【新唐人2012年11月09日訊】十八大前，北京當局出動140萬安保人員維穩，同時，還把它們認為的大批所謂「危險人員」，如﹕民主人士及維權人士趕出了北京。大陸作家王力雄日前對國外媒體說，北京國保在幾個星期前，強迫他的妻子藏族作家「唯色」離開北京。而他也遭到國保上門威脅，要求他離開北京。
中共十八大會議召開的前幾個星期，北京居民王力雄、唯色夫婦就被「勸說」到外地「避風頭」，不給黨所謂「添亂」。幾天前，唯色在拉薩接受媒體訪問，談「藏人自焚」事件﹔而6號，王力雄在《紐約時報》發表文章說，妻子走了，現在輪到他了。
王力雄說，10月24號北京國保上門威脅，要求他在十八大期間離開北京，並威脅「如果不離開北京，事情將會變得不『舒服』」。
王力雄說，他因發表中國民族地區的著作《天葬》、《我的西域、你的東土》等作品惹怒當局，近年一直處在國保的監視中。
王力雄還披露，唯色因記錄藏民抗議中共高壓政策，上了中共「黑名單」，當局禁止出版發行她的作品，開除了她的公職，拒絕發給她護照，唯色返回故鄉西藏時，沿途所有關卡警察都對她進行搜查。
目前，王力雄仍然沒有離開北京，他說，「他決定等在家中，看看這個在全世界前發誓會遵守法治的黨，想如何讓他不舒服。」
「權利運動」組織負責人胡軍指出，中共把全國人民都當成敵人，所以才會那麼害怕。
「權利運動」負責人胡軍：「現在可以感覺到中共它本身的心虛和恐慌，所以它來威脅你，如果在這種情況下我們保持一種非常平靜的心態來回敬它的話，民間的恐懼不斷在被排除了，當整個中國的百姓不再恐懼的時候，真正的恐懼者就是中共的獨裁體制了。」
實際上，中共早在10月上旬，就開始將它們眼中的「危險人物」趕出了北京。據了解，北京的異見人士胡佳、查建國、何德普、維權律師江天勇、憲政學者陳永苗等人，都被當局陸續帶出北京，「被旅遊」。
北京異見人士何德普表示，他們全家30號就出來了，當局給經費叫他們十八大前離開北京。
北京異見人士何德普：「我們這些異見人士一般都要出來『旅遊』的。它有這要求，開完十八大就回去了，然後開會之前得出北京，北京很多人（出來）， 像老張，查建國、高洪明、我，還有一些人都是要求到外地去『旅遊』的。」
另外，維權人士李金成、許志永、王荔蕻、曹順利、李方平、焦國標等人，雖然沒被趕出北京，但卻被當局派人24小時監控。
維權人士李金成：「今天早晨（8號）5點半，我在車站等公交車的時候，它們警車5點鐘在等我，後面開始了對我查身份證， 十幾分鐘出去以後，送信的邊防無線監控車一直跟著我。」
中共除了驅趕和監控他們眼中的「危險人物」外，北京街頭更是站滿戴著紅袖章的人。當局說，在十八大期間，全市有140萬人擔任安保「志願者」。主要是負責監視路人、監聽他們的對話。
李金成指出，中共非常清楚它的政權要垮臺了，所以做了各種的預案，用更加殘酷的手段，來對付反對它獨裁暴政的人士，可以說已到了喪心病狂的地步了。

“Dangerous Person" Must Leave Beijing and Must Not Make Chaos
To guarantee the security of the Chinese Communist Party’s
(CCP) 18th Congress, the Beijing authority deploys 1.4 million security police inside the city.
At the same time, it expelled the so-called “dangerous persons”
out of Beijing, including democracy activities and human rights activists.
Wang Lixiong, a Chinese writer, said a few days ago that
Beijing security police forced his wife Woeser, a Tibetan writer,
to leave Beijing several weeks ago, and he was also threatened
by security police at his home and was asked to leave Beijing.
A few weeks before the CCP 18th Congress,
a Beijing couple, Wang Lixiong and Woeser,
were persuaded to leave Beijing to “stay out of trouble” and
so they wouldn’t make “chaos” for the CCP.
A few days ago, Woeser told media in Tibet about
the “Tibetan Self-immolation” issue.
Wang Lixiong published an article in the New York Times
saying now it’s his turn to leave.
Wang Lixiong said that on October 24, Beijing Security
visited him and threatened him.
They said he must leave Beijing during the 18th Congress,
“otherwise he will not feel comfortable.”
Wang Lixiong said his books, Celestial Funeral: the Destiny
of the Tibet, My West Land, Your East Country, and others, angered the authority.
He has been monitored by national security for years.
Wang Lixiong also disclosed that Woeser was on the CCP’s
“black name list” because she recorded Tibetans’ protests against the CCP’s repressive policies.
The authority doesn’t allow her to publish any books,
stripped her of her official position, and refuse to issue her a passport.
When she went back her hometown in Tibet,
police at security checkpoints along the road searched her belongings.
So far, Wang Lixiong is still in Beijing.
He decided to wait at home, and look at how the CCP,
a party that swore to use the rule of law in front of the world to make him uncomfortable, would react.
Hu Jun, the head of Human Rights Campaign, pointed out
that the CCP is so scared because it treats all Chinese as enemies.
Hu Jun: “Now, I can feel the CCP lacks self-confidence
and is panicked. That’s the reason why it has made threats.
If we can keep calm to face it in this kind of situation,
the scary people will be eliminated continually.
When all Chinese aren’t frightened any longer,
the one who will be scared is the CCP dictatorship.”
In fact, as early as the beginning of October, the CCP began
moving the so-called “dangerous persons” out of Beijing.
As we knew, the dissidents Hu Jia, Zha Jianguo, He Depu,
Human rights lawyer Jiang Tianyong,
constitutional scholar Chen Yongmiao and others
were brought out of Beijing continually for “tourism.”
He Depu, a Beijing dissident, said that all his family left
Beijing on October 30 because the authority paid for their travel and asked them to leave before the 18th congress.
He Depu: “Generally, all our dissidents were asked to leave
Beijing and told to go travel.
CCP has its requirement and we can come back after
the Congress, but we have to leave before hand.
Many people like Mr. Zhang, Zha Jianguo, Gao Hongming,
myself, and others were asked to go overseas for travel.”
On the other hand, the human rights activists Li Jincheng,
Xu Zhiyong, Wang Lihong, Cao Shunli, Li Fangping,
Jiao Guobiao and others weren’t moved out of Beijing,
but monitored by the authority 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
Human rights activist Li Jincheng: ”At 5:30 this morning
(November 8), when I went to the bus station, a police car was waiting for me there.
They had arrived at 5:00. They checked my ID card.
After I left, a border defense car, which monitors wirelessly,
followed me the entire way.”
As well as expelling and monitoring the so-called “dangerous
persons,” the CCP deploys monitors, who wear red armbands, on all streets.
The authority said, there are 1.4 million “volunteers” who take
on the responsibility of security during the 18th Congress.
And their main tasks are monitoring the pedestrians and
listening to their dialogue.
Li Jincheng pointed out that the CCP is very clear that
its regime will collapse,
so it has concocted many plans to use more brutal
means to deal with people who are against its tyranny.
It can be said that the CCP is frenzied now.
