【新唐人2012年11月28日訊】14年前，從烏克蘭引進中國的廢棄航空母艦「瓦良格號」，改名為「遼寧號」後，日前媒體公布，一款戰鬥機首次成功降落在航母上。而美國媒體分析指出，「遼寧」艦用於戰鬥並實現海面控制還為時尚早，「遼寧號」在很大程度上只是國家力量的像徵。國際分析人士估計，「遼寧號」要完全具備戰鬥力，還需四、五年時間。那麼大陸喉舌媒體報導相關新聞的用意又是甚麼﹖請看下面的分析。
《中央電視臺》播放的畫面顯示，一架中國國產殲-15「飛鯊」戰鬥機降落在「遼寧」艦的甲板上。《新華社》報導也說，在最近一次演習中，殲-15成功完成「阻攔著艦」，不過報導沒有確切說明地點和時間。
時政評論家 藍述：「這種做法是一種很愚蠢的做法，因為中共的航空母艦一旦出海，向世界證明了他有遠洋作戰能力的時候，中國周邊的所有國家，他都只能夠被逼著和美國結盟。」
時政評論家藍述還說，在鄧小平和毛澤東時代，中國內部的矛盾沒有現在這麼尖銳，避免炒熱民族情緒，在軍事方面對外不太張揚，而是採取了韜光養晦的做法。
藍述：「可是今天北京的領導人面對的問題，它是國內的矛盾高度的尖銳化，在這種情況下，民族情緒就變成了一張他必須要用、甚至是不得不使用的一張牌，他被逼的要趕快把航空母艦的事情炒得越大越好，目地是轉移廣大民眾對中國社會現有矛盾的注意力。」
原中國史學教授劉因全認為，中共發佈這個消息嚇唬不了周邊國家，而對於現在與中國發生領土爭端的國家來說，航空母艦遠不如遠程或中程導彈。
原中國史學教授劉因全：「它的實戰的作用不大，這種航母如果沒有其他的配套，即使這個航母開到釣魚臺海域去，很容易遭到攻擊，菲律賓也是這樣，因為菲律賓跟美國有比較密切的同盟關係，開過一個航母去，對菲律賓也不會造成甚麼大的軍事壓力。」
英國《金融時報》報導，在此之前，中國幾個鄰國對中國領土的願望表示擔憂。因為幾天前，發放給中國公民的新版中國護照內頁，包括了一張中國地圖，上面顯示屬於中國的地區，包括了幾乎全部的南海，以及幾處印度控制的地區。這激怒了宣稱對這些地區擁有主權的其他國家。
劉因全：「主要是對內，對內給老百姓看看，你看我海軍實力、空軍實力大大的增強了，給他們鼓鼓氣，給共產黨穩固它的統治，增加一點籌碼。」
武漢公民鄢裕祥認為，在國內不能解決民生問題，在外炫耀武力是捨本求末。
武漢公民鄢裕祥：「因為實行一種專制制度跟其他國家的關係就很緊張，所以需要這些東西，但事實上你走的這個路是不對的，最後也不一定靠武器就能戰勝了人家，因為你的內部都不穩，人心不齊，都要思變，你在外面去炫耀武力，實際你要不敢去隨便開弓射箭，因為你後面還不知道誰會抄你的底呢。」
《新華社》的報導聲稱，航母平臺和飛機的技術性能得到了充分驗證，艦機適配性能良好，達到了設計指標要求。
不過軍事專家認為，「遼寧艦」還需要數年時間的訓練才能具備作戰能力。「遼寧艦」是利用從烏克蘭購買的一艘廢舊航母改造而成的，要想擴大海外軍事影響力，中國還必須開發出各種支持艦船和相應技術，才能夠像美國那樣使用航母戰鬥群。
《新華社》還聲稱，殲-15的各項性能可與俄羅斯蘇-33、美國F-18等世界現役的主力艦載戰鬥機相媲美。
但航空軍事專家表示，殲-15是仿照俄羅斯的蘇-33艦載戰鬥機研製，配備的依舊是從俄羅斯進口的發動機，因為中國發動機仍然沒有足夠的推力或耐用性。

Successfully on a Chinese Aircraft Carrier
An abandoned aircraft carrier “Varyag", imported to China
from the Ukraine14 years ago, was renamed “Liaoning."
