【新唐人2012年10月25日訊】外界普遍認為，廣東省委書記汪洋會是「下一個溫家寶」——是中共中央政治局常委中的「開明派」。「十八大」前夕，汪洋準備在廣州市南沙區開展「領導幹部家庭財產申報」試點工作，此舉被認為，是與「十八大」記劃推出的「官員財產申報」制度相呼應，同時，也被認為這是汪洋主政廣東省的又一「反腐殺手鐧」。
在中共舉行「十八大」前夕，建立「中共官員財產申報制度」，再次成為人們關注的熱點新聞。21號《南方都市報》引述廣州市紀委的消息說，廣州已經在南沙新區部署了「領導幹部家庭財產申報」試點工作。
時事評論員林子旭表示，汪洋的這一做法，是比較前衛的舉動，也是汪洋超前其他省份，又一比較大膽的做法。
時事評論員林子旭：「我想這應該不是汪洋的個人行為，他的這些說法和做法一定得到了胡溫的支持。現在胡、溫、習都非常清楚，中共如果再不變的話就是死路一條，但是，如果變得太快，則會受到非常大的衝擊，這樣就出現了汪洋在被大家公認的，一直走在改革最前沿的廣 東，一步步進行新的嚐試的一系列舉措。」
「領導幹部家庭財產申報」試點工作，被認為是汪洋主政廣東的又一「反腐殺手鐧」。不過，時事評論員史達認為，所謂反腐，只是中共忽悠老百姓演的一場戲而已。
時事評論員史達：「共產黨貪腐和腐敗的程度，現在是已經不能真的反了。就像那個膿包一樣一扣就完全破了，反腐就等於滅了共產黨，因為大部分共產黨，現在他們完全沒有理想，他們參加共產黨和做官的目地，就是去為了腐敗。他的目地和手段都是腐敗。」
《大紀元時報》報導，中共高層打算在「十八大」，繼續推動「官員財產申報制度」改革，但是，就目前來講，姿態成分更大於實質內容。
大陸人士陳小平：「汪洋在廣東方面有不少創新，如果單純的從廣東的情況來看，我覺得汪洋不會光說不練，汪洋在廣州他有能力做一些事，起到一個實驗效果，但在全國的範圍來講就不好說了。」
今年5月9號，在廣東第11屆黨代會報告裡，汪洋就提到，要切實加強對黨員領導幹部尤其是「一把手」的監督，進行「領導幹部個人財產申報」試點。
5月13號，汪洋在談話中表示，「始終堅持廉政為民」﹔「以權謀私，千夫所指，我們手中的權力是人民賦予的，只能用來為人民謀利」。
林子旭：「在十大大之前，汪洋依然可以做這樣的動作，我想這說明汪洋入常，應該是十拿九穩了，如果汪洋能否入常還沒有確定的話，我們很難想像，他會在現在這樣的非常敏感的時期，觸動中共各級官吏的敏感神經。現在薄熙來以及『左派』被打擊的非常嚴厲，汪洋越這樣表現，自己的含金量就越高。 」
在中共的體制內去做這樣的嚐試。林子旭認為，最後的結果，很有可能不了了之。因為，現在中共的官員無官不貪，「表叔、表哥」多如牛毛，既然是「申報」，就不是強制的行為，他相信，這些貪官不會傻到自己告訴大家貪污的劣跡。
林子旭：「中共官員現在腐敗方式多種多樣，很多方式的隱蔽性非常的強，或許有些官員過來申報，但是他實質有多少財產誰也不知道。」
另外，林子旭還表示，假如中共官員的個人財產，真的被毫無保留的公布出來，當老百姓了解到，這麼多中共官員的一條皮帶，一件襯衫的價錢，幾乎就是自己一年的工資的時候，老百姓不會起來造反，才怪呢？

On 21st October, Southern Metropolis Daily (SMD) quoted the
message of the Guangzhou Discipline Inspection Commission』s
saying that it has deployed “the leading cadre』s Family property
declaration pilot work in Nansha District, Guangzhou city.
Political commentator Lin Zixu said that Wangyang』s policy
is advance and brave action to compare with other provinces.
Lin Zixu: “I think this should not be Wangyang』s personal
decision, he should be supported by Hu and Wen.
Hu and Wen, Xi are clear that if the CCP doesn』t carry out
the reform it will die.
However, if the change steps out too fast,
it could face a deep impact.
Thus, Wangyang』s series of plans are accepted one by one
by the public, his advance Guang Dong mode is recognized.”
The Officials Family property declaration pilot work is
considered to be another Wangyang』s anti-corruption sword.
However, the political commentator Shida thinks that
the so-called anti-corruption is actually a trick or an empty
promise giving by the Chinese Regime.
Shida: “The corruptions within Communist Party are so series
that has no way to solve the problems.
Just like a balloon, you hit one point, it breaks completely;
anti-corruption is the same as destroying the Communist Party,
because the purpose of most CCP members become an official,
is the chances of corruption, making money for themselves.
Not for serve people. Their purpose is by all means of corruption.”
“The Epoch Times" reported that the CCP』s top intend to
continue to promote the reform of the official property declaration system after the 18th national congress.
However, currently it doesn』t seem so realistic.
Chenxiao Ping from China: “Wangyang has initiated
some innovations in Guangdong.
From the current situation of Guangdong,
I believe he is not just talk and doing nothing.
In Guangzhou, Wangyang has the power to do something
as a testing field.
However, I don』t put the hope on the entire country.”
On 9th May of this year, in the Report of the 11th Party
Congress in Guangdong, Wang Yang mentioned that
They need to strengthen supervision of the party’s cadres
and to carry out “Leading Cadres Personal Property Report".
On 13th May, Wang Yang said that it should always
adhere to the independent commission for the People";
“Abusing power for oneself, condemned by the people;
the power in our hand should be for the people『s profit".
Linzi Xu: “Before the 18th national congress,
Wang Yang shows his action; I think Wang Yang has
great chance to enter the standing committee;
If Wang Yang can』t be determined, we can hardly imagine
that he would touch the sensitive nerves of the CCP』S
officials at all levels in this very sensitive period.
Now Bo Xilai and the “leftists” were hit severely,
the more Wang Yang performs himself, the greater
the possibility of entering the standing committee.”
Lin Zixu believes that the attempts within the CCP system,
the final result is likely to let the matter rest.
No un-corrupt officials in the CCP, “watches over like an uncle,
like a brother" like the saying “a dime a dozen”; since it is
the “declaration", it is not mandatory behavior.
He believes that these corrupt officials are not stupid
enough to tell of their corruption misdeeds.
Lin Zixu: “Now the CCP officials』 corrupt means vary, a lot of
it is hidden strongly, perhaps some officials can declare, but no one knows his true essence.”
In addition, Lin Zixu also said that if the CCP officials』
personal possessions were really made public and
when people learned that so many CCP officials,
the price of a belt, a shirt, is almost his year’s wages,
would it be strange if the people revolted against that?
