【新唐人2012年11月28日訊】《九評共產黨》分析中共的「黨性」中提到，在文化大革命期間，中國人父子相殘，夫妻反目，母女告發和師生互鬥的事情普遍存在，那是「黨性」在起作用﹔早期，中共高級幹部的家人被劃為階級敵人被鎮壓，中共幹部無法相救的事例更多，也同樣是「黨性」的作用。那麼，北京市委書記郭金龍日前在北京牛街調研時說，社區工作關鍵要做好四件事，其中之一是﹕加強基層黨組織建設，發揮好黨員的先鋒模範帶頭作用，讓黨員成為群眾眼中的好人。郭金龍提出的「好人」，指的是哪一類人? 在中共「黨性」的作用下，會有「好人」嗎？下面就來聽聽各界的看法。
最近，北京市委書記郭金龍在北京牛街調研時談到，要加強基層黨組織建設，讓黨員成為群眾眼中的好人。
憲政學者陳永苗表示，大陸在文革之後，統治者不斷的用「道德語言」來催眠民眾，不是走正常國家的「法治途徑」來解決問題。
憲政學者陳永苗：「它不是用法律的方式來解決，不是制約它權力的有限性，所以它也堅持它黨的領導，然後又強調這個權力的無限，但同時它又對民眾做出個交代，覺得讓它這個統治者變得好，或者有道德性，然後它們就強調自我是一個好人政府。」
「山東大學」退休教授孫文廣認為，中共官員腐敗案例日益增多，腐敗數額也日益增大。共產黨要清黨，想獲得民眾的好評，首先一點就是要主張改革。
「山東大學」退休教授孫文廣：「共產黨要想獲得群眾的好評的話，一個就要主張改革，把共產黨一黨專政要改掉，還有一點，所有官員都得公布財產，有的那麼小的官員賺了20幾套房子，他這麼做當然不符合民眾期望了。」
對於郭金龍提出的好人言論，網友們也不認同，他們認為，提出的只是口號，換湯不換藥。
湖北人士蔣先生：「這種體制下哪有甚麼好人哪？是不是？很簡單的道理。」
大陸網友秀才江湖：「他們這是在唱高調，他們在《人民日報》上都是這麼論調的，就是因為腐敗很嚴重，他們現在根本目地是為了掌權，不是為了老百姓的幸福。
也有網友在網路上回應說，讓黨員成為好人,讓豬玀插翅飛翔，讓老虎成為食草動物！
新疆維權人士胡軍：「郭金龍能不能把他變成好人？這就要打個問號，不過，他給了一個很明確的定義，共產黨以前是壞人。」
新疆維權人士胡軍還表示，中共談「反腐清黨」是個大笑話，翻開中共的統治歷史，就是中華民族最大的不幸。
新疆維權人士胡軍：「三反、五反、反右、肅清那些人不都是中國人嗎？文化大革命又有多少人？你說現在有多少人都死在它們運動之中？它們現在又要想搞運動。那個甚麼要清黨，又把過去老一套給拿來，你說噁心不噁心？」
郭金龍還對牛街禮拜寺大阿訇（音hōng）薛天利說，中國是一個擁有56個民族的大家庭。要在所謂「黨的民族宗教政策」指引下，共同做好工作，使各民族和平相處、和衷共濟。
然而，就在同一時間，青海省澤庫縣、以及甘肅省夏河縣與四川省色達縣，25號和26號，連續發生4起藏人自焚抗議事件﹔而青海省海南州共和縣也發生上千學生示威遊行，抗議州政府公布的文件內容，說﹕學習藏語無用、自焚行為愚蠢等。
有網友說，中共的官場，是一個逆向淘汰的地方，好人混不下去，只有變壞才能有「生存權和發展權」，這是中共利益集團內部最大的潛規則。也有網友說，建議大家去看一看《九評共產黨》這本書，這是至今為止認識共產黨、揭露共產黨最全面、最深刻的一本書。

Scholars: no good people within the CCP due to the one-party dictatorship system
The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party discusses
the CCP spirit and mentions many cannibalism cases between
father and son, husband and wife, mother and daughter,
as well as teacher and student. These happened due to CCP spirit.
