【新唐人2012年11月26日訊】高調處理涉華間諜案 俄警示中共
被指控為中國從事間諜活動的俄羅斯科學家達尼洛夫，11月24號被提前釋放出獄。據《美國之音》報導，前俄羅斯國立「克拉斯諾亞爾斯克理工大學」教授、熱物理研究中心主任達尼洛夫，1999年與「中國精密機械進出口公司」簽訂了科研合作合同。俄羅斯聯邦安全局指控達尼洛夫﹕向中國提供了有關太空和人造衛星領域的機密科技情報。2001年，達尼洛夫被捕，2004年被判處14年徒刑。案件曾引起多方關注並引起很多爭議。
報導說，除了丹尼洛夫案外，俄羅斯最近幾年發生了很多起涉及中國的間諜案件，都被媒體廣泛報導。
報導引述俄羅斯政治分析人士的話指出，與低調處理涉及其他國家間諜案的做法不同，高調處理「涉華間諜案」，反映出俄羅斯對中共在俄羅斯的一些敏感領域活動非常不滿，試圖向中共發出警告信號。
致信習近平 公盟許志永失蹤
北京著名法律維權人士、「公盟法律研究中心」負責人許志永，11月24號，被北京國保帶走，目前下落不明。有消息說，他被帶走的原因，可能與他最近發表致中共新任總書記習近平的公開信有關。
11月15號，許志永發表《致習近平先生的公開信——一個公民對國家命運的思考》。信中說，（中共）這個體制已經沒有任何前途。它在中華民族歷史上留下太多恐怖、荒誕、恥辱的記憶。只要不徹底解放思想拋棄共產專制，就不可能找到方向。他呼籲習近平領導中國進行包括多黨競爭、司法獨立、新聞自由、軍隊國家化、地方自治在內的政治變革，實行民主憲政。

Is Russia Warning CCP With Its Late Spy Case?
Valentin Danilov, Russian physicist accused to be China’ spy,
was released from prison ahead of time on November 24.
According to VOA, Danilov was a professor
at the Krasnoyarsk State Technical University (KSTU).
In 1999, he has signed a contract between the KSTU
and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
He was later accused of selling confidential scientific
information about spaceships and satellites to China.
In 2001, Danilov was arrested,
and in 2004, he was sentenced to a 14 years jail term.
The case has attracted much attention
and caused a lot of controversy.
The report says, besides this case there are many reports
of China-related spy cases in Russia the last few years.
According to the report, Russia handles
China-related spy cases in a high profile manner.
This is different than Russia’s other spy cases, which
reflects Russia’s unhappiness with China in this regard,
and especially with the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
activities on the matter, thus sending warnings to the CCP.
Writer Missing After An Open Letter to Xi Jinping
On November 24, Xu Zhiyong, a human rights lawyer
in Beijing, was taken away by National Security personnel.
His whereabouts are still unknown.
Sources point as a possible reason to take him away
his recent open letter to Xi Jinping, posted on the Internet.
On November 15, Xu posted, “An Open letter to Xi Jinping –
A Citizen’s Thought About The Country.”
In the letter Xu said, the CCP’s system has no future. It
creates too much terror, absurdity and shameful memories.
Without completely abandoning the communist rule,
and freeing the mind, the country will have no direction.
Xu urges Xi Jinping to lead the country towards multi-party
free elections, and an independent judiciary system,
with freedom of expression, nationalization of military,
local government reform and a constitutional democracy.
