【新唐人2012年11月22日訊】揭露貴州五童悶死事件記者被失蹤
《美國之音》報導，最先曝光貴州畢節5名兒童在垃圾箱內點火取暖、窒息死亡悲劇的畢節民運人士、前記者李元龍，11月21號下午被公安帶走，「被旅遊」。
報導說，大陸「民生觀察室」負責人劉飛躍證實，當天下午，他與李元龍通電話時，李元龍正在警車上，他告訴劉飛躍，自己因為披露流浪兒童死亡的事，被旅遊了，說話不方便。隨後，李元龍與外界失去聯繫。
李元龍11月16號，確認了當地5個從9歲到13歲的男孩，為取暖而悶死在垃圾箱內，隨後將消息在網上披露。第二天，再以《五流浪兒為避寒悶死垃圾箱》為題，發佈了詳細帖子，引起海內外各界以及媒體的關注。畢節市七星關區副區長、民政局、教育局等多位官員和校長因此被停職、撤職。
英媒：退休老人阻汪洋 李源潮入常
《路透社》報導，接近中共高層的消息人士透露，被認為是中共改革派的廣東省委書記汪洋和中組部負責人李源潮，沒能進入中共政治局常委的幕後原因，是中共退休政治老人起了阻撓作用。
消息人士說，在十八大舉行前幾個月，即將退出的24名中央委員，和10多位退休的中共高層領導人，對新的政治局常委名單，在京西賓館和其他地方進行了10多輪討論，其中至少進行過兩次非正式投票。
消息人士透露，政治老人就程序問題發揮了影響力，他們促成在10月進行了一輪非正式投票，李源潮在那次投票中出局。消息人士還說，李源潮因為作為組織部長提拔了過多胡錦濤的人，沒有聽取黨內退休老人的舉薦，因此得罪了退休老人。
而汪洋的出局，據兩位消息人士說，因為他被認為與重慶前領導人薄熙來對立，退休老人為避免激化與黨政軍內支持毛澤東的派系進一步矛盾，而將他排擠出局。
攔車告御狀 雲南農民遭秋後算帳
今年9月上旬，雲南彝良縣發生地震，造成超過80人死亡，10萬多人受災。溫家寶前往視察，途中，發界村村民梁永蘭等數十名村民突然攔車跪拜，反映當地徵地問題。當時，溫家寶表示一定要認真了解相關情況，給村民一個滿意的交代。
但是，事隔兩個多月，徵地問題沒有解決，跪拜的村民約20人卻被拘留。當時跪在最前排的梁永蘭，被視為帶頭嫌疑人之一。11月19號，梁永蘭從家中被抓走，判拘留7天。

Reporter Went Missing After Revealed Five Boys Death Incident
Voice of America reported that an activist and ex-reporter,
Li Yuanlong, who first revealed the story of 5 boys who
suffocated to death in a garbage bin after lighting a fire
to fend off the cold in Bijie city, Guizhou province, was taken away by police on Nov. 21.
The report said that Liu Feiyue, head of Civil Rights
and Livelihood Watch in China said that on the same day,
he spoke to Li Yuanlong on the phone,
and Li was in a police car.
Li told Liu that he wasn』t free to talk due to the fact that he
revealed the 5 boys』 incident, and he was forced to travel.
Soon, nobody could get a hold of Li Yuanlong.
On Nov. 16, Li Yuanlong confirmed five boys, between
9 and 13, suffocated to death in a rubbish bin.
Li posted the news on the Internet.
The next day, Li wrote an article revealing more details,
which drew the world media』s attention.
Later, many officials in Bijie city ceased working,
and some were dismissed.
Retirees Blocked Wang Yang And Li Yuanchao From Joining the Standing Committee
Reuters reported that sources with ties to the leadership said
pro-reform candidates Wang Yang, party secretary in Guangdong province,
and Li Yuanchao, minister of the party』s organization
were voted out of the standing committee.
Sources said that the reason behind this was party seniors
decided to drop Wang and Li.
The report said that according to sources,
just months before the 18th party congress,
among the outgoing 24 members of the politburo,
and more than 10 retired party senior posts,
held more than 10 rounds of debates for Standing Committee
list at Jingxi hotel, including at least two informal polls.
The sources said that elders wielded considerable influence
over the process and forced a 2nd poll in October to push out Li Yuanchao.
The sources said Li was out because he alienated some elders
by promoting too many of Hu Jintao』s allies in his capacity
as head of the party』s organization and by ignoring
recommendations by retirees.
The sources said party seniors decided to drop Wang Yang,
who was seen as a rival of Bo Xilai.
It is to avoid further upsetting pro-Mao factions in the party,
government and military, sources said.
Villagers in Yunnan Arrested After Stopping Wen Jiabao』s Car
In early September of this year, there was an earthquake
in Yiliang county in Yunnan province.
80 people died, and over 100,000 suffered from the disaster.
Wen Jabao visited the disaster areas.
During his visit, dozens of villagers from Fajie village,
including Liang Yonglan, kneeled down in front of Wen』s car.
Villagers told Wen about their local demolishing dispute.
Wen said that he would investigate related issues
and would give them response.
However, two months later, the problem still hadn』t
been resolved, and 20 villagers were detained.
Liang Yonglan was suspected of being an organizer
of the event, and on Nov. 19, Liang was arrested from her home.
