【新唐人2012年11月29日訊】重慶市北碚區區委書記雷政富「淫亂視頻」醜聞持續發酵，並牽涉到薄熙來和王立軍。28號，曝料人朱瑞峰說，他受到人身安全威脅，手機被重慶等一些地方監聽。他向北京警方報案後，北京公安局已向他保證提供安全保護，並將抓捕企圖威脅或綁架他的人。這是否代表薄、王的黨羽將面臨再一次的大清洗？接下來看看專家怎麼說。
《人民監督網》創辦人朱瑞峰，在網路公開雷政富貪腐淫亂的視頻，事發三天內，雷就被重慶當局免職，並被中紀委立案調查。朱瑞峰說，11月初，當他拿到舉報人提供的視頻正進行查證期間，曾多次受到了雷政富及相關人士的阻撓和威脅，手機也被重慶地方監聽。
《人民監督網》創辦人朱瑞峰：「自從我發出報導以後，北京的一個KTV的老闆，叫侯軍，他就是發威脅信息，說兄弟你要結死仇嗎？22日又用隱晦的方法發信息點出了我家的住址，所以，我就在25日直接到北京市公安局德勝門派出所進行了報案，就在昨天（27號）警方打來電話，北京市公安局西城公安分局領導特別重視，已經立案。」
朱瑞峰說，北京市公安局領導，還有西城區分局領導，對他被威脅這個事情很重視，並把他的報案移交到北京公安分局刑偵部門，立案偵查。並告訴他，如果有危險，可以隨時打電話，不管對方是哪個地方的官員，官職有多大，只要是對他進行恐嚇威脅綁架，北京警方絕不會手軟。
據了解，雷政富的淫亂視頻，是一位重慶建築商，因長期拿不到項目，而在07年將訓練有術的美女，「送」給高官當情人，並偷拍高官們的情色視頻作為要挾，從而獲得更多項目。09年，雷政富被建築商利用淫亂視頻要挾時，就找到時任重慶市委書記的薄熙來，承認錯誤，於是，當時的重慶市公安局局長王立軍成立專案組，抓捕了建築商和女主角，專案組還搜出了一批官員的淫亂視頻。
朱瑞峰表示，他手裡有6名重慶官員的淫亂視頻，其中1名官員在「王薄案」案發後已下臺，目前雷政富被免職，還有4位高官在位。他說自己選在20號發出雷的淫亂視頻，是送給重慶新市委書記孫政才的一份厚禮。
北京時政觀察人士華頗表示，重慶亂局難解，這只是開始，孫政才入主重慶將面臨重大挑戰。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「我覺得主要就是重慶的公檢法系統，薄熙來任用了大批私人，尤其是公檢法系統，王立軍，據說在東北調了上萬人的警察，在重要的崗位上全是他的親信，所以這些人，有些人還在關鍵位置之上，雷政富也是薄、王非常重用的人，『豔照門』五年前就已經被曝光過了，可是他找了王立軍之後，將情婦還有主使的開發商都給王立軍抓起來了。」
華頗指出，雷政富淫亂視頻的曝光，引發了薄王黨羽的警覺。但朱瑞鋒在被威脅時卻受到北京的保護，代表著孫政才入主重慶，薄、王的那些親信將面臨又一次的大清洗。
華頗：「孫政才到重慶肯定會對黨政，尤其是政法系統清洗，我看新一輪的清洗可能從雷政富開始，還會出現一輪的大清洗。困難肯定不少，首先薄熙來在重慶搞了『民惠』，提出了『分蛋糕』，爭取了大量草根的民心，而且大量清除了異己，安插了自己的私人。只要薄熙來人還在，他那些黨羽，心就會不死，所以他們為了自保，也不甘心會束手就擒，還會搞出一些事情來。」
朱瑞峰表示，他們自2006年開辦《人民監督網》以來，已經監督了上百位廳級以上的官員，對於各種威脅、恐嚇甚至黑社會綁架都已習以為常，他們不會退縮，將繼續調查手裏的視頻資料，如果屬實將發佈出來。

Chongqing’s CCP authorities: A New Round of Purges?
The sex scandal of Lei Zhengfu, ex-Party chief of
Beibei District in Chongqing, keeps rolling.
The case has involved Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun.
On November 28, Zhu Ruifeng, who exposed
the scandal, said that his safety has been threatened.