A few days ago, the media announced that a fighter
successfully landed on the aircraft carrier for the first time.
U.S. media analysts pointed out, that it is too early to mention
“Liaoning" for battle and achieving sea control.
The Liaoning carrier is mainly a symbol of national power.
International analysts estimated that it would take four to five
years for Liaoning to become fully equipped and battle ready.
What is the purpose for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
mouthpiece media to report this news? Let’s consider the following:
From the “CCTV" screen display, a Chinese-made F-15 “Flying
Shark" fighter landed on the deck of the carrier “Liaoning".
Xinhua News Agency reported that, in the last exercise, the
F -15 successfully blocked the landing.
However, the report has no specifics of the location or time.
Political critic, Lan Shu: “This is a very foolish approach.
Because once the CCP has an aircraft carrier at sea, it proves
to the world that it has ocean-battle capability.
Thus, all of China’s neighboring countries would be
forced to form an American alliance."
Political critic, Lan Shu said that in the eras of Deng Xiaoping
and Mao Zedong, China’s internal conflicts were not as sharp as the current time.
In order to avoid sizzling national sentiment,
it kept a low profile over its military matters.
Lan Shu: “But the problems faced by the leadership in Beijing
today are highly acute domestic contradictions.
Under this circumstance, the national sentiment becomes the
trump card he must use.
He was forced to hurry the speculation about the aircraft carrier;
the bigger the news, the faster the people would shift attention."
Chinese history Professor Liu Yin believes that the CCP news
released does not frighten the neighboring countries.
For countries having territorial disputes with China,
the aircraft carrier is far less effective than remote or medium-range missiles.
Historian Professor Liu: “This aircraft carrier’s combat role
is rather small.
Without other equipment, the carrier is vulnerable to attack
even if it goes to the Diaoyu Island.
It cannot bring much military pressure on the Philippines either,
due to their close alliance with the US."
British “Financial Times" reported, prior to this, several
neighbors expressed concern of the territory desire of China.
A few days ago, the new version of Chinese passports issued
to Chinese citizens includes a map of China with the above areas.
This covers almost all of the South China Sea,
and several areas controlled by India.
This angered other countries that claimed sovereignty
over these regions.
Liu Yin: It’s mainly internal to show the Chinese people.
Just look at our strong navy and air force.
It is a way to cheer people up, to stabilize the CCP’s rule,
and to add some bargaining chips."
Yan Yuxiang, a Wuhan citizen, believes that if you cannot resolve
the livelihood problems inside the country, showing off the military power to other countries is futile.

countries come from a dictatorial system.
Thus, they need these things but this path is wrong.
At the end, you cannot triumph over other nations.
Because you are not stable within, you have no support
from your people.
You brag about your military power, but are afraid to fight
with others.
After all, you never know who is going to attack from behind.
Xinhua News Agency reported that the aircraft carrier platform
and technical performance have been fully validated,
Good adaptation from both the carrier and planes has reached
the design requirements.
However, military experts believe, the Liaoning carrier
also requires several years of training in order to have the operational capability.
Liaoning is adapted from a scrap aircraft carrier purchased
from the Ukraine.
For expanding overseas military influence, China must also
develop a variety of support ships and technology to match U.S. aircraft carrier battle group.
Xinhua News Agency also claimed that the performance of
the F -15 is comparable to Russian Su -33, U.S. F-18 and other main carrier-based fighter aircrafts in the world.
But the Aviation Military experts said the F -15 modeled on
the Russian Su -33 fighters is still equipped with engines imported from Russia,
because Chinese engines are still short of thrust or durability.
