【新唐人2012年11月19日訊】中共政治局新一屆常委集體亮相十八大之後，16號，新任常委張高麗女婿的公司香港股市立刻受到追捧，股價升幅超過恆生指數。評論認為，張高麗入常，意味著中共權力與金錢的腐敗結合將繼續下去，直到中共解體的那一天。
張高麗的女婿李聖潑，是「信義玻璃」大股東、港區全國政協委員李義賢的兒子。「信義玻璃」的股價16號突然迅速飆升，以每股4.55元港幣收盤，上升2.48%。外界普遍認為，這是丈人張高麗進入中共最高權力中心的原因所致。
時事評論員林子旭：「張高麗入選常委後，他女婿公司的股價馬上就看漲，這是因為各界太了解中共這種腐敗體制和遊戲規則。大家知道，除非中共倒掉了或者張高麗失勢了，否則的話，投股這個公司是一定會賺錢的。」
證券商「金利豐」證實，「信義集團」在江門市、蕪湖市及天津市的工業園積極擴張，並有計劃在天津籌建新汽車玻璃生產基地。張高麗陞官之前正是天津市委書記。
張高麗主政深圳時，將女兒張曉燕嫁給李聖潑，半年後，與江派同樣頗有瓜葛的李嘉誠與李聖潑合組創辦「匯科系統」(當時名為「多通企業」)，客戶包括房屋署等香港政府部門。李家並趁勢進軍深圳地產和股票業，並從深圳農產品公司手中收購價值超過10億元人民幣的「民潤連鎖超市」。
在江派勢力的庇護下，張李聯姻後錢權雄霸一方，李聖潑已經是香港17家上市公司的董事，現任香港「聖德集團」主席、「匯科公司」董事長、深圳「浩天投資公司」董事長，兼任深圳市政協委員、深圳市企業家協會副會長等。
林子旭：「利用權力積纍財富是中國官場的常態。在中國的經濟動脈被牢牢控制在了中共高層官員和他們的家族手中，他們控股的很多企業要麼是壟斷企業，要麼就會得到非常優惠的政策。總之，這些人控制的企業是絕對不會賠錢的，他們積纍財富的速度是非常驚人的。」
張高麗入主中共政治局常委後，將擔任國務院常務副總理，主管經濟事務。不過，外界對張高麗管經濟的能力持懷疑態度。有評論指稱，張高麗接管深圳後，在任幾年，深圳市GDP陡降幾個百分點。張離任後又回升上去幾個百分點。
林子旭：「這種貧富對立已經達到臨界狀態，中共官員都知道政局已經很危險了，現在紛紛向境外轉移他們的資產。」
張高麗早年因緊跟江澤民而獲得提拔，為靠攏江派積極參與迫害法輪功，附和薄熙來唱紅，但薄一落馬，張立即倒向胡錦濤效忠，被外界稱為「馬屁精」和「牆頭草」。今年6月30號，天津薊縣「萊德商廈」發生重大火災，民間傳出至少兩百人死亡，但時任天津市委書記的張高麗卻嚴控媒體、在城區實行戒嚴，並將多位發佈消息的民眾抓捕。張高麗為保仕途，不遺餘力高壓維穩，遭到輿論的強烈譴責。
79年大陸「民主牆」創辦人之一蔡桂華說，從張高麗整個官場經歷來看，這次他升任常委，裡面肯定有很多政治與利益的交易。
美國「紐約城市大學」政治學教授夏明認為，中共的腐敗是結構性的腐敗，黨內腐敗已經達到最高層，中國老百姓民怨也達到最高點。
美「紐約城市大學」政治學教授夏明：「中共把反腐一方面作為安撫民心的一種工具，做一些事情大肆宣傳，來加強它的合法性，維護他的形象。另一方面中共把反腐作為解決政治鬥爭的手段和工具。」
夏明認為，中共新的領導班子要權衡，這個政權還有沒有可能生存下去。
另外，林子旭說，十八大後，民眾已經看到改革這條路已經堵死，而貧富對立的矛盾如果繼續下去，中共必然崩盤。

Zhang Gaoli Gets a Seat in the Standing Committee
Stock Price of His Son-in-Law’s Company Shoots Up
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) seven new Politburo
Standing Committee members appeared publicly.
Straight away, stock in the company belonging to Zhang Gaoli’s
son-in-law company became very popular.
