washington Post on the New Chongqing Scandal
On November 28, Washington Post reported, at his first day
as the communist party’s new leader, Xi Jinping promised to solve the corruption’ and discipline violations’ problems.
However, now he is facing a test of
“a new scandal coming out of Chongqing”.
Last week, Lei Zhengfu, a local officer, was dismissed for
published online erotic video tape, recorded five years ago.
The whistleblower said, he has more attractive erotic tapes
like this one on Chongqing officials.
The report said, this is an example of how Chinese citizens
expose corruption and challenge the Chinese communist Party (CCP) through internet, especially through the Weibos.
The CCP have to deal more and more
with the increasingly resisting populace.
Washington Post said that the scandal comes just as the
past of Bo’s era in Chongqing is coming before the courts.
The victims are seeking to have their convictions
ruled unfair and overturned.
How to face the several thousand victims, who claim to have
suffered illegal custody from Bo’s “sing red – hit black” era in Chongqing would be a tough call for Xi.
Falun Gong Practitioners’ Bodies Used for Plastination
The latest report of the World Organization to Investigate
the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) says, plastinated human specimens have used Falun Gong practitioners bodies.
The specimens were made by Dalian Hongfeng CO.LTD,
one of the factories for plastination of human corpses.
Its Vice President Wang Hongchun personally admitted
to WOIPFG that there were Falun Gong’s practitioners bodies among their plastinated human specimens.
At the same time, WOIPFG released another crime evidence,
records of Dalian vice mayor, former chief of Dalian security bureau, Sun Guangtian.
Sun confirmed that Bo Xilai and his wife, Gu Kailai,
were involved in selling Falun Gong practitioners bodies.
Dalian Hongfeng CO.LTD was established in Bo’s era
in Liaoning province as the biggest corpse plant in Dalian.
WOIPFG’s report: “Dalian Hongfeng CO.LTD admitted using
Falun Gong practitioners bodies to make human specimens.”
Tens of Villagers in Tianjin Supporting Defendants
The known as “Number one court case in Tianjin”
went into court session on November 28.
Its 10 defendants were taken into the courtroom
in shackles.
Tens of villagers and petitioners went to court to support
the defendants because of their village chief’s corruption.
However, most of them were not allowed to enter the court,
except for a small group.
According to RFA’ report, Huang Shuanglai is a head
of Xiaxin village, ShuangJie, Beichen District,Tianjin city.
Running for re-election, Huang hired gangsters several times
to intimidate his opponent Wang Guoting to quit the campaign, but all his efforts were in vain.
On May 12, Huang and two relatives of his went to Wang’s
office to threaten him, and in the conflict Huang was killed.
Then, Wang with his five families and another five villagers,
were arrested and prosecuted for “intentional homicide.”
The report said, the defendants’ attorney stated,
his clients acted in self-defense.
However, the presiding judge refused to accept
the legitimate claim, calling it violation of the procedure.
The case was not concluded,
and its next hearing will be on December 5.