His cell phone calls were intercepted by
local authorities of Chongqing.
Zhu reported this to the police in Beijing and
was guaranteed police protection.
Beijing police authority promised to arrest any person
who attempts to threaten or kidnap him.
Does this hint that a new round of purges is coming
for followers of Bo Xi Lai and Wang Lijun?
Zhu Ruifeng, founder of Jdwsy.com (the Public’s Watchdog),
released Lei Zhengfu』s sex video on the internet.
Lei was removed from office three days later.
He was investigated by the Central Discipline Inspection
Commission of the Chinese Communist Party.
Zhu Ruifeng said that early in November when he was
verifying the informant-provided sex tape,
he was obstructed and threatened by Lei Zhengfu and
persons concerned.
His cell phone was even intercepted by local authorities
in Chongqing.
Zhu Ruifeng: “After I exposed the news, Hou Jun,
a KTV boss in Beijing, threatened me.
He asked,"Do you want to create a mortal feud?"
On November 22, in a very subtle way,
he sent a message to my home address.
So on November 25, I reported the case to
the Deshengmen Police Station in Beijing.
Yesterday (the 27th) Beijing police called me,
saying that the case has been filed and
that special attention has been given to the case
by superior police chiefs at the station."
Zhu Ruifeng reveals that the case has been transferred
to the criminal investigation department in Beijing.
He was told that he can report to the police at any time
concerning threats.
And that no matter how powerful the threatening official is,
Beijing police authorities will not soft-pedal.
Sources said that Lei Zhengfu’s sex video
was recorded by his mistress.
In 2007, a Chongqing-based building contractor made gifts
of some beauties to senior CCP officials to be their mistresses.
These beauties recorded officials’sex affairs on
hidden cameras.
The sex videos were used to blackmail for
construction contracts.
In 2009, the blackmailed Lei Zhengfu sought help from
Bo Xilai, then-Party chief of Chongqing.
Afterwards, a task force under Wang Lijun, then-police chief
of Chongqing, arrested the contractor and Lei’s mistress.
The task force also seized a quantity of
sex videos involving other CCP officials.
Zhu Ruifeng says that he now has six Chongqing
senior officials’sex videos.
One of them was dismissed from his post
after exposure of the Wang and Bo scandals.
Now Lei Zhengfu has been ousted,
and the other four are still in office.
The exposure of Lei Zhengfu’s sex scandal was a gift to
Chongqing’s new Party chief, Sun Zhengcai, according to Zhu.
Beijing-based political observer Hua Po says that sorting out
Chongqing’s mess is hard, and that now is just the start.
Hua Po speculates that Sun Zhengcai will face major
challenges during his tenure in Chongqing.
Hua Po: “Bo Xilai placed a large number of his men in
public security organs, the procuratorates and in the courts.
It is said that Wang Lijun replaced over 10,000 policemen
in the Northeast, with his cronies occupying all key positions.
So some of them are now still in office.
Lei Zhengfu was also well trusted and vested with
responsibilities by Bo and Wang.
Lei’s sex scandal was exposed as early as five years ago,
but the plotter and his mistress were all arrested by Wang Lijun."
Hua Po thinks that the exposure of Lei Zhengfu’s sex video
has aroused the vigilance of members of Bo Xilai’s clique.
However, Zhu Ruifeng got protection from Beijing
when he was subjected to threats.
This shows that under the reign of Sun Zhengcai,
cronies of Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun will face another big purge in Chongqing.
Hua Po: “Sun Zhengcai will definitely initiate a purge
within the Party and local authorities in Chongqing.
Especially a purge in the sector under the CCP Central
Politics and Law Commission.
I think the new round of purges may start with Lei Zhengfu.
Sun Zhengcai will also certainly face great difficulties.
As Bo Xilai has gained wide support from local grass-roots
with his egalitarian ‘divide-the-cake’ theory.
Bo also replaced a large number of dissidents with
his men in local authorities.
So, as long as Bo Xilai is still alive, his followers will not
give up hope. To protect their own, they will come up with more action."
Zhu Ruifeng says that the Public’s Watchdog website
has monitered over 100 departmental level officials since 2006 when it was set up.
Confronting threats and even underworld kidnappings,
they will not withdraw, whatever the pressure.
Rather, more investigations will be conducted to verify
videos that are now held.
Once the videos are verified as genuine,
they will be made public.