The increase of stock price exceeded the Hang Seng Index.
Some commentators said that Zhang being a member of the
Standing Committee means the corrupt combination of CCP’s power and wealth will continue until the regime collapses.
Li Shengpo, Zhang Gaoli’s son-in-law, is the majority
shareholder his company called “Xinyi Glass”.
Li Shengpo is also son of Li Shengxian, who is the CCP’s
Politburo members on behalf of Hong Kong.
The Stock price of “Xinyi Glass” shot up on November 16th.
The closing price is 4.55 Hong Kong dollars per share with
an increase of 2.48%.
People think the rising stock price of “Xinyi glass” is completely
related to Zhang Gaoli’s election into the Standing Committee.
Commentator Li Zixu: “As soon as Zhao Gaoli earned a seat in
the Standing Committee, the stock price of his son-in-law’s company shot up.
The reason is that people all know about
CCP’s corrupt system and rules of game.
They all know that 『Xinyi Glass』 is going to make generous
profit unless the CCP collapses or Zhang Gaoli loses power.”
Securities Firm Kingston has confirmed that “Xinyi Group”
has been actively expanding in Jiangmen, Wuhu and Tianjin.
Xinyi is planning to found a firm in Tianjin,
producing car glass.
Before Zhang Gaoli was promoted,
he was the CCP head in Tianjin City.
When Zhang Gaoli took an office in Shenzhen,
Zhang’s daughter married Li Shengpo.
Six months later, Li Jiancheng, who also had a history with
Jiang Zemin, collaborated with Li Shengpo to found “Huike System” (previously “Duotong Enterprise”).
Their customers include Hong Kong government departments,
like the Housing Department.
Li’s family took this opportunity to start investing in properties
and the stock market in Shenzhen.
Under the protection of Jiang’s faction, Zhang Gaoli and
Li Shengxian’s family dominate in both money and power in Hongkang and Shenzhen.
Li Shengpo now is Director of 17 companies in Hong Kong.
He is the Chairman of “Shengde Group”, on the Board of
“Huike Company” and on “Haotian Investment Company”.
He is also a member of the political
Consultative Conference in Shenzhen.
Lin Zixu: “It’s so normal for CCP officials to accumulate wealth
with their power.
Now China’s economic artery is firmly controlled by CCP
officials and their families.
They hold dominant shares in a lot of enterprises and also
monopolize many industries.
Anyway, enterprises under those people’s control will
never lose money.
The speed at which they accumulate wealth is extremely fast.”
After Zhang Gaoli got a seat in the Standing Committee,
he is going to become the Vice Prime Minister, in charge
of China’s economic affairs.
However, Zhang Gaoli’s capability in economic
management is suspicious.
Some commentators states that Shenzhen’s GDP went down
several percent while Zhang Gaoli was in charge there.
After Zhang Gaoli left Shenzhen,
Shenzhen’s GDP went up again.
Lin Zixu: “The polarization between the poor and the rich
is in a critical state.
Even CCP officials know that China’s political situation is very
unstable now so have been transferring money overseas.”
Zhang Gao was promoted by Jiang Zemin because he
followed Jiang’s step closely.
Zhang actively persecutes Falun Gong practitioners in
order to join Jiang’s faction.
He also supported Bo Xilain’s “singing 『red songs』”.
Once Bo Xilai fell down, Zhang immediate demonstrated his
loyalty to Hu Jintao. Zhang Gaoli is called brown-nose and fickle.
Cai Guihua, Founder of “Democracy Wall” in 1979, said there
must be a lot of transactions in political interests for Zhang
Gaoli to be promoted as a member of the Standing Committee.
Xia Ming, Profession from New York City University, stated
that the corruption of CCP is the corruption of CCP’s structure.
Now CCP’s corruption has spread to the top of the structure.
People’s discontent in China has also increased.
Xia Ming: “The CCP has been using anti-corruption as a tool
to pacify people, to prove its legality and protect its image.
However, CCP’s political factions also use anti-corruption
as a tool to attack their opponents.”
Xi Ming stated that the CCP’s new leadership has to think
about whether or not this regime still can survive.
In addition, Li Zixu said that people have found the way of
performing political reform in China is completely blocked.
If the polarization between the poor and the risk continues
to accelerate, the CCP regime will collapse soon for sure.
