【新唐人2012年11月28日訊】27號，海外網站上一則視頻揭露﹕湖北省武漢市的多間「法教班」－「黑監獄」，是專門關押法輪功的基地，大多設在隱蔽的荒郊，而且沒有任何招牌。警察透露，這些都是市政府「610辦公室」設的，他們不能插手管。法學家指出，「610」本身就是一個違法犯罪的黑幫組織，一旦撤下，參與人員將面臨清算問題。
《博迅》中文網站視頻顯示，在湖北武漢的荒郊野外，一所沒有任何招牌，院牆上面佈滿電網及鋒利玻璃的隱蔽大院落，據說是湖北省政府辦的所謂「江夏五里界法教班」。
接著，視頻的鏡頭轉向一個更加隱蔽的地點，是武漢市江漢區設在東西湖柏泉的「法教班」，對外卻掛著「江漢區教育實踐中心」招牌。
隨後，視頻又出現坐落在武昌區餘家頭江邊的「法教班」。
窗外民眾：「為甚麼要關她，能不能告訴我們？」
法制工作人員：「那我沒有這個權力說這些。只要從北京回來，就這樣的處理方法，我們就是在這裡陪著他們。」
窗外民眾：「監獄還允許探監，你們這是甚麼地方？」
法制工作人員：「我們這就像看守所之類的吧。」
窗外民眾：「看守所一般都要掛牌的，是屬於公安機關設置的，現在我就想知道，你們這個地方是屬於哪個部門設置的？我昨天問的時候有人說是法輪功基地，關押法輪功的。」
就在窗外民眾和法制工作人員爭執不下時，一輛警車開了過來，車上下來一名警官，窗外民眾又向警官詢問這是甚麼單位。
警官：「我不是這裡的，我們沒有資格管他們，這是市政府，市政府610辦公室。」
法學家、中國問題專家趙遠明指出，「610」本身就是一個違法犯罪的黑幫組織，它既不受制於政府，也不受制於黨務，直接聽命於「政法委」。
法學家、中國問題專家趙遠明：「它們這些機構實際上像黑法庭，黑監獄，黑關押場所一樣，它們所做所為，第一，侵犯人權，第二，侵犯公民的人身權力、名譽權力，他們自己都知道這些行為是違法行為，是犯罪行為，所以他們找個隱蔽沒有人知道的地方，對法輪功學員進行殘酷鎮壓迫害。」
曾在所謂「法教班」受到殘酷迫害的遼寧法輪功學員李靜指出，這種遍及中國各個角落的「法教班」也叫「洗腦班」，就是殘害，迫害法輪功的「黑監獄」，殘害法輪功的手段不亞於看守所和監獄。
遼寧法輪功學員李靜：「現在國際社會都已經知道了勞教所、監獄迫害大法弟子，更慘烈的現在活摘器官都知道。但是現在它就改個名詞，改個招牌，就是說用法治班，它在社會上找了很多所謂的幫教，強行給法輪功學員洗腦，你要不服從它洗腦，那就用各種酷刑體罰。」
「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」2003年的調查資料顯示：中共經濟資源的四分之一被用於迫害法輪功。中共的看守所、勞教所、監獄、洗腦班、醫院等，為了逼迫法輪功學員放棄信仰，達到所謂的「轉化」指標，對善良無辜的法輪功學員進行慘無人性的精神折磨和肉體摧殘，酷刑多達幾百種。
從1999年7月至今，中共在政法委的直接操控之下，利用「610」組織對法輪功迫害，其中，至少有6000人被非法判刑，超過10萬人被非法勞教，數千人被強迫送入精神病院，更有數量龐大的無法計算的法輪功學員，被中共活體摘取器官以牟取暴利。
趙遠明指出，「610」本身就是一個違法犯罪機構，一旦撤下，中共迫害法輪功的罪惡將全面曝光，參與人員也將面臨清算問題。

Exposed: 610 Office’ “Law Training Class”
On November 27, an overseas website’ video clip exposed
many “Law Training Classes” in Wuhan, Hubei Province.
The clip shows that these are actually “black prisons"
for detaining Falun Gong practitioners.
They are mostly located in some isolated countryside,
without any signage.
Police revealed these were established by the 610 Office
of the municipal government, and they cannot get involved.
Legal professionals point out that 610 Office is a criminal
organization, which supporters are to face legal prosecution.
A video clip on boxun.com shows a big compound
in a suburb of Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
There is no sign and the walls are covered
with a grid and sharp glasses.
It is said to be the “Jiangxia Wulijie Law Training Class,”
set by the Hubei provincial government.
The video clip then showed an even more hidden place,
the “Law Teaching Class” at East&West Baiquan.
It is set up by Wuhan’s Jianghan District, with a sign saying,
“Jianghan District Education and Implementation Center.”
Then the video reveals a “Law Teaching Class,”
located at Yuiantou of Wuchang District.
Person A (outside the window): “What is she locked up for?
Can you tell us?”
Legal Staff: “We do not have the power to say anything.
All coming back from Beijing are handled like this.
We are only here to guard them.”
Person A: “People are even allowed to visit the prison.
What kind of place is this?”
Legal Staff: “This is like a detention center.”
Person A: “Detention centers have signs on,
and they report to the Public Security system.
I want to know now which department you report to.
When I asked yesterday, someone said,
this is to lock up Falun Gong practitioners.”
While person A and the legal staff were talking,
a police car drove by and a policeman came out of the car.
Person A then asked the policeman
similar questions.
Policeman: “I do not work here.
I do not have the power over them.
This is from the municipal government,
610 Office of the municipal government.”
Legal scholar and China expert Zhao Yuanming pointed out,
610 Office is a criminal organization itself.
It is not controlled directly by the Chinese government,
nor the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
It reports to the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee
(PLAC.)
Zhao Yuanming: “These institutions are actually
like black courts, black jails, or black detention centers.
They violate human rights and defame people’s reputation.
They all know that such behavior is illegal,
so they find secluded places that no one knows of,
to carry out the brutal suppression of
Falun Gong practitioners.”
Li Jing from Liaoning Province was once brutally tortured
in such a so-called “Law Teaching Class.”
She pointed out that these “Law Teaching Classes”
are also known as “Brainwashing Classes.”
They are all over China to carry out
the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
And the severity there is no less
than that in the detention centers and prisons.
Li Jing: “Now the international society have found out
about Falun Gong practitioners’ persecution in detention centers and prisons, as well as the organ harvesting.
So they changed their name
to “Law Teaching Class.”
They got many so-called assistants to brainwash Falun Gong
practitioners and torture those who refuse to participate.”
According to the 2003 documents of the World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG),
a quarter of China’s GDP is used to persecute Falun Gong.
CCP uses and creates new detention centers, labor education
centers, prisons, brainwashing classes, and hospitals,
as to carry out its brutal and inhumane persecution
of the innocent Falun Gong practitioners.
CCP is trying to force them to abandon their belief,
so that they can reach their so-called “transformation” goal.
Since July 1999, 610 Office has carried out persecutions on
Falun Gong practitioners under the direct orders of PLAC.
At least 6,000 were illegally sentenced, over 100,000 sent
to illegal labor camps, and thousands to mental institutions.
Many Falun Gong practitioners were even killed for their
organs, the number of which cannot be tracked down.
Zhao Yuanming said 610 Office itself
is a criminal organization.
Once closed down, CCP’s crimes in persecuting Falun Gong
will be exposed and all involved will be brought to justice.