Even for senior party cadres, once their family members are
suppressed as class enemies, they cannot save them.
Recently, Guo Jinlong, the CCP Secretary of Beijing said
in Niujie, Beijing, that four things are critical to community work,
and one is to strengthen grass-roots CCP building,
they should let the party members to play as a vanguard,
exemplary and leading role, let the CCP member to be good persons.
What kind of good people did Guo Jinlong mean?
Will there be any good people based on CCP spirit?

Recently, Guo Jinlong, the CCP Secretary of Beijing,
said in Niujie, Beijing ,
that to strengthen the construction of grass-roots CCP,
and built up good images of party members.
Chen Yongmiao, a constitutional scholar, said after
the cultural revolution,
CCP Rulers continued to hypnotize people with
“moral language”, instead of using a rule-of-law approach.
Chen Yongmiao: “The CCP does not use legal methods
of solving problems nor limit its power.
It insists on the party’s leadership and emphasizes
the unlimited power.
Therefore, the CCP planned to emphasize the goodness
of its men to make a case to Chinese.”
Sun Wenguang, a retired professor of Shandong University,
thinks the corruption cases of CCP officials increase everyday, along with the amount of corruption.
If the CCP wants to purge itself and win public praise,
they should start a reform.
Sun Wenguang: “CCP should start the reform to get the
public praise – to change the one-party dictatorship.
Besides, the CCP officials should announce their property.
We know even a low level CCP official could own
more than 20 apartments.
Of course this situation cannot meet public expectations.”
Netizens also disagree 2ith the good people speech of Guo
Jinlong. They think it is just a slogan with a new name.
Mr. Jiang from Hubei: “How could there be good people
within the CCP system? Right? It is easy to answer this question.”
Xiucai Jianghu, a netizen from Mainland:
“CCP just provides a high-sound.
They have many such arguments in the “People’s Daily.”
Everyone knows the serious corruption issues.
The final target of CCP is to control the power,
instead of bringing happiness to the people.”
Other netizens also responded that the party members will
be good people when pigs fly and tigers eat grass!
Hu Jun, a human rights activist in Xinjiang: “Could Guo
Jinlong let himself a good person? It is the question.
However, he provided us a truth – CCP members were not
good before.”
Hu Jun also mentioned it is a joke for CCP to go
against corruption.
The CCP ruling history is the biggest disaster for Chinese.
Hu Jun: “CCP started the Movement of Three Antis,
Five Antis, Antis-Right to root out Chinese.
Just think about how many people suffered from the cultural
revolution and how many people died during all these movements.
Now CCP plans to start new movement for party purge.
How disgusting!”
Guo Jinlong said to Xue Tianli, the large imam of Niujie
mosque, China is a family of 56 nationalities.
Based on the guidance of the so-called CCP
“ethnic and religious policies”,
they will jointly do a good job. All ethnic groups live together
in peace and work together with one heart.
However, at the same time, there were four continuous
Tibetans self-immolation protests in Zeku County in Qinghai Province,
Xiahe County in Gansu Province and Seda County
of Sichuan Province from Nov. 25 to Nov. 26.
Thousands of students called for demonstrations in
Republican County in Hainan prefecture of Qinghai Province
to protest against the contents of the documents released
by the state government “learning Tibetan is useless, self-immolation is stupid”.
Some netizens mentioned the CCP has a reverse phase out
officialdom — good people can hardly stay,
they have to turn bad to get the
“the right to life and the right to development.”
It is the largest unspoken rules within the CCP interest groups.
Other netizens mentioned the book Nine Commentaries
on the Communist Party must be taken a look at.
It is the most comprehensive and profound book
to understand the CCP and to expose the CCP so far.
